Our recent stay at this hotel in Nairobi exceeded all expectations, delivering a level of comfort and service that rivals any 4-star establishment in Europe. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome and attentiveness of the staff. The rooms were not just comfortable but also elegantly appointed, providing a serene retreat after a day of exploring the city. The attention to detail in room amenities and cleanliness was remarkable, ensuring a relaxing stay throughout. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was a highlight of our mornings. The spread was extensive, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options to cater to all tastes. Kelvin, our attentive server, ensured that we were well taken care of during our meals, adding a personal touch to our dining experience. What truly sets this hotel apart is its impeccable hospitality. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any request. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction, making us feel valued and pampered throughout our stay.

I stayed at the Sarova Panafric June 2-4, 2024. I was in Kenya for a two week safari with a small group of people. I decided to come to Nairobi early so the first two nights of my trip were solo, with the rest of the group joining on June 4. The hotel is lovely with a very good restaurant. Even as a solo traveller I felt safe and secure during my stay. The staff is so, so friendly and professional. I lost my phone on during the trip (left it behind in an Uber) and they could not have been kinder. And I did actually recover my phone! I highly recommend this hotel whether you are traveling solo or as a group. At the end of our trip, we spent one night in a different hotel. I was actually disappointed not to be back at the Sarova Panafric. It was an excellent start to my two week adventure in Kenya.

This is a great hotel especially when going on a safari. It is very well managed, staff is over the top welcoming and professional, it's spotless and attractive. We felt very safe here even though there was civil unrest in the city. They have very good security.

The rooms were meticulously clean and well-maintained, offering a serene and cozy atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, and every detail was thoughtfully considered to enhance the overall experience. Throughout my stay, although it was just a day, I felt like a valued guest, thanks to the warm hospitality and personalized attention I received. I can confidently say that Sarova has set the standard for customer service in Kenya, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

Was there for a conference, they have the best conference facilities. Nice food is served. Located in a cool place with the view of the nairobi national park.

This is a WONDERFUL hotel. More suited for the business traveller but also a good choice for those on vacation. Excellent service, great food, excellent staff. The Sunday Brunch is delicious!!! I stayed at Sarova Maassi Mara which was worth every last penny. I was so impressed with the Safari tour it influenced me to stay at the Sarova PanaAfric and I was even mor impressed.

We were on our honeymoon and stayed here for part of our trip. I got food poisoning from the hotel restaurant, which ruined our stay. Worst of all, they did not even care. We also had told them prior to arrival what time we would be arriving, yet no room was ready for us despite a long journey there from London. We were made to wait a long time without even the offer of a complimentary pastry or drink. The rooms are not fit for purpose, they have a single glazed sliding door which does nothing and lets in air and alot of street noise from the outside in, so we could not sleep. Much nicer hotels to stay in Nairobi for the same or better pricing.
