Sauna House

Pleasurably uncomfortable! Great to challenge the body and mind in a clean and relaxing setting. I appreciate that it is a digital and alcohol free zone. Spacious, lots of natural light, and beautiful plants. The staff are kind and welcoming. I wish there was a location in my city. They seem to upkeep the facilities well. Highly recommend.

Sauna House is a beautiful experience that refreshes the mind and body. The facilities are so clean, music is spot on and they have a great collection of plants. The staff are so nice and helpful and are always cleaning and making sure everyone has what they need. I will continue to go to Sauna House

Super neat place and super affordable for the service, comfort, and experience provided. They were undergoing a software change during my visit but Phil was very friendly and professional. He gave me a nice tour and made me feel very welcome despite this being a totally new experience. Only feedback I have is a little more light in dressing rooms and another ice bath downstairs. They only have 1 upstairs that can accommodate maybe 3 regular sized humans. I look forward to going again and seeing more locations. You will feel amazing after less than a 1 hour visit here. Beautiful space and love all the plants. Nice job guys!!!! 😜

I had just 90 min last night while my eldest was in ballet class, and I’m so glad I chose to spend it here. Meticulously clean. Kind staff. Delicious hot tea. Very hot saunas and very cold plunges. It was just what my nervous system needed to reset.

Loved visiting the Sauna House during our trip to Asheville. My first time with the cold plunge and it didn’t disappoint. Beautiful facility, friendly and professional staff (Maggie and Allie were so helpful!!) , superbly relaxing. Can’t wait to come back!

I love how clean the Sauna House always is and it’s no wonder the way the staff is always at it. The atmosphere is open, airy and light. The plant life makes the place fresh & alive and I like the new green addition to the round table in the “chill” area.

Great use of space. Asheville Sauna has created an oasis where people gather to heal and celebrate wellness in life. Most valuable two hours invested in friendships and sharing regenerative healing energy.

My husband and I visited Sauna House Asheville for the first time recently and were NOT disappointed! What a wonderful facility!! We reserved a private room with sauna, cold plunge tub & red light therapy, complete with complimentary towels and in room pitcher of water and bluetooth speaker with a list of QR codes to scan to set the ambiance. It was the best 105 minutes of self care away from home that we've had in a long time. The whole place had a great vibe, friendly staff and was very clean. We will definitely go back and recommend it to everyone.
