This is a small but really nice airport. I fly in and out twice a year here while visiting family. Usually late December and fly out in mid January, then late June, and fly out in mid-July. At the end of last year, they did a major update for security. It is so much better now. It's faster and smoother now. I do have a TSA precheck, though. There are a few restaurants and shops to get drinks and snacks. The couple negatives are that the food closes early and doesn't open until late am. There have been a couple of times my flight has been delayed, and everything was closed except for the vending machines. Something should be open if there are flights still waiting to depart. The other negative is that on arrival, it takes forever to get your bag. It doesn't seem to matter if there are multiple flights or just yours. They are on southern time and are in no rush, lol. Still, it's one of my favorite airports.

This is the nicest, cleanest airport I have ever been to! They have everything you need, and nothing you don't. I am actually excited to come back. I never thought I would say that about an airport. Everything about it is an absolute breeze!

Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV) is an absolute gem! From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with an atmosphere that's not just clean, but genuinely inviting. It's rare to find an airport where you actually want to spend a little extra time, but SAV is exactly that. The facilities are beautifully maintained, and there's a pleasant calm that makes the whole travel experience feel less rushed and more enjoyable. It's easily one of the nicest airports I've ever had the pleasure of traveling through – a truly positive and comfortable start or end to any trip!

*Disclaimer: I did not visit all locations mentioned in this review; I am simply sharing the options available at the airport. The tsa pre check people are sooo rude ! We didn’t know that the lines wasn’t opened until a man shouted out we’re closed and come back at this time, but we didn’t understand the time that was giving so we asked 4x and he stood there and just stared at us . And right before we walked away he proceeded to talk to his coworker talking about us and she laughing and talking about us as well. We looking like omg yaw are so rude. So, another person walks up the security guard tells her we’re not open go back out there and take a seat very very very rudely! I mean it was such an horrible experience! They should be more nicer and lenient with people! & I’ll quote if you don’t like your job don’t come to work ! & if you’re that mean to customers you all shouldn’t have this job title as well !

Google
Small Airport, but the architecture is beautiful on the inside. I also love the history of it having 2 actual gravesites embedded into the active runway.

Google
I traveled with my 10 month old by myself and all the staff was so kind and helpful. From reminding me I probably shouldn’t order the Starbucks outside the security check to helping disassemble the stroller at TSA and when boarding the aircraft. Also, the nursing room is SO cute and functional!! It really made my day. They also have a little book cart for kids.

Yelp
Very small, but cute airport. Easy to navigate, quick access to the rideshare area. I didn't fly out of this airport, only into, so I didn't look at the food/lounge options. If you're in the area around Christmas, it's decorated very cute!

Yelp
After a long day of traveling, I finally arrived into this quaint airport about 10pm at night. The shoppes and the restaurants had all closed. The airport appeared to be very well maintained and cleaned. Couple days later, when I leaving Savannah, I was able to spend some time at the airport to get a real feeling this regional airport. Arriving at the departure, all of the airlines are in the same area so I didn't have to search for AA. After checking my bag, going through TSA, I was able to notice there are many various restaurants to choose from. The cleaning crew kept the airport very clean. For the size of the airport, there are plenty of shoppes to get that last minute item. The luggage was very easy to locate. The only thing, I wish the airport had more working areas. Otherwise, it's a great airport.

Yelp
I've flown into this airport a few times and I've never had an issue. This airport gives me Columbia, SC vibes because it's so quaint. Drop-off & Pick-up - seamless Ride share - seamless, unless u get a driver that's not knowledgeable Security - fast Baggage check - courteous and seamless Baggage claim - a little wait but nothing unmanageable

Yelp
Small terminal. Leopold's ice cream in the center--Just past Security. For crying out loud: they have the rental cars on site! Enjoyed the salt table as we didn't get time to stop there while in Savannah. Local jams, spices, teas, and treats. Great pickup to bring the grandparent babysitters for their trouble.

Yelp
The Savannah-Hilton Head airport is small, easy to navigate, and gave me absolutely nothing to complain about. I flew in from Charlotte on a Thursday morning and flew out to Dallas on a Friday night. At both times this airport was pretty empty, had almost no congestion anywhere, and even though I only spoke with one employee, they were delightful. I didn't really explore too much when I was here but the man corridor seemed to have some restaurants for a quick bite, ice cream, and the usual travel shop for snacks and drinks for the flight ahead. Overall, the Savannah-Hilton Head airport gets nothing but praise from me. This might be the most beautiful airport I've seen in the United States having old school architecture in the middle of the airport, friendly staff, and everything you could need in such a small facility. I very much look forward to flying back into this city someday and I know this airport will take care of me when I do.

