Savers

The pricing of many things are completely out of touch with 1. the kind of store this is 2. the quality of items. It would be quite comical if not so outrageous and disrespectful to it's customers at the end. So for instance you want to buy some old nasty crockpot that might not work at all, or any type of way overpriced kitchen stuff, please come down waste your money at Savers OR, smarter choice, go to Walmart/Target where you can get same item for same price, fully functioning and returnable. One might even want to try The Dollar tree where some of the items comes from and are at least 1/2 the price, brand new again 😉. I really wonder what is the business model of Savers, maybe it's one where the actually want to hold one to their "treasures" instead of selling them? I also highly question the managers in there, these people seem to know nothing about the stuff they sell, the brands & quality of items & pricing. It's almost laughable. At this rate, these Savers are just going to go out of business because Amazon has unfortunately better pricing as well, lol. This store doesn't even pleasant....

Thrift store but with absolutely out of touch prices. The entire store was full of ridiculously priced items. Makes me so sad that even thrift stores are pricing their buyers out 😔

I purchased a wall clock for 8.99. It didn’t have a battery but I assumed it was in working condition. It was defective, didn’t work. When I returned it to show that I was sold an item that didn’t work I was told that I was out of luck. They only take back clothes and shoes, everything else is as is. Beware, don’t purchase merchandise unless you try it out in the store. They sell broken merchandise and won’t take responsibility. I went on Amazon on found a similar product for the same price. I agree with others comments that many items are overpriced.

Another successful savings day! I found an REI raincoat, an Adidas jacket and a brand new hoodie (still with its tags) all for $26!

definitely the worst savers in the bay area. hardly any carts available, dirty floor, and all walkways are tight. every worker spoke with a rude tone for no reason, and Chivon stood out because she left her post at the self check out and stood directly behind us when we were scanning our items -- prejudice perhaps?

I was able to retrieve a box full of vhs tapes that got accidentally donated to Savers. The staff there were super understanding of how much those tapes meant to me because they were family videos. Within two weeks, they found the tapes and returned it to me. Thank you!!

Three Stars, 2 for convenience, kind employees, and selection, 1 star for pricing. Found a Bistro 11" Chicken Fryer for $39.99. Looked it up to see it for $30 on eBay. Is this place still a thrift store? I say not

Beautifully organized. Nice wide aisles. Great for folks using mobility aids. Lots of everything- clothes, shoes, home goods, etc. Airy and well lit.
