The last few times I went to the airport, I wasn’t able to get into the SAT lounge, which honestly made me quite unhappy. I had already paid the annual fee for my credit card, but every time, the lounge would say it was full or that other guests had priority. This time, I was lucky to finally get a seat. Personally, I think the food at the T3 SAT lounge is quite good, with plenty of hot food options. Although there’s no bar, hotel-style drinks can be ordered freely. There are also more choices for bread and beverages. The lounge is spacious, with ample space between seats, making it comfortable. I also really like the large screens showcasing AI-powered art and design installations from different institutions in Singapore. I hope they can be more flexible and allow credit card holders who have already paid their annual fees specifically for lounge access to have a higher chance of getting a seat.

They were mostly empty when we reached there but said that reservations are required and they aren't taking new people. Eventually took me after an hour on request. Thanks. Good lounge. Hot food variety and good coffee. No bar but open wine, beer, gin, vodka and whiskey. Good breads and snacks. Massage chair for 15 minutes.

There are quite a few choices of food. The food tastes delicious. The place is crowded. The staff are friendly. The only thing that I can't use is the men's toilet that smells like someone had just vomited. Waited for nearly 1 and a half hour and the smells are still there.

Google
Quiet lounge and have a lot of variety of food to choose from. For the cleanliness, especially the seat and table, was not really good... have to clean myself (can see liquids on the tables and chairs) ... Food availability include, Laksa, congee, breads, cakes, soup, omelette Drinks have coffee, selections of tea, some 3in1 which was quite surprising... Toilet is available with shower... Overall good lounge but can be better

We had a long wait for our flight in Singapore. We booked the Premier Lounge and it was good choice. They have a buffet for those who are hungry or want to grab a bite. They also have liquor and drinks for those who are so inclined. We enjoyed the quiet and the comfortable seating. They also have showers and towels available. We did use the free massage chairs. It made our long flight much more bearable.

Food was excellent as was the service from the front counter to the dining area. This SATS lounge is far superior than the one in terminal 2. A nice selection of asian & western foods alcoholic & nonalcoholic beverages. Showers available tho the doors were opaque.

Google
Food is good, especially the hot cooked ones. Wide variety. We went about 930 and there was pasta and laksa live station. Other items on the menu were butter chicken, chickpeas, steamed vegetables, hokkien mee, briyani. Pastries werent great. Can skip. Hot drinks, soft drinks all available. Only small gripe was there were no fruits. But its a small issue since the rest of the food is good. Facilities wise, limited seats with tables, and strangely only one men's cubicle. But multiple showers available

Google
Nice and well designed lounge This lounge is designed with seats nicely spread out. There are also cubicles for those who want to do sit alone or do some work. In my opinion, one of the better non-airline lounges. The place is neat and very well maintained. Food is passable, drinks are pretty decent. Overall a good place to hangout before your flight.

Yelp
Nice lounge in terminal three of Changi airport it's accessible via Priority Pass so can get a little crowded. Pretty decent food options and good for a quick stop before our flight.

Yelp
Got in using Priority Pass with my gf. Was super crowded, but managed to snag a seat. Highlight was their made to order food. Their laksa is soo good that I got two bowls of it. Only stayed for 30 minutes before we ran off to catch our flight.

Yelp
It's a pretty good lounge for what it is. I had two different experiences here since I came here on two separate days. The first time, it was early in the morning around 7 on a Monday and the lounge was pretty empty. We had a 9 hour layover and we just came from NYC so we wanted to take a shower. It was pretty clean. They seem to clean in between each guest, so that's nice. There was also no wait at the time. Food isn't bad but definitely not the best lounge food I've had. But the food does change throughout the day, so you do have options. The chicken congee was actually pretty good and was really comforting after a long flight. Alcohol is self serve, and there's a good selection of soft drinks. The maximum time you can stay is 3 hours but during our first visit, I don't think it was really enforced since it wasn't busy. But we left by then anyway to explore the airport and did end up coming back since we have two Priority Passes. It gets a little bit busier in the afternoon. The second time was at around 9 PM on a Friday night and it was PACKED. It was hard to even find a seat. There was also a line for the shower. All the food was already picked through. So moral of the story - the experience varies greatly depending on what time you go. Overall, I did have higher expectations since it's a lounge in Asia AND it's in the no. 1 airport in the world. But still, a packed lounge is still better than no lounge at all.

