The staff are great, happy to help with anything. The hotel is quite run down but when you think about the price, I'm happy for what we got.||The cheapest room (I think Superior) has a 'shared patio' which is the patio in front of the 5 or 6 rooms. It's also under cover. My friends stayed in these rooms and were quite dark with only a very small window.||The other rooms have two chairs outside their front door which overlook the pool so a little more space and slightly bigger windows for a little more light. Air con is great!||There isn't much soundproofing so if you want a lie in and people are by the pool it can sound quite close!||The rooms themselves are a bit dated and I would say 'the little things' weren't noticed each day. You're given two bottles of water in the bathroom and two in the bedroom daily.||It's a 2 minute walk to the beach. Has a coffee shop, book shop and cute little clothes shop right by it. Sol's deli a minute walk (recommend) and othe restaurants 10/15 minute walk away.||Hopefully this helps the next person as we were unsure when reviewing! All in all, for the hotels we've stayed in and for the price we paid we all said we'd stay again.

This is our second stay at Sarinande, the last being back in 2016. It is a lovely little hotel, it's not as fancy as the flash new places, but it's a great price and a great location. The rooms are a little old but spacious and comfortable. The staff are delightful and always available. This is not a big chain hotel and that is always worth supporting. I would encourage those looking to enjoy old school Bali to give it a go.

An affordable budget hotel with a swimming pool and impressive service. I chose this hotel because it's close to the beach, just within walking distance, and also near various amenities and interesting attractions. Despite the economical price, the hotel has a swimming pool. The staff here are very friendly, always smiling and greeting us. A 5-day, 4-night stay that was truly worth it at this hotel.

Would not recommend this place. It is very loud and every night we could not sleep properly due to the noise of the traffic. Five times over the week our room did not have water when we wanted a shower. The stairs are terrible and a hazard. Our air-con leaked all down the wall. The laundry service they use shrunk our clothes. The breakfast is very average and overall not a pleasant stay. Obviously it is on the cheaper side of accommodation but I would recommend looking for other options, it was not a comfortable stay.

The hotel is very dated. The swimming pool area is nice. The room is alright. The real problem is the bathroom. You can see all the chrome bits are rusty and old. I didn’t take a shower nor wash my face here because the water quality wasn’t right. The receptionist lady was very friendly and the location was a top notch. If you are looking for a budget option with a good location, this might work for you for a couple of nights. But if you care about cleanliness, look for somewhere else. If possible, avoid room 29.

Good service, perfect location close to the beach. Showers wouldn't work sometimes , the towels should get replaced. the pool looked better in the pictures. Overal good hotel for the price it was!

Avoid booking a room at this accommodation. I wouldn't usually write something so strong, but it really isn't good. It's probably easier to write positives & then negatives, so here goes. Positives - Swimming pool - it's lovely, & the plants in the shared space are beautiful Locations - 5 minutes walk from the beach, 5 minutes walk from all the bars and restaurants you could ever need. Negatives - Pool area - Left filthy every day because staff don't clear rubbish or tidy the beds / towels / general area The room - Absolutely stinks in the bathroom The room - Room 29 has a big open ventilation fan that leads right to the field next to it. Mosquitos everywhere. Awful. Beds - Very uncomfortable. Shower - Completely rusted & filthy. Water power - Almost non existent Stairs - Unsafe, uneven, on the edge of breaking at points. Wifi - In our first bedroom it didn't work, so we asked to move, and it was okay downstairs. Doors - Massive gap under the door so you can't even stay safe from mosquitos in the room Room - Everything is just so dreary and old and dated. The place seems like it's been given up on Poolside toilet - Sink tap broken in half and unusable. Rubbish all over the floor, door doesn't lock. Pool towels - Have to ask for one and staff seem annoyed to be bothered. Honestly, just don't stay here. There are so many better options. I regretted the booking massively.

Service: was great, I was greeted and escorted to my room where I checked the function of a few things. AC functioned as it should. Water heat and pressure were good. WiFi was very nice, running at 50 mbps. Grounds: the hotel exterior seemed ok, it was kept clean and manicured from what I saw. The stairs were old and rickety, I felt unsafe when walking on them. Noise: I realized that the entire hotel is backed up to a road that has LOTS of traffic and noise at all hours. I was woken multiple times throughout the night because the vent in bathroom was open and let a lot of that in. Cleaning: Next was the lack of cleanliness. The bedsheets were old and stained, the pillows dirty, bathroom had mold, shower glass was spotty, toilet stained. The room was really dated and hadn’t been properly maintained. Comfort: the bed was two twins connected by a hard piece in the middle, so that part was unusable. Bed felt old and crusty, I felt uncomfortable and gross just being in there. Overall: I felt disappointed in the shape the room was in and mainly the noise from being right on the street. I felt very uncomfortable in the 1 night I was here.
