Excellent accommodation! Very clean, and every day they changed the towels and cleaned the rooms! The breakfast was excellent with great options to choose from! The room temperature was perfect, and of course you can adjust it yourself! I highly recommend it — for the price, it is exceptionally good, beyond expectations! And if you like Italian food, make sure to visit the hotel restaurant. Amazing food and excellent service! Ask for Giuseppe! The most welcoming and hospitable waiter I have ever met!

Hidden gem just outside the business of the old town. We booked a suite and we're not disappointed beautiful spacious room aswell as spacious balcony. Room was cleaned everyday and well kept. Hotel staff were helpful and cheerful from front desk to restaurant. Would highly recommend a stay.

Hotel is situated 15-20 minutes by walk from the old town. It has 4 floors with jacuzzi on the roof, which we used twice being there completely alone. Breakfast restaurant situated on the floor -1, spacious, I would expect more different type of food, but it was sufficient for our stay. Omelette is being made freshly on request. Room was spacious, very comfortable beds. Cherry on the cake was receptionist, she helped us with everything, including reservation in Parlament for visiting. The hotel was already ready with great surprise for my husband's birthday. We'll appreciated. In the hotel there is an Italian restaurant with lovely food and wines.

A wonderful hotel with exceptional staff. Roberta and Elle at the reception are professional, helpful, and a true asset to the hotel—Roberta even speaks excellent Italian. The owner creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere. This will be my go-to hotel every time I visit Bucharest.

I totally agree with comments from Lora N Oct 24. We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel having just returned from Budapest what a difference in customer service. Firstly we had the challenge of getting a kettle, with tea/coffee making facilities advertised as being in the room. This took 3 visits from the chambermaid who spoke no English & we still had no cups, yet 2 coffee pods useless with a kettle. Furthermore the rooftop terrace spa area was closed due to it being out of season- December, if I'd have been aware I would have booked elsewhere. The gym was disappointing with very limited equipment & again I agree with previous posts this is not a 4* hotel, more like 3*. As we were leaving for a day trip at 7am, I asked for a breakfast pack up the day before & was told it was not possible. The day of the trip I popped down to the basement/restaurant area & although food was in abundance we were told we couldn't have anything, not even fruit or a pastry. Very different to a recent trip to Prague when we got takeaway breakfasts due to an early flight. As previous posts the staff were dismissive to us & unhelpful. The room was clean and spacious, plenty of toiletries and a basic buffet breakfast provided. If the staff had engaged more it would have made our stay more pleasant.

Excellent stay. |Stayed for two nights in the executive suite booked through booking.com and paid as we were leaving. |Hotel is clean and reception are friendly. Huge room, jacuzzi bath and large balcony. Very comfy bed and smart tv with Netflix, Disney plus etc.|Called reception as I needed a corkscrew for the wine they left for us and they brought it up within minutes. |We also bought some things from the mini bar which were reasonably priced. We had complimentary safe, water, coffee and tea in the room with a coffee maker and kettle. Lots of toiletries and the hairdryer was decent.|Saw some negatives about breakfast but we found it absolutely fine. Small room but no problems getting a table and a cup and English breakfast tea and some toast is all we need. The pastries were good too.|It cost around £10 in an Uber to Therme and £3.50 to the centre of the old town. |I’d stay again

We’re a couple in our late 50’s who had a 4 night stay here in October 2024. I’ve tried to write the facts so others can decide if they’re a good or bad thing. ||The positives;|A fantastic sized room-we booked a superior double. |Lovely comfortable bed & pillows. |Nice size en suite & as others have mentioned not really any privacy, but after 27 years of marriage & 2 babies it doesn’t bother us!|Nice sun deck/balcony outside our room with comfy seating. |Breakfast was continental & enough to set us up for the day. Eggs cooked to order but everything else was the same every day. |Very nice clean hotel with daily room servicing. |A television in the room that shows Premier league, Champions League & Europa League matches which pleased us! |Toiletries supplied & replenished daily (bit of a ‘man’ smell to them though.)|Very helpful ladies working reception who spoke excellent English. |Food in the restaurant was very good but I was a little disappointed it was an Italian restaurant & didn’t serve any local dishes. ||The not so good;|Although our room was lovely it was far too hot! Day & night we had to leave the patio door open as there were no windows. One night our clock read 26 degrees at 3 am & upon returning from breakfast 29 degrees. |It was explained to us that nothing could be done as the heating system was set for winter-so we melted when in the room!|No kettle in the room, just a Nespresso coffee maker with 2 pods per day. |As a tea drinker this could have been an issue if I hadn’t packed a travel kettle & a couple of mugs 😉|The hotel parking is actually only 2 spaces so you need to park on street at a cost of around £6 per day.|The location is approximately a 20 minute walk from the old town & there isn’t an awful lot around really but we did find a nice Georgian restaurant nearby & there’s a small supermarket close by too. ||We didn’t try out the jacuzzi because we were too busy doing other things & we also spent a day at Therme where we experienced plenty of bubbles!

Excellent customer service, a comfortable room with a nice balcony and a great location. Highly recommended!!
