My wife and I have a bit of an obsession with Neopolitan pizza. Our pizza from Sauced was fantastic! I’d put it up against any other Neopolitan pizza in the Midwest. And admittedly we’ve tried the best from Minneapolis to Chicago to Naples itself. We usually get one classic margherita, because the simple combination of tomatoes, basil, fresh mozzarella, and a fresh baked crust is one of those few perfect foods when done correctly, and they do it correctly here. The people are super nice, and obviously passionate about their product. It’s a great casual restaurant, and was quite surprising to discover in a small town. If you live in the area, you may not know how lucky you are to have this level of quality here. Whether you live here, or you’re just passing by or live in the Milwaukee area, I’d definitely recommend giving them a try. Just good people making really good food!

I stopped here with college age son because the pizza in the online pics looked good. It’s a traditional Neapolitan wood fired pizza. Nice atmosphere. Two things stood out. 1. The pizza was amazing! Might be one of the best pizza I’ve ever had. I ordered a classic sausage, pepperoni, mushroom and onion pizza. Amazing! Second… the server Dawn was super friendly. She remembered me from my call for info earlier. She helped us figure the menu out as it was our first time, made suggestions, came to our table and followed up to see if we were happy with food and did just the amount of small talk. She was so engaged that we thought she must have been the owner; she wasn’t… just a really good server. I will definitely stop here every time I have to pick my son up from Whitewater.- pizza came fast too

Everything was amazing! If you like blue cheese or gorgonzola "the magic man" was a phenomenal Pizza. The Greek was also delicious, but there many several specialty pizzas to choose from and based on what I had I don't think you'll go wrong. Staff was super friendly and informative which isn't always easy to find these days. We'll definitely be back!

Stepping into Sauced, you are greeted with the amazing smell of fresh herbs!! The pizza was AMAZING and the staff treated us like family. We will definitely be back... especially because we were too full to try the Gelato! :/

Ordered 2 pizzas online. First grade would be for the website Ordering. Finally a site that is detailed and user friendly . Very nice! Second grade would be the customer service. To see people in the food industry that actually smile and are present is rare. Third grade would be for the pizza. Asked for the sausage and pepperoni to be extra charred, a choice on the Togo order system. The crust was perfect. Charred, and crispy. The sausage was heavy on fennel which was a great pizza sausage flavor. Sauce was high quality. Second pizza was a margarita. Ordered this one regular, not charred. Cooked perfect. Nice basil flavor and again the sauce is excellent. I always order pizzas uncut, because nothing kills a pizza more than being in a box for to long. I live 30 minutes away. Plenty of time to murder a sliced pizza. Crank my oven to 500 placed unsliced pizzas in for 4 or 5 minutes and there back to the living. Highly recommend sauce for neopolitan style pizza. Real deal for sure.

Went to sauced for a weeknight dinner with my sister and had a really great experience! We each ordered the diablo and the PoPP and both were so delicious! The PPoP is made with fresh pineapple (rather than canned), and the jalapenos made for a really nice spicy addition with the sweetness of the pineapple. We chose to add arugula to the diablo with balsamic on the side - yum! The crust is where the pizza really shines, it's Neapolitan style which means its nice and soft but there's still a crispiness to the bottom. There is a small beer selection but we opted for a blood orange Italian soda instead which was really refreshing. There is outdoor seating in the warm months as well. We will be back!

It was so delicious. It is quite literally my new favorite pizzeria in the entire world. The pizza was the best pizza I've ever had and the gelato was so good. Everyone there was super nice. Five out of five. Would recommend.

This is by far the best pizza I have ever eaten. You won’t find a more flavorful Neapolitan pizza anywhere. The wood fire oven makes all the difference. Do not miss this place. Just drove 40 minutes to try it and I will be back ☺️

Best thin crust wood fired pizza I've had the pleasure of eating in years. Also try their home made organic gelato. The best The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Highly recommend stopping by sauced. Friendly people, quick service, delicious pizza. It may look like an ice cream or sweets shop (it's pink inside), but they have very good pizza. You have the option of ordering it "crispier" if you want the middle of the pizza to have less of a Neapolitan flop to it. The margarita and el diablo were both tasty. We waited for maybe 10 minutes for them to come out on a saturday evening at dinner time.