Yelp
One of the nicer airports I've been to! It's smaller than a typical airport, so it's much easier to navigate around. The rental car process was quick and seamless, from picking up the vehicle to dropping it off. Getting past security was also much faster than other aiports I've visited. Overall, very happy with my experience here!

Yelp
I love this airport. It's small so not very far to get to your gate. The pre check line is just as long as the regular line but they'll take pre check folks as priority. It didn't matter for us cause it took a whole 10 mins to get through. The TSA agents were very friendly and courteous.
google avatar

Yelp
Easy to navigate, they finally opened the renovated TSA lines a few weeks ago. Smaller airport with not many food options before or after TSA. There are things to eat, but be prepared to be underwhelmed. I do love that the airport is small! I never have issues arriving or departing which makes me have an ester flight and navigating the airport is very easy.
google avatar

Yelp
The Savannah/Hilton Head airport is always super clean and easy to navigate. I have not traveled out of the airport in a few months and to my surprise they had done some renovations to the checkpoint area. The new process was still nice and seamless. Parking is always pretty simple to navigate. They could use a few more food options, but for a fairly small airport it's reasonable.

Yelp
I like that you can drop your rental off and walk right into the airport. Checking in at the American Airlines counter was efficient and the ladies rendered exceptional customer service. Going through TSA was a breeze. If you want to avoid the long line and hassle of the ATL airport, I suggest you travel out/ into this one.

Yelp
Thank you for the welcome! Truly enjoyed my time here in Savannah! Appreciated everyone who supported the Every Women's Marathon, including the bands from Alfred Ely Beach High School & Savannah State University, all the kind neighbors that set up tables with water, all who cheered from their porches, balconies & curbs. I apologize and thank you for any inconvenience you had on Saturday. I was blessed by this experience and all the folks I met. It did not disappoint! Thank you!! Thank you Coach!!!

Yelp
Savannah Hilton Head International Airport is a clean and convenient airport for travel in and out of Savannah (and Hilton Head). The day I traveled in was easy peasy and I was able to easily find the baggage claim, taxis, etc. The day I left, there were tons of flight delays. Of course, that wasn't their fault as it was simply a weather situation. However, the airport is pretty small and wasn't well equipped for the number of people that were there. The lines were long (I was in a line for over an hour to speak with a gate agent--and gave up on the bathroom due to the lengthy lines there as well). Leopold's has a couple ice cream stands in the airport and there are a few other eateries as well (not expansive, but enough to keep the crowds fed). When things are a bit chaotic, they struggle a bit to keep up. That said, for smooth travel days, this airport is a gem.

Yelp
It's an airport, nothing really special about it. I don't remember any stand out type of restaurants or exceptional retail experiences. It's not as busy as Newark, or Atlanta. It's a nice medium, mid-level airport. Everyone that worked there was pleasant.
google avatar

Yelp
I love small airports because are no lines, no crowds, no chaos, no delays, etc. The Savannah Hilton Head International Airport is one of those small airports with no issues and more. It's a charming airport that remind you you're in Savannah when you land. I flew into Savannah Hilton Head International Airport and walking towards the central area, I immediately loved the high window ceilings and main clock in the middle, like a central terminal. They even had rocking chairs and benches for people to lounge in, with plenty of USB cables around to plug your phone in. The airport doesn't have a ton of restaurants and shops, but they have a few if you need sustenance. But who cares about actual food when you can have Leopold's ice cream?! They have a Leopold's ice cream shop in the main area and also a stand at the gates after security. Don't leave this airport without getting Leopold's. Speaking of security, since this is a small airport, you don't need to get here two hours before departure. If you get here early, I recommend hanging out in the main area versus after you enter TSA where the gates are because you're more limited on space for hanging out. TSA went by quickly as there's only one terminal here. Gotta love the small airports, including the Savannah Hilton Head International Airport.

