I would like to share my experience of staying at the Sar'Otel Boutique hotel in Tirana, Albania.
The hotel is located in the very center of the city, just few steps away from the main attractions, which can be easily reached on foot. So, it's position is excellent.
Tasty breakfast is served by very polite waiters, who bring you the menu and you can choose anything you want. Besides, we were also offered the traditional Albanian byrek stuffed with cottage cheese and spinach. Delicious!
The rooms are clean and warm, equipped with an air conditioner, electric kettle, cups and glasses. Besides, slippers, shampoo and conditioner, cotton pads and swabs and dental kits ( a small tube of toothpaste and a toothbrush) are also provided.
But what I appreciated most was the hotel staff: well trained, very friendly, polite, available 24/24, never gloomy, always smiling. All of them speak English fluently and correctly. They give you a lot of information about the city's sight, providing a preprinted map and explaining how to get there.
We were pleasantly shocked with one of their services: We were given a free ride in a taxi to the airport!!! It has never happened to me anywhere else!
Maybe, my review is too long, but the hotel is worth staying at.
I'd like to thank the hotel staff with all my heart, especially the receptionist Valbrona.