Clean, wine+spirits, coffee machine, clean restroom, comfortable space, staff is great.

Yelp
My husband and I were flying out of Changi Airport and we hit up the SATS lounge with my Priority Pass. There was a lot of comfortable seating inside. We found a spot in one of the rows. I set down my bag and my husband sat in the adjacent chair before I went to check out the food situation. There was a hot laksa station, buffet station, coffee machine, juice machine, refrigerator with canned beverages, and bottles of alcohol on the counter. The buffet had eggs, bacon, fried rice, congee, potatoes, sausage, etc. We were there early for our 9:30 am flight to Narita so we grabbed what we wanted. I wanted to try the Laksa and had a coffee. Then I moved on to an adult beverage, as it was needed for my nerves. My husband found a few bites before needing to use the facilities. The line was long since there was only two single-person restrooms. I guess one of the staff let him into use the shower room as there was a toilet in there as well. The lounge became crowded the later we were there, so we were glad to have been able to utilize it early. While it's not my favorite lounge, I was happy with the choices and amenities. The staff was really diligent about clearing tables and keeping things stocked. Anything is better than having to pay for an expensive airport meal.

Yelp
Airport lounges in Asia are all pretty nice with good amenities and features, however, I find this one at Changi to be one of my favorites (#1 is ANA Lounge @Haneda). It's opened 24/7 and there's a shower facility with provided towel, shampoo and body soap. Massage chairs available too but unfortunately weren't operating during this visit. The lounge is well staffed and they're always cheerful & friendly. I rarely have any trouble finding a seat/table. And the food/drink options are way better than those experienced in many other lounges. The only negative is that it can get a little noisy due to it's open space to the lower lobby. I always leave satisfied from this SATS airport lounge.

Yelp
Great lounge in Singapore airport. Has all the essentials with good amount of selection of food and drinks. They also offer shower here which is nice. Recommend stopping by on ur layover

Yelp
This was my first ever Lounge experience and I was so excited and maybe had too high of expectations. Initially walking in, the lounge is a bit on the smaller side but does have a lot of sectioned off areas where you can sit with family semi privately and enjoy the food. The Food: There are a ton of options both Singaporean and American. The food is buffet style with 75% Singaporean classic dishes such as Laksa, fried rice, curry, etc and 25% American items like scrambled eggs, toast, sausage. There was also an awesome noodle bar! Being an idiot, I couldn't figure out where the noodles were because it was displayed so nicely that I thought the noodles were fake demos. Facility: There are lot of outlets and seating but the overall lounge is pretty small. There are two massage chairs in the back corner which I didn't notice at all until my gf pointed it out. Unfortunately, it was occupied the entire time so I didn't have an opportunity to use it. There are 3x small cubbie areas which can fit 2 people and I liked it because it was very private. Service: I was there at 5am or so where it was super early so it wasn't mega crowded but there was still quite a bit of people there and I felt the service was good! They had someone constantly coming around picking up plates and cleaning tables. They also had someone constantly refilling the food. Toilets: VERY POOR. It was very dirty to the point where I rather use the public ones outside of the lounge. It was also constantly taken as well and I had to walk back and forth to check if it was available 3-4 times. Definitely wouldn't ever use their showers. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Overall, the lounge was great. I'm writing this after comparing it to two other lounges and I felt it was slightly better than the Changai Lounge since they have more food options and more privacy but infinitely worse than the Chase Reserve Lounge in Hong Kong.

Yelp
SATS was so dirty I'm wonder why it was so busy. They also had kids running around and no one said anything. It was basically 1AM -3AM For sure I would not take a shower here for the death of me or even use the bathroom

Yelp
My first time hanging around a lounge, my flight left Manila 2 hours late and I lost my connection flight back to the States. When I got off Singapore Airline they already had staff giving out new boarding passes to other flights. My connection was the last one that night so they sent me to SATS Premier Lounge to wait for an update. The Lounge was staffed and they took my flight info and ask me to wait inside. They had places to sit, and also a few tables to eat at. they had pliantly of options to drink including wine. Some warm foods, cut fruit and snacks, I think the time was 10 PM. Because I had travel insurance with Singapore Airline, they put me up in a hotel, paid all my cab fare and meals including late checkout until my replacement flight next day.