Yelp
This airport offers a robust flight selection relative to its modest size, with better flight options and prices than I found elsewhere, and I searched several airports over a broad region. I'd definitely rather be here than Atlanta's giant monstrosity. Practically, it was easy to get in. I was annoyed that the turnoff for the cheapest parking was easy to miss, but the second cheapest parking was covered and not a bad deal at all (though almost full when I was there). I left less time than I normally would to fill up on gas for the ride home, which turned out to be a wise decision as I coasted right in. You will have to drive or get a ride from Savannah as there isn't really any transit around here. It's also an aesthetically pleasing facility. It apparently needs a little more parking and probably some other tweaks, but it's a pretty smooth travel experience as they go.

Yelp
I liked this little airport - it reminds me of the one we have at home. We arrived late at night - right around midnight on the last flight in. Our bags were off quickly and it's not too big so is super easy to walk around in and find your way. Has an adorable shopping area in the middle that looks old and is based off the historic part of town. Plenty of rental car counters available. Ride share and taxi pickup was easy to find with signage. 20 minutes into heart of Savannah.

Yelp
I absolutely loved KATORA, Mr. Al and I awesome met KIARA and VIRRONE , Very friendly. When I arrived, I had a great conversation with KATORA. She actually it was a plethora of information. I did almost everything that she had suggested. I loved SAVANAH, I will return.

Yelp
This is one of the best airports! It's small with less than 20 gates - all in one terminal. They offer several options for parking, including economy for $8 day and some of the spots are in a covered garage! The rental car companies and car lots are located at the airport - no need for a shuttle, which is awesome huge bonus! Security is small but efficient. I don't think I've ever waited more than 10 minutes in line. There are only a few food options once you get past the gate. Starbucks, of course, is the most popular. If you missed grabbing Leopold's, Savannah's iconic ice cream parlor, there is one before and after security! Each gate has a decent amount of seating and there are phone charging stations.

Yelp
11-16-23 & 11-19-23 First time flying in and out of this airport but it won't be my last. It is probably the best laid out small airport I have ever been to. Famously in the beginning scene of one of my favorite movies Midnight In the Garden of Good and Evil. They show John Cusack's character arriving here from NYC. We arrived on Silver at one of the closest gates to the terminal and walked outside to get into the terminal. It is a week before Thanksgiving and it is already decorated for Christmas. The rental cars are all located on site which makes it extremely convenient. On our return there was a couple Food places to chose from pre security as well as at the gates. My husband went to the restaurant and had drinks and wings quickly as everything closed at 7pm on a Sunday night. After security the Burger King and Auntie Anne's pretzel closed at 8pm.
google avatar

Emi K.

Yelp
Great airport to fly into and leave out of. Not good for priority pass but the airport is small, so security is typically pretty quick.
google avatar

JiHae L.

Yelp
This is a very small airport. Apparently, when I went to depart from here, tsa pre check, and the regular lines were the same length. It is around half the size of the large international airports around the US. They do have a cute square where there are a few food places and an area to eat where you are able to sit + dine. It wasn't that busy and easy to get around in as well.
google avatar

Laura M.

Yelp
This airport is a cute airport. With less than 20 gates it's an intimate airport with Savannah favorites including Leopold's ice cream. Yes!

Lakeaih G.

Yelp
I'm native to the area to begin it is a smaller airport compared to most. Very limited on food chains to order from but that's not why I'm making this review. I don't like the customer service I was presented and others would agree as well not sure if her name but I'll leave a photo hopefully SAV Airport sees this . She is extremely rude , she doesn't provide help just sends you all over , she speaks over you , thinks she knows everything and tone is just extremely poor. While having to wait an hour for delayed flight I have to deal with her disrespect. Horrible flight at SAV please do better.
google avatar

Paul J.

Yelp
The parking just gets worse. My I understand that they want to build four new gates. Why, people can't catch their flights if they are looking for parking. There is no excuse for this. It's been going on for years.
google avatar

Gretel Y.

Yelp
SAV is a great, little airport! It is clean, organized, and very easy to navigate. It didn't take long for our checked bags to arrive and it felt like we were in and out in minutes. Going through TSA was a breeze. There's plenty of seating and ample shopping and dining options. We got breakfast from The Great American Bagel while waiting for our flight out. They also have the popular Leopold's Ice Cream, which is a treat to have at an airport. Unfortunately, it was too early for me and my stomach wasn't ready to indulge in ice cream so I passed. Don't pass up flying into SAV if you get the chance!
google avatar

Sarah M.

