A wonderful hotel with exceptional staff. Roberta and Elle at the reception are professional, helpful, and a true asset to the hotel—Roberta even speaks excellent Italian. The owner creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere. This will be my go-to hotel every time I visit Bucharest.

Hotel is situated 15-20 minutes by walk from the old town. It has 4 floors with jacuzzi on the roof, which we used twice being there completely alone. Breakfast restaurant situated on the floor -1, spacious, I would expect more different type of food, but it was sufficient for our stay. Omelette is being made freshly on request. Room was spacious, very comfortable beds. Cherry on the cake was receptionist, she helped us with everything, including reservation in Parlament for visiting. The hotel was already ready with great surprise for my husband's birthday. We'll appreciated. In the hotel there is an Italian restaurant with lovely food and wines.

I totally agree with comments from Lora N Oct 24. We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel having just returned from Budapest what a difference in customer service. Firstly we had the challenge of getting a kettle, with tea/coffee making facilities advertised as being in the room. This took 3 visits from the chambermaid who spoke no English & we still had no cups, yet 2 coffee pods useless with a kettle. Furthermore the rooftop terrace spa area was closed due to it being out of season- December, if I'd have been aware I would have booked elsewhere. The gym was disappointing with very limited equipment & again I agree with previous posts this is not a 4* hotel, more like 3*. As we were leaving for a day trip at 7am, I asked for a breakfast pack up the day before & was told it was not possible. The day of the trip I popped down to the basement/restaurant area & although food was in abundance we were told we couldn't have anything, not even fruit or a pastry. Very different to a recent trip to Prague when we got takeaway breakfasts due to an early flight. As previous posts the staff were dismissive to us & unhelpful. The room was clean and spacious, plenty of toiletries and a basic buffet breakfast provided. If the staff had engaged more it would have made our stay more pleasant.

Pros: - Spacious rooms - Clean - Room keeping was good - Smart TV - Breakfast included - Pretty decent location Cons - Average breakfast with burnt omelettes on request. Upon request for an omelette they give you an expression as if you asked for a large service for free! - Terrible front desk staff and restaurant staff. They keep sending you in loops saying none of them are related to the hotel and everything is a pleading favour making you feel you are at their mercy stuck there. Experience: We requested for a spoon (to feed our child from the room) and they denied the request. They kept sending me and wife in loops from reception to restaurant to bar and no one helped or provided a simple spoon. They did not give anything. All they gave was their attitude! When checking out early morning, the front door was locked and no one was at reception. There’s no bell to call anyone. We waited and ended up opening the front door to meet our taxi driver. It not he would have left and it would have been a struggle to get to the airport. Exactly at that moment the front desk lady appeared and locked my wife and infant outside the building at 2 am leaving just me inside so that I can complete the checkout, she even took away the door keys. This was the rudest and most unethical behaviour from a hotel staff. Hope families looking for a stay here would read our experience and make a wise decision. - T

Excellent stay. |Stayed for two nights in the executive suite booked through booking.com and paid as we were leaving. |Hotel is clean and reception are friendly. Huge room, jacuzzi bath and large balcony. Very comfy bed and smart tv with Netflix, Disney plus etc.|Called reception as I needed a corkscrew for the wine they left for us and they brought it up within minutes. |We also bought some things from the mini bar which were reasonably priced. We had complimentary safe, water, coffee and tea in the room with a coffee maker and kettle. Lots of toiletries and the hairdryer was decent.|Saw some negatives about breakfast but we found it absolutely fine. Small room but no problems getting a table and a cup and English breakfast tea and some toast is all we need. The pastries were good too.|It cost around £10 in an Uber to Therme and £3.50 to the centre of the old town. |I’d stay again

The hotel should be 3 stars and not 4. The parking actually has only 3 small places. The rest of the space is used as storage. |Rooms are modestly furnished and not very clean. The air conditioning doesn’t work properly, it is very noisy and spits dust every now and then. There were dead flies on the window sill (a clear indication of how the rooms are being cleaned). |The breakfast was very limited and held in the basement, where it was dusty and smelly. The lady cook didn’t speak any English and was very grumpy and rude. The vegetables looked dry… as if they have been left there for a few days. |The restaurant at the hotel was also nothing special - too pricy, with disengaged staff, who barely spoke English. |Receptionist was often outside smoking and was not bothered that there were people waiting at the reception.
