Unfortunately, we didn't have a good experience at Saunadypp. It felt cramped in this little sauna with 11 people in total. Also, people didn't care (or know?) about common behavior in a sauna. Many of the other guests didn't use towels to sit on, spilled water from plastic bottles over their feet and legs inside the sauna and it's been VERY chatty throughout our session. When a group started to rub coffee ground on their bodies - first outdoors, then inside the dressing room and finally inside the sauna - we decided to leave.
We reported our experience to the owner who offered a full refund at first. However, we never received any refund and our subsequent mails remained unanswered.
