My husband and I stayed at this beautiful and charming hotel for two nights. Our room was very clean, updated, and nicely decorated. Our beds were the most comfortable we slept in during our month long stay in Italy. The breakfast area was very nice and there was a terrific selection of breakfast items, including delicious cakes baked by Teresa. You can smell them all day long which is lovely. This is a beautiful hotel with very kind and helpful owners and staff. There is some outside noise from the cobblestone streets and busy market next door (depending on where your room is located) which is no fault of the hotel. I always bring a sleeping mask and earplugs while traveling in Europe—especially in crowded cities with lots of tourists. This hotel is very comfortable and convenient to many restaurants, shops, and attractions. We would definitely stay here again—highly recommend.

This hotel was amazing! Loved it. Perfect location close to shops and restaurants and even a little grocery store next store. The breakfast was phenomenal and the lady who took care of it baked everything fresh daily. The best I’ve ever had. The room was clean and cozy. The staff was welcoming and friendly. I would stay there again and again.

The location was absolutely perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, which I greatly appreciated. The breakfast offered was decent, although I encountered a couple of issues that impacted my overall experience. Firstly, I was charged for a coffee after I missed breakfast, despite it only being 1 euro. While it's a small amount, I felt it was unnecessary and disappointing. Additionally, I was approached with an offer to purchase a ferry ticket to the Amalfi Coast and position, but the hotel charged an extra 10 euros compared to what I could have paid at the harbor. They collected the 10 euros cash without mentioning that it was non-refundable, which left me feeling uneasy about their transparency. Overall, while the hotel had many positive aspects, these issues affected my trust in their honesty, which is more important than the money itself. I hope this feedback is helpful.

Great hotel in a perfect location. We were able to easily walk to every place we wanted to visit in Sorrento. There's a market right next door, which made it easy to grab snacks and drinks. Both the rooms and common areas are attractively decorated and well-maintained. Staff at both the front desk and breakfast area were always friendly. I'd definitely stay here again.

We had an absolutely delightful stay at Hotel Mignon. Our room had recently been renovated, and everything felt fresh and inviting. The hotel’s location is unbeatable—just steps beyond the city’s walled gate and a short stroll to the main shopping street. Even the ferry terminal is conveniently within walking distance, making it an ideal base for exploring. Cleanliness at Hotel Mignon is impeccable—truly as spotless as a hotel can be. The bathroom was beautifully adorned with traditional Sorrento-style tiles, adding a charming local touch to the experience. What made our stay even smoother was the staff’s assistance with airport transfers, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. Without a doubt, we highly recommend Hotel Mignon for anyone visiting the area. A fantastic stay from start to finish!

This adorable and well run boutique hotel of Sorrento is the perfect blend of affordability and charm. Located in a prime spot just off of the main thoroughfare and next door to a supermarket, Hotel Mignon, will not disappoint even a discriminating traveler. Well appointed, exceptionally clean, excellent location, what more could you ask for. We stayed 3 nights, and were delighted. Giovanna and Clara at the front desk were extremely helpful, even getting us chairs in advance at a booked beach club, and Teresa the baker is as sweet as can be. Thank you for a relaxing and comfortable stay!

We stayed at Hotel Mignon for 5 nights and had a lovely overall experience. The staff are exceptional – from the welcoming team at reception to the kind lady who serves breakfast with a smile each morning.||The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, clean, and full of charm. Its location is unbeatable – right in the heart of Sorrento, close to shops, restaurants, and everything you’d want to explore.||However, with the central location comes quite a bit of noise at night. Our room was directly above a supermarket entrance, and we were often woken by early morning deliveries and noisy groups of people outside late each night. If you’re a light sleeper, earplugs are a must.||That said, the charm, service, and atmosphere of Hotel Mignon really stand out, and we’d absolutely recommend it for anyone looking for a central base in Sorrento — just be prepared for the lively surroundings.

a hotel in the middle of Sorrento and very overrated! We had paid quite a high price for each night but unfortunately had the smallest room they had! An even smaller toilet in the room that you could barely move in. We had a balcony that faced the back of another restaurant with very loud ventilation noise that went on until just after midnight. Just outside the room there was a public toilet that was visited by the breakfast guests and the breakfast was served on the same floor and you can imagine how much noise from 6 in the morning for preparation. very stingy with hygiene items such as soap and shampoo. Due to the size of the room, you could feel your head in the toilet seat in the room as the headboard was stuck to the toilet and hence the smell! The bed and pillow were nice and comfortable. The location was in the middle of town but not much noise from the crowds. We tried the breakfast once and you can get enough of it, lots of cakes and sweets. Nice gentleman at the reception for the night. Recommended for the location but not for the room for the high price you pay!
