SAS Hotel Mignon

Stayed here in July 2025. Absolutely wonderful rooms. They were clean, modern and had AC. Staff were amazing, going way beyond what was necessary. Shoutout to the amazing kitchen staff in the morning, always ready to help you with a smile & at the desk, helped us with coaches to the airport. Located on an ally away from the bustle. 10/10.

We really enjoyed the friendliness of the employees. Check in and check out was simple. Getting to the hotel from the train station was an easy 10 minute walk. Our room and shared areas were very clean at all times. The decor is beautiful. We really enjoyed the included breakfast. I strongly recommend this hotel and should we visit Sorrento again, we would make it our home.

Perfect hotel for purposes. Great location, very close to the historic city center - yet we got our car pretty close to it to drop off luggage. We used their valet parking which was very easy. ||Rooms were nice and bright. Breakfast even included scrambled eggs. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They allowed us to leave our bags after checking out for a few hours.||Hotel has an elevator but there are a dozen steps to get to reception.

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful and charming hotel for two nights. Our room was very clean, updated, and nicely decorated. Our beds were the most comfortable we slept in during our month long stay in Italy. The breakfast area was very nice and there was a terrific selection of breakfast items, including delicious cakes baked by Teresa. You can smell them all day long which is lovely. This is a beautiful hotel with very kind and helpful owners and staff. There is some outside noise from the cobblestone streets and busy market next door (depending on where your room is located) which is no fault of the hotel. I always bring a sleeping mask and earplugs while traveling in Europe—especially in crowded cities with lots of tourists. This hotel is very comfortable and convenient to many restaurants, shops, and attractions. We would definitely stay here again—highly recommend.

So pleased with our stay here. Very clean. Lots of blue and white tile decor. Fridge and mini bar in room. Small but great shower. Small balcony with table and chairs. Location was perfect! Easy walk to everywhere we needed to go. Breakfast included eggs, cheese, meats, yogurt and pastries. Staff was friendly and helpful. Recommend this hotel for your stay in beautiful Sorrento!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is beautifully designed. There are multiple small touches, which really stand out. The staff are all wonderfully helpful, communicative and happy. We also loved the home made breakfast pastries. It did not bother us, but our room was opposite a secondary school and above a supermarket.

We stayed at this Hotel for 6 nights. It’s very well situated in the historic section of Sorrento and it was easily assessable to everything. It’s also very clean and the staff was extremely helpful. The included breakfast was very nice. The only downside for us was that there was some maintenance going on that made it difficult to rest in the afternoon so we could refresh for the evening. It’s also quite noisy if people come in very late at night. We heard a group coming in at close to 3AM and they were talking loudly in the hall, which woke us up. In my opinion, the positives (location, cleanliness, staff) outweigh the negatives, (noise) but you should be aware.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is on a side street off the main shopping/restaurant street in Sorrento. It was an easy short walk to shopping and restaurants and not a far walk to the trains, buses, and ferries. It is small and spotlessly clean. The room had a queen bed and a twin. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly and helpful. We had a corner room with a balcony and nice view. However it is a NOISY location: a high school across the street with kids playing sports, a grocery store next door, scooters buzzing by, and late at night metal carts being dragged over the cobblestones, along with those who stayed out late to close things down. If you don’t go to bed before 11 or midnight this isn’t a problem. We found ourselves closing the curtains, closing the windows, and lowering the metal shutters hoping to keep out the noise.