Yelp
This is a very small quaint little airport. You really don't need much time to get through the security line. If you're a first class flier or business class flier or have a certain credit card type they have one lounge called the passport lounge. It's a tiny space and nothing to write home about but it's nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of the airport and they offer free coffee, beverages, and snacks.
google avatar

Yelp
Hometown airport that's small, quaint, but offers flights to most destinations in the US; including international flights. The Savannah - Hilton Head Airport is a clean, bright, and an open-updated airport. Despite the fairly small size of this airport, it never feels congested or overcrowded. Checking in for flights tend to be no hassle or lines..... and getting through security is very quick (5-10 minutes or less) even on a Saturday afternoon; but it's generally faster on weekdays. There are 15 gates all located in one concourse. It takes roughly less than 5 minutes to walk from TSA to the last gate. Returning the rental car is very simple and stress free due to the airport size and good signage of this airport. Plus, the rental car return is attached to the airport which there is no need to catch a shuttle to/from the rental car space to the airport. This saves so much time, especially when you're running short on time...which is always my case! lol. My only gripe with this airport is the lack of food choices. It has a Burger King, PGA restaurant/bar, and the famous Leopold's Ice cream. This is about it beside a few magazine and gift shops as well. Oh! And of course, there is a Starbucks conveniently located in the center of the airport concourse. In all, a great airport to fly into and out of. Also, it is serviced by most major airlines and discount airlines as well. There is ample parking and plenty of nearby hotels before heading into Savannah or commuting to nearby Hilton Head island. I would not hesitate to recommend this airport. It is convenient, easy to navigate, and much cheaper to fly in/out of in comparison to the nearby Hilton Head Island airport -- as a insider tip and heads up btw. :)

Yelp
Flew out of SAV yesterday. The only sit down restaurant at SAV was the PGA Tour Grill. So....the online menu is roughly double the size of what was actually available. From beer to burgers, the menu seems to have been aspirational (I'd really like to give you an IPA, but...). But, given it was the only sit down restaurant, I sat down. My colleague had something identified as a "burger." He described it as an over cooked hockey puck, but not as tasty, and tougher to chew. No "burger" should be that color of gray-brown. I had the chipotle chicken sammich. The one with salsa (nope), guac (there was some hint of green...but I wasn't sure if the mayo - yes mayo, so much mayo - had just seen better days), beans (hey I was hungry, and in the end, there were only 6x), and did I mention mayo? It was so bad. Only reason it's getting 2x stars is cos the people were friendly. And embarrassed, I'm guessing.

Yelp
A super cute and organized airport for trying to get to Savannah or Hilton Head, SC! It's a small airport with only one terminal, but it has all you need. For food, they have a Burger King, Auntie Anne's, and a bagel shop (the name escapes me). They even have two Leopold's ice cream stands, which is a famous ice cream shop in Savannah! They also have a cute area with a few shops. The best part about this airport is the fact that TSA is a breeze, at least when I went! It took no more than 10 minutes to get through. Compare that to LAX -- that is a dream!
google avatar

Sasha E.

Yelp
As far as airports go, this has been one of the most organized and easiest to navigate. It's likely due to how small it is. They've got a pretty short walk to the rental car lot so it's relatively easy to pick up a car and drop off. The walk is just minutes away from the terminal. There's a fairly large souvenir shop right before security and a smaller one right after. Security was a breeze, even without TSA pre-check.

Alissia D.

Yelp
I give places the benefit of the doubt but this I cannot anymore. I came early to my flight, and after I got checked in TSA told me I could not go in because they closed. Airport says in their Policy they close after the last flight leaves the terminal. This is the second time this has happened to me and I lost 1500 and nobody is doing anything about it! Multiple staff members advised me as well of the policy and did not understand why TSA told me no and closed earlier than supposed to. 40mins passed by from me trying to talk to people and I hear the intercom calling for my flight to be boarded. I missed out on a serious family event this weekend because of TSA. This is the second time i missed my flight and lost money because of TSA closing early. They Need to do better and be stricter. This is not Okay

Yelp
We did a multi city flight on a recent trip to Hilton Head Island. Going back home we flew SAV to SFO. The drive from HH to SAV was an hour. We topped off our gas tank on our rental car right before the airport. Then we followed the signs to rental car returns. Dropped off the car and walked right into the airport. It's that small. We did a luggage check in with Delta which had a very small check in counter on the second level. Then went through TSA to gate 11. The airport is very low keyed. By our gate there was a Starbucks, a PGA grill restaurant, and Leopold ice cream. We also refilled our water bottles.

LaShonda H.

