Sarova Panafric Nairobi - Hotel in Nairobi

Stayed one night before heading out on safari. Reception was very efficient for our late night group check in of 12 rooms. The restaurant was still open for dinner/snack that was enjoyed by many. The room was lovely. The breakfast buffet had everything and the staff was very friendly and fast. The pool area was perfect for a quick meeting that morning.

I had a truly wonderful stay. The service was exceptional, and the staff were consistently professional and attentive. Special thanks to Charity and Benson, whose warmth and professionalism made our visit especially memorable. The food was excellent, and every aspect of our experience exceeded expectations. We would highly recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel in August of this year. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Poolside rooms are quieter with a nice view. The food at the restaurant is good and the spa is very nice. The staff are excellent at the desk, restaurant and concierge. They will help with any problems or request. I specifically want to mention Charity who changed my room to a quieter location and made sure it was available to me on my return. I am very sensitive to noise. The concierge was very helpful in organizing day trips. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

I had a great time at The Deck at Sarova Panafric. The place is beautiful and peaceful, with a relaxing poolside vibe. The service was excellent—friendly and professional. I really enjoyed the food and cocktails, and the live jazz music made the evening even better. Overall, I was very happy with everything and would definitely recommend it!

The past 9 days, have been fabulous at the Sarova Panafric. My fiancee and myself, have spent a wonderful time @ this fantastic premises. Extremely helpful and friendly personnel, exquisite foods and drinks, and a top quality room enhanced our utmost positive feelings and experiences.
