Sarova Panafric Nairobi - Hotel in Nairobi

I had a wonderful stay at Sarova Panafric Hotel in Nairobi. The experience was exceptional from start to finish — I thoroughly enjoyed all the hotel’s facilities, from the comfortable rooms to the serene pool area. The highlight was the jazz night, which created a vibrant and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and friendly, making the stay even more memorable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a mix of comfort, entertainment, and great service in Nairobi.

I had a great time at The Deck at Sarova Panafric. The place is beautiful and peaceful, with a relaxing poolside vibe. The service was excellent—friendly and professional. I really enjoyed the food and cocktails, and the live jazz music made the evening even better. Overall, I was very happy with everything and would definitely recommend it!

This is a very good hotel. The facilities are great, particularly the gym and pool area. However, it is the staff that really make it a good place to stay – they were universally friendly, welcoming and helpful – they really went out of their way to assist and help me navigate Nairobi. The people made my state wonderful. Thank you.

We had a wonderful experience here—clean, comfortable rooms with bottled water provided, and the food was excellent. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at the restaurant and a tasty breakfast the next morning. The location is also perfect—convenient and central. Highly recommended!

Upon arrival, the landscaping is beautiful and not overwhelming. It is enough to attract the beautiful birds. We were greeted by a very tall and gentle man who graciously helped to unload a bus full of luggage for approximately 17 people. We were greeted by the staff and the check-in process was very quick, considering we arrived early. There was no problem to place us in our rooms. Many of the staff were helpful and kind, from Benson making sure we were well taken care of, to Maurice always assisting with bags. The ladies in the restaurant were so sweet and answered our detailed questions about the food. I can't recall all of their names but I remember Jane, Faith and Wangari who were truly a blessing to our late evening gatherings and our early morning runs before the bus left. If you visit the Spa, Caroline is the best. From pedicures to Swedish massages, I enjoyed her service and care. The location is good because it is off the path of the hustle of the city, but I would be great to be within walking distance to market/shops. We enjoyed our time here at Sarova Panafric and look forward to our return next year.

Very nice experience staying on Nairobi, very welcoming staff and room service was good with minimal ask. Food was good quality with lots of options. Good hotel to choose when in Nairobi.

It was a nice experience. The two day conference was great from the service to the food. My interaction with Isabel from Guest relations was very insightful. This feels like home. We will definitely be back.

So I only took advantage of the spa because we were staying at another hotel close by who suggested this spa. After a short walk around the corner to walk into the pool area, this hotel was amazing, but the spa was its own destination! I got the 90-minute hot stones after a long 2 weeks of work in Kenya and right before the long 18-hour flights to make it back home. It was amazing!