Another place I've been wanting to try but haven't gotten around to until last night. Went for an early dinner shortly after they opened; was greeted quickly and the woman behind the counter was so friendly and knowledgeable. She explained their offerings and when we ordered she even made sure to ask if my daughter wanted the basil on her pizza, which she didn't so I'm so glad she asked! We each got our own as we all wanted to try something different; my daughter got a sausage and cheese, I had prosciutto and mushrooms and my husband for the PPOP (prosciutto, pineapples, onion, jalepeno, honey) and we were all very pleased. The wood fired Neapolitan style is our family favorite and it did not disappoint. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I tried the gelato which was good as well. We will most definitely be back!

Tasty pizza and friendly service. Nice little pizza joint to have in the local area. The decor... I couldn't quite tell if I loved it or hated it. It's a bit on the gaudy side for me perhaps but that didn't take anything away from the experience. I guess it just made it more interesting. I will eat here again, I'm sure!

Always excellent service and pizza! They have a small but great selection of craft beers.

A bit pricey for only an 11" pizza with minimal toppings. Although we used to go here, since the prices have jumped we can no longer afford it on a fixed budget.

Great pizza, salads and really, really friendly people there. It draws a good crowd. Also it seemed like a really family friendly community centered place. The pizza is Neapolitan style and is really good.

WORTH IT! Chewy (in a good way), Oven Charred (in a good way) pizza with the perfect amount of sauce + topping - THIS is what every pizza wants to grow up to be! Some might think toppings are skimpy, but flavors all come thru - more isn't always more ;) Price point is spot on $~15 for a specialty pie or build your own 'personal pizza' As saying this I ate 3/4 slices - totally enough to eat! Of Which you must FOLD the pizza to protect the toppings or use that fork n knife. Bf and I got two so we could try diff flavors = Magic Man slightly won out over Prosciutto w/Fungi only b/c the gorgonzola was a nice salt surprise! A regular there told us this is the Closest thing to Great New York pizza and ...it just makes me want to visit New York even more! They have Real Mexican Coke here too = Bonus! Many people were ordering take out...we chose to grab a comfy corner and the staff couldn't have been awesomer! Casual atmosphere but Gourmet 'Za Need to support this place so we can have our slice of NY in East Troy!!!

We were staying at Alpine Valley and Sauced was only a 7 min car ride away. The pizza is very good. The crust is chewy and delicious. The toppings were perfect and fresh. The salad and warm flatbread was good too. My kids asked to eat there again the next day. The gelato is wonderful as well. The staff and chefs were all very nice and generous. Great service! The outside looked amazing and it was very comfortable inside. Sauced is in the town square. It was all lit up and lovely!

I absolutely love the pizza here! Every time we are in town visiting our daughter we stop here for the pizza! I decided to order a salad with it and that was so fresh and had amazing flavor!! Thank you for all you do!! The service was amazing.... They all go out of their way to insure you have an enjoyable, tasty experience!

REALLY GOOD PIZZA! Ingredients tasted fresh, service was really friendly, and the place is very nice on the inside and out! Parking is a little difficult but not bad at all, definitely when in town stop on by and you can't go wrong with any pizza there to be honest. 15 minutes max wait time too !

Really enjoyed this place! They have awesome wood fired pizza! The crust was bubbly and delicious! I did a make your own and enjoyed it! Fun atmosphere. We have done take out as well and still just as great! This is one of our family favorites!

I should really be ashamed for not writing a review before now, considering how often and how long my family has been eating here. We just ate there again tonight and my wife made a comment that they deserve a good rating. We first got a couple pizzas here summer of 2021 and have been back at least once a month if not twice since then. We also brought some family during the Christmas holiday and no one had a bad word to say, nor was there any pizza to take home. What the other reviewers have said is true. It's just such a good quality fresh fired pizza. The magic man and the el Diablo are our favorites but I have not had a slice of pizza here that I didn't enjoy. My wife loves the roasted tomato salad also, we've had that twice. We'll probably continue to eat here once a month as long as this place is open and we live nearby. I guess I should also mention the shop is pretty cool. Strikes a tone somewhere between vintage and modern. Retro-modern maybe? Not a big place but it's got charm, well lit, makes good use of seating space, and has good views of the East Troy square from the windows. Never had bad customer service either, staff are normally really busy cranking out pizzas but they are friendly and quick. All around I highly recommend this place if you're in the area. I do have a request if the owners ever read this, please look into breakfast pizza lol. I think a wood fired breakfast pizza would slap on a Saturday morning.

