This hotel was booked for us by our travel agent, our first experience with this hotel and it was amazing! From check-in to check-out the experience was full of high level customer service, great food, comfortable room and more. Specifically at the front of the house, Benson helped us solve a technology issue and Leonard helped facilitate several things. In the dining room Naomi greeted us each morning by name, and at check-out Mercy managed the process with grace and style. A super experience!

Great stay at Sarova Panafric!||I had a wonderful stay here for the 20 nights. The rooms were clean, the service was smooth, and everything I needed was handled quickly. I want to highlight Peter Mwangi, the receptionist and concierge — he’s extremely professional, friendly, and always follows up on every little assistance you may need. If you visit, please look for him; he truly makes the experience even better. Highly recommend!

Dr Shonda Kirk mission team is always treated with first class service. Mr Benson at the front desk assisted my fiancé to propose and it turned exceptional. Derrick in the restaurant is amazing! He was the only one who brought bread and cookies when we sat down!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel in August of this year. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Poolside rooms are quieter with a nice view. The food at the restaurant is good and the spa is very nice. The staff are excellent at the desk, restaurant and concierge. They will help with any problems or request. I specifically want to mention Charity who changed my room to a quieter location and made sure it was available to me on my return. I am very sensitive to noise. The concierge was very helpful in organizing day trips. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Excellent hospitality provided and felt good excellent by staff and one of the best place to stay .Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with the smile. Facilities , I really enjoyed sauna and steam it was really awesome 👌 There are some few staff who i recognise they were so helpful and good hospitality and polite..Thanks to Irene, Charity and Geoffrey and Steff she really served us well in breakfast and lunch

Spotless rooms with western style bathroom. Good breakfast buffet. Super friendly and helpful staff. A bit far from the airport. Naomi was very helpful. Excellent service at the front desk.

I had a great time at Sarova. The staff were very friendly and made me feel at home. Special commendation to Vitalis who kept my room sparkling clean all the days. Keep up the good work my Brother.
