Yelp
A little fox shrine located into the Kamakura hills, which you should rely upon any local guides for getting there, as Google maps made us go through several feet through the hillside until other travelers told us that there was an alternate route from the train station through several homes. At least we got some exercise from what seemed to be nearly an hour trying to find this shrine!
We arrived at the back end of this shrine, given that we took the longcut from a hillside and descended down upon this place. We do not recommend you ever take this route unless you want some exercise! When you're near, you will notice possibly a million miniature ceramic foxes around the shrine. There are plenty of banners around the shrine to indicate you're close. If you take the conventional route to this (i.e. street route from several homes nearby), you will walk up to several red-orange torii gates. Upon climbing the stairs that are shadowed by these gates, the shrine is there for all to see! A local guide that works the shrine is also there, but didn't seek his assistance, partly due to us assuming he likely spoke only Japanese.