The most perfect pizzeria around. The service and cleanliness is top notch. The pizzas are made fresh with the highest quality ingredients around. Our family has enjoyed eating there as well as taking our pies to go. Always done to perfection. If you are in the area this is a must stop!!!!

Great flavor and ingredients. I thought the mouth feel could have been crispier. When I picked apart the last piece, It was all uncooked dough.

Oh my goodness! What a treat! This Neapolitan pizza was magnificent. Chewy crust, nice char. I had the Greek pizza and the distribution of the toppings was perfect - tart onion, salty olives, creamy cherry tomatoes, a dab of basil, a hint of feta. Perfection. My husband had the sopressata and mushroom which was equally miraculous. It's just amazing that such a good real Italian pizza can be had in East Troy. We really, really enjoyed it. Great playlist, too. We also tried the house made gelato. A chocolately, creamy delight. A wonderful break from all the cooking I've had to do this year. Very friendly staff, dedicated to the art of Neapolitan pizza. A new favorite.

This place was an awesome find! The workers were so nice, helpful, and personable! The inside and outside had adorable seating! We got the margarita pizza with sausage and it was absolutely delicious!! We then got a few scoops of their house made gelato!! So good!! You have to try the banana gelato! We will definitely will be back! Such a great experience!!

We had dinner here Friday and had the salad...delicious! Then four different pizzas...each very delicious. Felt like we were back in Italy...wood fired, thin crusts and fresh toppings. Will return often! And yes, they have beer and wine...all reasonably priced!!! Place is small and cozy too.

First time here and the food was awesome , the restaurant was cute and unique , but the thing that stood out the most was the amazing service , Dawn was so kind and took the time to talk to all her customers & connect with us and we will be returning, thank you for the amazing pizza ! (:

Visiting East Troy on my way to the Elkhorn WI flea market. I tried calling the East Troy House and was told they weren't accepting orders for dinner. So I ordered from this place. Super quiet, staff was pleasant and the pizza was excellent. Would definitely return on my next visit. Only 8 minute wait for a pizza.

Very good Neapolitan style pizza. Very clean, nicely decorated place, with very friendly staff.

Have not been disappointed yet. Have tried about half of the options on the menu and they have all been great. The tomato salad and flat bread are great. The Gelato is slightly gummy but has good flavor. Will continue to visit often.

We stopped at sauced on a Friday night to try something different than the typical WI fish fry. Everything about this new place on the East Troy "Square " was amazing!! "Cozy" (800 degree) stone fired oven quickly serving up our delicious 11" individual pizzas, a large variety of hard seltzer's and unique bottled flavored sodas (blueberry!) and homemade, smooth, organic gelato (we had raspberry and strawberry). We enjoyed the great friendly staff, checking on our meal, and proudly serving perfect Neapolitan pizzas, ice cold drinks in metal cups, and organic gelato. This place is definitely a must stop, and we will be back again!!! (We saw that they do a large amount of take out orders also!)

Don't walk - run here. If you like quality pizza instead of that mass produced stuff this is the place for you. It looks like a franchise, but it isn't. It's a local slice of heaven. The pizzas are outstanding. They are a generous individual sized, made to order, and utilize quality ingredients. I thought the pizza prices were reasonable. The staff was beyond friendly and checked often to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. I had the Greek pizza and it was just as advertised. I was full, but managed to squeeze that last piece in. If I didn't live so far away I would have taken it home to enjoy again another day. The place was uniquely decorated and clean. I was shocked that it was not more crowded with good pizza like this. My only wish is that they had less high end bottled sodas and would consider installing a fountain machine. The homemade gelato looked good, but didn't try because I was full and many were sold out. If you like true Italian pizza - go here early and often!