Yelp
This is one of Singapore International Airport lounges. It was not a Wow lounge but it was nice. The food was good a bunch of variety. There was also many drinks. We found a seat pretty easy and was happy to be off the plane for a few hours. There was a shower which help refresh a bit. Nothing bad to say.

Yelp
We definitely came with great expectations! I've always heard that the Priority Pass lounges outside of the U.S. are S-O much superior, and here's one that won all kinds of awards. To be able to try it both flying out of Singapore to HKG, and on our return, just made the anticipation higher! As it turned out, it was "nice enough" - 5 stars is definitely rounding up some. On the plus side, there was ample seating on both occasions; they have some meaningful food offering, and a half-decent self-help bar with 5 or 6 different liquors, along with a self-serve Laksa station. But the wines were crappy, and the lines for the bathrooms could be out the door. They do offer a shower facility, which seemed quite nice. And I would say overall they do a good job keeping things neat and tidy. I wonder if higher traffic would keep them in such pristine shape!

Yelp
Priority pass got me in the lounge for free as I was flying Air Asia to Malaysia for $100 round trip, which was a huge bargain. Was a bit hungry and had the laksa and it wasn't too spicy and loaded with flavor. Also had some fresh fruit and 30 minutes later was at the gate. Food selection was nice and fresh and they had fast WiFi. For sure would return to this lounge in the future.
google avatar

Gabrielle H.

Yelp
I know this lounge has reactively poor reviews but I thought it was fantastic. It has good food, a good selection of drinks and comfy chairs. What is there not to love? Much better than most of the dreary priority pass lounges I've visited.
google avatar

Mario T.

Yelp
Got in for free with my Priority Pass membership but would have not been too happy if I had paid to get in. Didn't think food was any good. The spring rolls were chewy and tasteless and char kyew teh was so-so. They had a laksa station but didn't try it in case too spicy for my stomach and facing an 18 hr flight. Only had two toilets and two showers. Always a line to the shower. Don't know condition inside the showers. Was a surprise getting this kind of lounge at Changi. (Not sure the other "for pay" lounges are better.

Yelp
Massage chairs, a decent spread of buffet and most importantly comfortable couches (throw in some ambient lightings)? I am sold. I have a Priority Pass membership which allows me to park myself in a network of airport lounges in the world when I am travelling. Not like I am travelling around the world, but crowded boarding gates and uncomfortable seating areas are never really my friend so being able to hibernate inside an airport lounge is something I appreciate. SATS Premier Lounge is located on the 2nd floor of Terminal 3 Changi Airport. Once you go through the immigration/custom (departure), turn left and you will see an escalator after the Shilla Duty Free store. Take the escalator up and you will see the airport lounge ahead. Not sure if one can pay to get in without any membership. I know with my Priority Pass membership, I can bring in two guests for free. Staffs at the front desk were polite. I showed them my digital pass on my phone, they scanned it and I got to enter the lounge. Oh, they even advised me what gate my flight to JFK was when it was still not posted when I checked in. There are plenty of seatings and there are a number of massage chairs at the back. All the couches are comfortable. The lightings inside are soothing and relaxing. Food selection was plentiful and they were good. Good selection of soft drinks and beer are available. Used plates were cleared by the staffs and they made their rounds frequently. This lounge is a great way to pass time while waiting for flights or in transit!

Yelp
I'm in the great country of Singapore where good food is everywhere you go. It's clean. It's safe. Everything runs very efficient. It's all good except for the extreme heat. But believe it or not I had as much fun in this lounge as the 24 hours I had to run around Singapore. It's a spacious luxury lounge with good Asian food, lattes, and dessert. Not to mention showers, massage chairs and free beer. It makes the anxious wait for my next flight turn into an enjoyable time. So good I have to run to my gate when they start boarding. The only knock against this lounge is there are no places to lay down. So if you can't sleep sitting up, to solve the problem, drink enough beer and wine until you can. This lounge is covered for priority pass members, so if you are a Chase Reserve Card owner, this is definitely one of the best perks of having this credit card.
google avatar

Joyce L.