Yelp
Cutest airport ever. Love the park style benches and skylights before you go through the gate. Bathrooms are kept up well and clean. WiFi connection was strong and I was able to get caught up on some emails while waiting to fly out. Was also able to make a few phone calls while at the terminal. The airport had a quiet feel to it.
google avatar

Cheslea T.

Yelp
They're were limited seats, which on its own would not have been a major issue, but gates were over flowing with people, so much so that the enormous quantity of people needed up delaying my flight! The food was subpar at best with no known restaurant nears my gate. The water was luke warm and the filter clearly needed to be changed! The airport loves boasting its number one airport in the USA title but who ever bestowed them that title was clearly mislead. I personally would not have given best in America i would personally have been more likely to give worst then best.
google avatar

Yelp
Pros: Smaller airport that's not too difficult to navigate Cute atrium area that looks like a train station depot Wide hallways Cons: Need more employees at rental car counters Baggage claim area kind of drab Pro tip: Hang out in the atrium area if you have time

Tim P.

Yelp
Lost luggage! They can't explain with Frontier Airlines if someone swiped a set of golf clubs off the carousel. What a joke! I would fly directly into Hilton Head on American and bypass Savannah.

Yelp
The airport here in Savannah may be small, but it gets the job done. It has many airlines. Not quite all of them yet but most! The airport has one large multi deck covered parking lot, and three other lots which are uncovered for parking. Daily parking starts at $12 depending on which lot you choose. I'm a fan of the multi deck covered parking lot. Because it is the closest to the airport itself. If dropping off in the departure area, follow the signs. It is upstairs, you will get on a ramp. You can not miss it. But be careful not to veer too far to the left or you will end up in a parking lot. The departure drop off area is small. This can pose a problem when many cars are dropping off people at the same time. But the signage for the airlines are clear and easy to read. The arrivals area is larger and right in front. And it is downstairs. But keep in mind for pickup that you will only be able to idle in your car for a short period of time. Airport police make sure that cars do not stay parked/idle for more than a few minutes. When picking up someone from the airport I prefer to park in the cell phone lot. When they are walking towards the front I have them call me. For quick and easy pickup. There is no limit on time and it is free in this lot. When driving up to the airport you'll see a road that goes straight across the one you are driving on. There will be signs and you'll see that cars have to stop at stop signs on either side of you. Take the road to your right and follow it until you see a small lot on your right. There is a sign for the cell phone lot once you've turned onto the road. The airport inside is keep clean. It has multiple bathrooms throughout. And a few places to eat/drink. Our airport is small so there are not a ton of places for food. My personal favorite is Leopold's ice cream! Grab yourself an ice cream cone before travel. I generally get to the airport about an hour before when I'm not checking any luggage. If I am checking luggage I'll arrive an hour and a half before. Since the airport isn't huge it generally doesn't take too long to get through to the terminal. But to expedite I check in online. I highly suggest it! It saves so much time, so I walk straight to security unless checking a bag. The security area yes is small as well. So be prepared for a line. Especially if you are flying during peak hours during the week. TSA is professional and courteous. They truly do try to get you through security as quickly as they can. Just make sure and listen to all instructions posted and given verbally. Once through security all of the gates are easy to read and find. Just keep going straight to find yours. There are no turns, buses, or trams to take. We only have one terminal at this airport. The passport lounge is my go to when I'm in the airport waiting on my flight. You do have to meet certain criteria to enter it. It is all listed on the door before entry. You can check online before you go. Many credit cards and airline mileage programs grant you entry. They have large comfy chairs, tables, desks, to make you comfortable. A variety of non alcoholic beverages are available, as well as snacks. And large and extra clean bathrooms. There is a digital board so you can keep track of fight status and/or gate change.

Small but mighty, is how I think of this fabulous airport. We use it to go to Glynn County, Georgia. It's so easy to fly in and out from connecting flights for me from Dallas or Miami on America. The check-in area is easy to pull up to. It's refreshing coming from Los Angeles. The ticketing area is nicely laid out to walk up to your carrier and check-in. Security, even pre check is slow. Be patient and be ready. Have your ID ready, have your laptop ready to take out, etc. But do budget the extra time of 10-15 minutes for such. The airport supports local business. I especially love that Leopoldo's Ice Cream is there both as a kiosk and shop outside of security. They have some nice knick knack shops near the gates if you need a gift to bring home with you. The best part is $8/day economy parking! What? Unheard of for those of us who pay $20+. See website for better preparation and parking information.

