Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Awesome breakfast. Rooms are really clean. Location is great, close to the most important places. Recommend it!!

We liked this place. Friendly and helpful staff, cozy rooms. Great town and pleasantly places in the northern Thai. ||Guest house was very small but it was nice, breakfast was included. Girls were buxom. We’re recommend.

I stayed at the Sasima House for 5 nights. Maple at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The place is super cozy, breakfast is simple but good! Great location right next to the night bazar. I would definitely stay again!

Hotel for Chinese. Rooms are ok with air con and safe available however big minus is they check your room thoroughly to charge you extra bits. I broke a glass jar they had moved to the edge of the breakfast table and they dared charging me for that 100baht!! This is meant to be a hotel but had terrible customer service. The room is full of ants. Do not recommend that place.

We returned to Sasima house after visiting 18 months ago. I think since our last visit some renovations have taken place and it's looking fresh and more open and inviting in the foyer. We had a family room - large double bed, single and had a roll away added for 4 of us; 3 adults and a child. WE love the location of Sasima, with the night market just around the corner. There is plenty of transport available being on the main road if needing to head further or to hot to walk. Parking is also available in the parking lot just across the road at 40tb per day/night. There is a small Big C supermarket just 2 mins walk away perfect for snacks etc The room was cool with the air con, TV had good reception, large fridge and large windows. Internet can be a bit hit and miss. The beds were nicely presented with towel swans and we slept very well with the beds not as firm as others we had slept in throughout our time in Thailand. No lift so ask for a low floor if required. Breakfast is basic but is included in the room price. Maple is very accommodating, so welcoming and helpful - organised a truck for us to the airport at a better price then we would have been able to. We spent most of our time in Chiang Rai but this has become our choice of places to stay when in Chiang Mai for just a night or two.