Yelp
I am a fan of this lounge. If you have to choose one, I highly recommend this particular lounge. I have a priority pass and have been using it for entering into multiple lounges in various airport. SATS Lounge has the best food options and massage chairs. Take advantage of these amazing uLove chairs from OSIM. It includes options such as butt cuddle (hilarious option), lumbar stretch, relax, etc. The food area consists of a DIY laksa station with robust flavour broth, sandwiches, cheese, soup, transitional breakfast itens. As well as, coffee machine for making fresh latte and mocha. With all this being said, just stick to laksa. You really cannot go wrong! There is also an area for showers and quieter private areas. If you need a good night rest!

Yelp
-Lounge seats roughly 200 people, only about 10 here on this Sunday around noon -Free beer, wine and basic selection of liquors -Food was just OK with a limited selection. I caught them at the end of breakfast/beginning of lunch. Only had bfast -Sat in Business Class on the Scoot 787 from Bali to Singapore, only 4 seats taken out of 40 or so -Seems like the Virus scare is having an effect on travelers -4/5 on lounge Overall airport is fantastic, one of the nicest I've traveled through. 5/5
google avatar

Asma A.

Yelp
Changi is a big airport with many lounges. I do not recommend coming to this particular one. I've been to many lounges over the years and many in Changi, but this one was just simply okay. Food selection was good- you could get sushi which is awesome, laksa, noodles, etc The lounge is clean, but I wasn't impressed overall. Drink variety is low. Yes there's a shower, but getting a turn for one was frustrating and they don't clean the bathroom once the person before you is done taking a shower. I was a bit disgusted with this. Overall, I suggest trying a different lounge.
google avatar

Derek S.

Yelp
Came by for 45 minutes the other day to enjoy some peace and quiet time prior to my flight on a low cost carrier. SATS lounge is post immigrations on the top floor of T2 and they take Priority Club memberships! Unfortunately I was too full to try out their buffet as it looked fantastic! ... Definitely makes lounges in the US look and feel mediocre by comparison! Free WiFi and massage chairs were available too!
google avatar

Ben Y.

Yelp
Denied access to the lounge for priority pass membership. Because they are too bud prioritizing other non priority pass members. On a Thursday night at 1130pm. Yeah ok, that sounds about right. These guys are just being lazy. The lounge definitely was not full. If they are getting any money from priority pass, they should be removed from the list of member lounges.
google avatar

Kenneth T.

Yelp
Definitely not what I expect for a premier lounge. What are the issues: 1) the place isn't sanitary. Tables were not cleaned well and I felt gross even just eating at the table. I didn't even care to find a couch to seat as who knows how well that would have been cleaned... 2) food variety was no great either. Not much food selection - only had like 3 food to select from and for desert selection, plain old simple sponge like cakes and that's it. Will definitely check out other lounges. Just not worth it. I got in through United pass and good thing, I was able to go to another lounge with the access I had.

Carly L.

Yelp
A worthy lounge with good food options and resting facilities. Foodwise is DIY style and the selection is above average. Taste and quality is ok, however their signature laksa and chicken rice are surprisingly good. Furthermore, they serve coffee, wine and alcohol. Lounge Area is on the small side and chairs are a bit old and seasoned. They have quite a big showering area though and toilet is professionally clean. Other facilities like charging stations are also provided. Staff are professional and efficient as they frequently go around to check on things. Overall, I'd say this is an acceptable lounge for being in this fancy airport.
google avatar

Nicole Q.

Yelp
Best lounge I've ever been in. We even got to the airport a few hours early just to relax here. It's open 24 hours with plenty of seating and far removed from the noise and crowds of the airport on the level below. Buffet is well stocked with international dishes selected especially for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The signature dish, curry laksa, was spicy and delicious. Selection of sodas on tap and wine, liquors, and cans of beer in the fridge. WiFi, full body massage chairs, lower leg massage chairs, attentive service. Very clean. They even have Samsung tablets and headphones for public use near the massage chairs. Bathroom are private and include showers and towels. Only drawback I can think of is that they don't stock bottled water, but that's a minor complaint in comparison to the luxury of this lounge.
google avatar

Wu F.

