This shopping center offers a fantastic selection of shops, but navigating the space can be quite challenging—especially for first-time visitors. Without prior experience, it can feel overwhelming trying to locate everything. Additionally, finding an Uber at the correct exit can be a hassle. While the variety of stores is impressive, clearer signage and better directions would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Best mall in Westlands..from the best stores, numerous floors, has anything and everything one could need. Also clean washrooms, nice staff and great security, efficient parking spaces and waiting areas, never overcrowded. Been coming here for all my commercial needs/meetings and it has a budget for everyone both local or visiting. Also has a cinema at the rooftop, play area and food court.

One of the best shopping malls in Nairobi by far. Lots of different shops and a great Foodcourt as well. Plenty of people which makes it to an inevitable mall. There are enough parking lots and the Carrefour is big too.