Yelp
This is a really nice airport! I have only ever dropped people off so this was a huge surprise when I walked in! It's really nice to see them advertising all local businesses and they had the friendliest staff! Highly recommend

Yelp
This is a smaller airport which I love. I was able to check in and clear security rather fast. Five minutes fast. You are good arriving an hour early even if you don't have TSA clearance. They don't have Clear here if you subscribe. I have a 6 am flight and wasn't expecting so many people at the airport at this time but there are. The car rental drop-off is attached to the airport which is helpful. No shuttle etc. Plenty of restaurants and shopping are available.

Yelp
my husband has been sitting on a plane for 35 minutes in front of an occupied gate waiting for a plane to leave. When there are multiple empty gates! Ridiculous and very inconsiderate at9:40pm!

Yelp
It might seem silly to like an airport, but I really, really, liked this airport! First of all, it's a very simple layout. One security checkpoint that goes at a pretty standard pace, and then one large terminal with enough places to eat and shop while you wait for your flight. The best thing about this airport is how easy it is to get out and into Savannah. You literally walk off your plane and out the door. It's so fast. The main reason this isn't a five star airport is simply because they could use improved signage. There is a bit of an uber shortage near this airport right now which is not their fault at all and not factored in here, however, we were waiting for about 30 minutes when it dawned on us that there were very few other people around. It was only then that we realized there is another pick up spot below that is where the ubers and lyfts come to pick folks up. Could be that there was a sign but we clearly missed it. Overall, after flying in and out of Chicago this year as well, arriving and departing out of this airport was a treat!

Yelp
Piano singer in the atrium! Please if I'm ever stuck in an airport again make it be this one. It was also very clean. The employees all seemed joyful and had a sense of humor. It was like the twilight zone.

Yelp
This is one of the cuter airports I've been to, and I've been to quite a few. I would have liked a lounge, but it was comfortable either way. The main area outside of security looks like a little adorable downtown area with a few stores and nice seating. It looks quite relaxing. Security was relatively quick (though not sure how it would be if they were really busy!) and friendly. The gate area was comfy until it got busy, then it was difficult to squeeze around (though this is the same at almost all airports). Quick and friendly boarding, decently clean bathrooms..quite a nice airport.

Yelp
Savannah airport is so easy to maneuver, it's small so you don't have to run a ways if running late, and it's clean with friendly staff. While it may not always be the ideal fit when travelling to the area, this airport is usually pretty easy to book through. It's very convenient to all major roads and the interstate, and both the arrival and departure areas are quick to access. On my most recent arrival last week, they were starting to decorate for Christmas, so everything was looking extra sparkly and inviting. Once again, every worker I encountered was really friendly. Great small airport that will suit your needs!

Yelp
One of the cutest airport I have ever been to. Felt like a modern twist of the early 1900s. On second thought, I think the theme the designers were aiming for were art, culture, and history since the city of Savannah is renown for all of the above. The airport is small which makes it easy to find terminal gates, and to simply navigate in and out easily. The security checkpoint took just minutes to get to the other side -- added bonus for flying in to a small airport. The art displays, rocking chairs, and beautiful indoor court was so thoughtful. It made the airport feel very charming and yet quaint to stay true to surrounding cities. As of January 2021, only one restaurant was open and I'm not sure of the hours so make sure to grab a bite to eat prior to departing from this airport if you're headed in for a long flight. Oh, one final note. All of the rental car booths are right beside the baggage claim area so no need to rush to take a shuttle or train if you're renting a car from one of the airport car rental branches.

Yelp
Why are there no relieving stations for dogs? For arrivals, it wasn't a big deal cause upon baggage claim, we exited on rideshare area and used the grass. However, departure is on 2nd level for SW and dropped there via uber. However, once checked in, there is no pet station. We are informed that either put paper towels on bathroom for our pet or go outside. No problem, but we have to go through TSA Again!! This airport is not pet friendly despite having a K9 unit.

Yelp
Not awful but parking is a huge issue. It took us almost 30 minutes to find a parking spot. So make sure you get there early as it may take you longer than you think to park. Remember this is a small airport. While there are places to eat, there are not a lot of options. You may want to grab a bite before you get there if you are picky. Will definitely use again.

Yelp
Savanna is a small airport and I love it. Staff is helpful easy to get around. Lots of shops, places to eat and drink. Also love the convenience of this airport for when my son travels.