Yelp
Disgusting. I don't normally write bad reviews but no. Just no. Asked to use the showers. Someone had been in before, so there were towels and stuff everywhere. It was a mess in there (not sure what kind of accident happened, but there were also soaked/bunches paper towels by the toilet... as if someone had peed on the floor or something). I asked them if it was going to be cleaned so I could go in. They basically told me to just use it as is Hard pass.
google avatar

Dian H.

Yelp
Not premier but it has a shower. Shower comes with extremely basic amenities so bring your own kit. The Ambassador transit lounge has a better set up and it's cleaner. The lounge itself was quiet when I was there. Definitely not as hectic as Krisflyer Gold lounge. Food wise, solid offerings including laksa. Maybe a good plan is eat at Krisflyer lounge but shower and nap here if you have a longer transit. Will give this a pass on my next transit. It's 27USD if you have a Priority Pass. Am so glad I did not pay for this.
google avatar

Sabina K.

Yelp
For such a swanky airport, this lounge is underwhelming. Walking in it seems dark, rundown, and old because of carpet colors and kitchen. It's got small food options of both Asian and western food, including do it yourself Laksa. For breakfast the have paratha with vegetable curry, but paratha is super oily and not flaky. Three times I've been here it's been packed, so they should add more seating. Overall: meh
google avatar

Michelle O.

Yelp
One of the better priority pass lounges that I've been to! Spacious, clean and quiet, this lounge has plenty of seating and even 2 massage chairs. Showers are available too! Too bad I never transit long enough in Singapore to warrant the use of the showers. There is hot food bar with local delicacies. Roti prata, dim sum, chee kueh and my favourite, laksa! It's like a one stop shop to get your main singapore food fixes if you missed out on any on your trip. I didn't try out the western food selection, but there is a bread basket and sandwiches. Salad and fruits are also available if you want something light. Alcoholic drinks, coffee, tea and soda is also available. This lounge is located on the 2nd floor of the terminal. Take the escalator near to the Omega watch store.
google avatar

Dian K.

Yelp
Free for Priority Pass members, this is an average lounge. I stop by here only to take a quick shower, so didn't get to try the food (looks like a meh buffet). Shower is first come first serve, you have to wait since they don't have a list you sign up for like other lounges. They also don't clean it after every guest like other lounges. But it's a good enough shower, ask for towel at reception. They have liquid soap and shampoo, comb and toothbrush/paste in drawers in the bathroom. Big enough lounge, plenty of seats in sofa/chairs, small tables or long communal table. The 2 massage chairs are pretty nice though!

Yelp
Not going to lie. There are two SATS lounges and because I don't know which is which, I'm going to copy and paste this over on the other SATS location .. because they were AWESOME! First, this airport is gor-ge-ouuuus. I could roam around this airport for hours. I wish my layover was a little longer and at a different time so then I could have adventured elsewhere besides the lounge. I mean, I kind of mean that. So, let's just say .. my husband and I came when it was around 1am. Of course nothing was open. I mean, it was either 1am, or 3am. Either way, nothing, nothing, nothing in anyone's right mind would be open or put a smile on this grumpy face. BUT! I stepped into here, and ... I locked eyes with the massage chairs in the back. DONE, and DONE. There was plenty of seating throughout, TVs throughout, and places to eat and sit as a single person or sit across a small dining table for two. There were choices. There's also bathrooms with showers, food, all kinds of choices. I mean, there were choices. I like to say that this is the greatest advantage of lounge life, right? Accommodations and choices! It's clean and periodically, there was a person cleaning up the dishes that were left. But what just really took it home for me was, after being on flights for hours, tossing and turning, suffering through crappy services or airports that aren't THAT great.. there are these wonderful uLove chairs. I never knew of them until this moment. I sat in it, and can't say more. Literally, I can't. I sat in it and fell asleep as it massaged me. It has to use some kind of sensing to what's needed 'cus apparently, my husband thought it was the greatest experience too. These massages chairs is what put me over the top. I would come back here for the nice lounge, chairs, service and choices.
google avatar

Yvette T.

