Sariska Tiger Heaven

We stayed at Sariska Tiger Heaven for 2 nights in room no. 102 and had a wonderful experience overall! What we loved: 1.We enjoyed our stay a lot! The peacocks roaming around the hotel property were absolutely beautiful to watch. 2.Our room was comfortable and well-maintained. 3.The food was awesome! The chef is really skilled and prepared delicious meals. On our second day, we were the only guests at the resort, but the staff still arranged a full personalized buffet just for us - we loved this special treatment! 4.The owner was very generous and arranged a complimentary small jungle safari for us, which was a great experience for us. 5.Our kids had a fantastic time and enjoyed every moment of the stay Areas for improvement: Service was slightly delayed at times, TV wasn't working on the very first day, No mug was provided in the bathroom, Hand wash dispenser wasn't working, little more focus on cleanliness. Despite these small issues, we had a great overall experience at Sariska Tiger Heaven. The hospitality, food, and unique wildlife experience made our stay memorable. Would recommend for families looking for a peaceful getaway with nature!

Very nice and warm staff and management people. We spent three nights and enjoyed extremely. A truly pawsome place. My furry friends enjoyed extremely at the green lawns. Best thing hotel staff never had any issues with the pawbabies.

Our stay was very comfortable, pleasant and relaxing one. All d staff was very cordial & helpful in nature, food was very tasty and the hospitality was very warm & upto the mark. Special thanks to GM Mr Mahipal Singh Ji for showing kindness in helping us to get peaceful & enjoyable stay. I will recommended it for all peace loving people/couple. I would definitely want to come once again here specially during the time when Jeep Safari in tiger core area is also open. Thanks.

We had a wonderful stay at Sariska Tiger Heaven. The resort is lush, green, and perfect for a weekend getaway. It has a nice pool, ample space for kids to play, is pet-friendly, and the staff is warm and courteous. The food was tasty, though a bit on the oily side. Overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend for a relaxed family break!

This has been one of the worst hotel stays of all my trips in India. Their service is the worst, the rooms don't have working phones to call on reception for anything and even when I went to the reception twice for asking water bottles, they didn't send the bottles, neither did they send anyone to correct the phone line. The only good thing about this place was their lunch and dinner but again, their breakfast buffet was so bad, I wanted to go out somewhere to eat something else.

The only good thing about this property is greenery and peacocks. Here is the experience; Staff is rude and extremely impolite. Arguments with many guests was visible at every hour in the premises. Their manager was rudest amongst entire team. For services, we had to make many calls. Food quality is average and variety is less. Food was insufficient for guests as well and guests were kept waiting for long time for even roti breads etc. Pls note: they dont serve main course food (menu items) in the room. Rooms are not at all maintained and pool was not clean. Not worth the money.

Highly overrated, very expensive, service doesn’t even come close to the tariff they charge for one night’s stay. No activities there, swimming pool is way too small for the amount of rooms they have there. Look for a better option out there, if you’re visiting Sariska.

The location and food is excellent. The location is surrounded by lush green views. The food i.e breakfast and dinner is very healthy, tasty and service is also too good. F & B manager Mr Ramakanth saini, Rahul Verma, Om shankar ji handling the Machan restaurant very well. Our family loved the food. The entire staff is courteous and very impromptu whenever we have asked any assistance. The room quality could have been much better, although the cottage room view is good.
