We arrived in Maasai Mara at the end of our safari and were delighted to spend 3 days there. The hotel is clean and well run. The staff are fun, helpful and very polite. Veronica and Brian in charge of entertainment and sports are amazing! Veronica the ok us in a walk around the property and they a a delightful energetic young lady! |My husband has to be gluten free and Daisy was by his side at every meal to make sure he had the right food. He reports the bread that they baked there was the best!|Our server Andrew, the cooks Edgar and Douglas to name a few were funny and a pleasure to meet. |The wine could use some help. It’s too expensive for the quality. |But our experience was fabulous

This is such an AMAZING experience for us! Me and my husband went there for our bday trip. Our very first time in Kenya! And all the staff is beyond welcoming! We immediately felt at ease after a long flight. The facility is just great. You can do a lot there, perfect for relaxing half a day after back from Safari game drive. And the buffet food is delicious! Special shout out to our butler Gorge , house keeper Rolex, our beautiful / funny private chef Caroline, and all other staff that were so nice to us, including Veronica! We will be back!!!

I stayed with family at Sarova Mara game camp for 2 nights towards the end of May 2025 i.e. 26-28 May. |This brought back fond memories from when I had visited the same property in 1997. And I am happy to state that the hospitality, amenities and the accommodation has improved for the better multifold. |The welcome at the property was spot on and the hot/cold towels just brought in a whole lot of needed emergency. |The room/tent was absolutely amazing and the sitout outside was an absolute delight. |All the staff were helpful and courteous but a special mention for Ruth at the front desk. Despite handling so many people she was absolutely cool and so kind with children. Continue being the cheerful you Ruth.|The kids had a number of activities to keep them busy. The food was good and David at the dining area was very helpful specially with the Indian fare.| We were lucky to be there on a Tuesday and witnessed the Masai performance and all of us and specially the kids were really happy to experience it. Thank you for making it a memorable stay for us. I will definitely again visit again and recommend to everyone I know.

We’ve just arrived at Sarova Mara Game Camp today, and although our stay is only just beginning, we already feel incredibly welcomed — especially thanks to George. From the moment we arrived, George has been warm, friendly, and exceptionally helpful. He patiently introduced us to the camp’s facilities, explained everything in detail, and made sure we settled in comfortably. His kindness and professionalism truly stand out, and we’re so grateful to have him around, and we’re really looking forward to the rest of our stay!

Spent two nights here and had an amazing experience. The place is extremely clean, in spite of us going in the wet season & being surrounded by trees. We had no mosquito issues at all. The rooms are very nice, comfortable & have a great deal of amenities. The breakfast & dinner buffets were great too. Staff was very friendly and engaging. Also the restaurant staff sang my partner Happy Birthday & got a cake in a very delightful manner! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone doing Masai Mara for the first time and is confused.

5 stars on absolutely everything. If possible, I would give 6 stars to the staff. Everything and anything you need for an unforgettable experience in Masai Mara is here. Rooms are clean, the hotel is beautiful, beds are really comfortable and the perfect shower to relax after a good safari. You can't go wrong

Last leg of Titan Grand Safari small group holiday for 3 nights and they saved the best until last. The “tents” are amazing. The restaurant went out of its way with a personal chef for Vegan guest and after a few initial glitches with wine there was good attentive service for every meal. Lots of food options to please everybody. Nice little shop and I recommend visiting the organic garden

We had a 3 night family stay, prior to moving to Mombasa. Cannot fault the camp or the service. Tents and site are beautifully maintained. Restaurant food has variety of choices and all were very good. Private breakfast on the last morning on the Salt Lick viewing platform was a lovely suprise and perfect end to our stay. Special call outs to Daisy for her cheery hospitality, Nelson for his helpfulness and Edward, our Safari guide for his knowledge and passion on the area and wildlife. Hopefully we will be back in the future. ||