Yelp
Even though I was full already, I couldn't help but have multiple servings of their panang chicken curry. Closely rivaled anything we ate in Malaysia and Singapore the last few days. Cauliflower soup also might not sound appetizing, but it, too, was amazing. They do have a make-your-own laksa station, which I didn't get a chance to try. Never thought I'd have a need for an airport shower until a red eye flight from SIN to PVG. And they provide towels at the front desk. Instantly made my flight bearable. It also has a few massage chairs, but they're in a closed off area, which makes it more difficult to use if there are already people occupying the area. Would definitely stop by for a meal if flying through SIN again.
google avatar

Yelp
I stopped by this lounge before my flight from Singapore to China. It's situated just upstairs from all the departures so you aren't really separated from the hustle and bustle of travelers, but it was still a quiet lounge nonetheless. There's plenty of comfy seating, and a wide variety of food and beverage options available. It's buffet style so you can grab whatever you want when you want it and even make your own cocktails. My flight was at 1am so I wasn't really feeling any of the delicious looking traditional Singaporean dishes they had, but I appreciated the trail mix! Every seat has plenty of outlets and charging options, which was so key as I was buckling up for a 7hr flight. All in all, the lounge provides everything you need, thought it's not super luxurious by any means. Not a big deal however! Not sure when I'll have the occasion to be back in Singapore but if I am, I will definitely be stopping in here.

Yelp
Came in dec 30/17 at 12pm. Free entrance for me and one guest. Wasn't busy with lots of empty chairs. spacious. Variety of hot foods ranging from make your own laksa station ( no yellow noodles), korma chicken curry, Thai fish curry, stir fried vegetables, vegetable curry, penne in cream sauce and rice. For dessert Cheng teng, 3 types of petite cakes n fruits. For drinks pop, beers, 6 wines n bar stock.

Yelp
This is a generic lounge for people with minimal status in frequent flyer programs. It has a modern look and serves the usual hot food and finger snacks. The place looks dated but nevertheless functional for a short stop over. You probably don't want to stay around, not because it is not an inviting place, but because there are so many stores, shops and eateries that you can spend the time at while waiting for your flight.

Yelp
This SATS Premier Lounge is one of three in Changi Airport (with each one being in one of the three terminals). The lounge is pretty nice and clean as far as airport lounges go. There are power plugs everywhere (but no USB ports), and the staff seem to be pretty concerned about lounge upkeep. What's nice about this lounge in particular is the fact that there are small isolated cubicles that allow you to stay away from the noisy kids that roam around this lounge. There are also three massage chairs in the back. The drink selection is fairly limited (less than 10 different varieties), and the food spread was solely Indian-based when I went (curries, masala, rice, etc.). All in all, not a bad lounge in general, but maybe not the best when compared to others in Changi Airport.
google avatar

Mel A.

Yelp
The Dnata Lounge was getting a bit busy so I decided to use my Priority Pass Membership and lounge hop to the SATS Premier Lounge next door It's quite spacious and not as busy as Dnata, which I appreciate. The food is mostly local fare and there's also a make your own laksa, if you're feeling adventurous. WiFi here is also free and the chairs are comfy.

Yelp
Service: Located at the very end of the airport away from the terminals. They have a regular section and a VIP section, not really sure who gets in there, etc. Free wifi, lots of outlets everywhere and USB plugs everywhere. Can't say this is the best lounge I've been to but I've only been to 2 lounges.... Although I'm giving it 3 stars, I am forever thankful for lounges at airports. Food: The food quality at this restaurant is okay, they have Laksa and other ethnic foods there. It was a very cramped lounge/wasn't very spacious considering visitors with their carry-on baggage. They have the fancy coffee machines. Restroom: They have a very small restroom - not a lot of room/space and it is also combined with the showers. Only 2 restroom stalls which I found a little ridiculous.

Yelp
SATS Premium Lounge was a good spot to have a coffee and breakfast before my 0600 flight. The lounge was full of people that were full of energy before 0500. This was a good atmosphere, because otherwise I would probably have fallen asleep. There were plenty of seats with a bit of privacy in certain areas. The breakfast that was available had international options that were plenty. The breakfast was good from what I tried and was nothing was horrible. This lounge was a good pit stop before heading out for a flight. I'd recommend coming here for a drink, bite to eat and rest.

Yelp
Ok, a bit basic for asia standard. Food was pretty good, but shower was lacking in amenities, just had soap and shampoo like a gym shower. 3 massage chairs but mostly occupied.

Yelp
Lounge ok International charging outlets as well as USB ports to charge. Very nice! Internet available. Alcohol and wine selection although no white wine. Vodka was Smirnoff. Hot foods but I didn't try anything. A lot of breakfast options. A couple of espresso machines although why any one would want to caffeinate up before flying I'll never know. Quiet atmosphere. Friendly checkin.

Yelp
I've been lucky enough to travel internationally a fair amount, and the SATS lounge in T3 is one of the better ones I've been in. They have a decent variety of hot food options, including a make your own laksa bar. The afternoon we visited, they had a couple rice options with different curries, as well as a pasta dish. All their food is halal, for those with dietary restrictions, and there were plenty of veggie options as well. The mixed drinks are self-serve, with a basic selection of liquors, ample mixers, and two red and white wines. The seating area is large and airy, with charging ports by every seat. But the REAL stars of this lounge are the four massage chairs in the back right corner. They are super nice OSIM uLove chairs, and definitely give you a full body rub from head to toes. Well, more like calves and ankles, but close though! Though some of the massage options sound a little suspect ("butt cuddle," anyone?), this is probably the best massage you'll get outside of paying a real masseuse. Either way, two cycles of the "Relax Time" option were an absolute lifesaver after my 17 hour flight from LAX. I didn't have a chance to use the shower facilities at this lounge, but I peeked inside and they looked well stocked and clean. This lounge is definitely a great option for spending a few hours at Changi!

Yelp
Priority Pass member. What's important for me when I'm at an airport lounge: WiFi - good connection and decent speed at this lounge Clean & spacious washrooms - check! Low/moderate noise level - it was fairly quiet at 4am but the volume picked up around the food service area once people started trickling in. The general seating area is spacious and the couches are comfortable to sit on. Snacks - there were some hot food that looked like leftovers from the night before (probably was!). I grabbed a Tiger beer and called it a good day. Hey, it's 5pm somewhere in the world!

Yelp
This lounge is packed with people and the bathroom smells terrible. There aren't a lot of food for you to choose from and they don't look that appetizing. The only good thing about this lounge is that you can make your own laska and that they have pretty orchids displayed around the lounge.

Yelp
In the short time that I was able to check out this lounge, I can tell you it's slightly better than the Singapore Airlines Gold Lounge in that it has more TVs, actual screens that show you the status of flights heading out, and a bathroom inside. I've been to the SQ lounge a few times and I'm pretty sure there isn't a bathroom. The food offerings were decent for breakfast, though it was more of a western spread than Asian. They had some shumai and pork buns, a few Indian inspired dishes, and then your typical breads, cereals, and juices. This lounge caters to some interesting airlines, VietJet Air and Mongolian Air to name a few. Other than that, it's pretty straightforward and you're not missing too much.

Yelp
Well it's a common lounge shared by multiple airlines (we were with eva) so it's not as good. Still ok tho...ok food, very nice shower stalls, standard seating. Next time will try out the other star alliance partner lounges.

Yelp
Nice lounge. Big, lots of hot food selection that appeals to every palate. Here, they serve real entrees and not just snacks. When we came, it was laksa and chicken porridge for Bfast along with the usual food like sausage, roti prata, cereal, pancake

Yelp
SATS is a nice comfy lounge in terminal 2 on the third level. I was here to wile away time during my overnight layover. They have two nice massage chairs, savvy computer terminals, a full course buffet spread even in the middle of the night, comfortable sofa lounge chairs, fresh brewed coffee, shower and restroom facilities. I am truly blown away as this was my first experience at this lounge.

Yelp
This is my go to priority pass lounge at Changi. Great seating area- mix of comfortable lounge chairs and dining seats for eating, along with about 4 massage chairs in a corner. There are a couple of screens conveniently located displaying flight information. Private /clean bathrooms with showers all providing basic essentials- combs, toothbrush/paste, etc. Food options are pretty decent- they have both Asian and Western variety and usually a 'hot' item served like laksa. Small section for breads, cheese, salad, and one tray of dessert, along with pre-wrapped chicken or veggie sandwiches should you want another quick bite before your flight. Abundance of drinks as well-- coffee/juice + self serve unlimited alcohol. Love that they keep the beer mugs refrigerated. Overall a recommended quiet & relaxing lounge.
