Savia - Monteverde

We thoroughly enjoyed our Night Walk booked through the reception desk at Hotel Belmar. Our “forest expert,” Juan, was worth the price alone - he was so passionate about everything large and small in the Cloud Forest, expertly balancing when to talk vs. when to let the forest speak for itself. Being so immersed in the sights, smells and sounds of nature as it transitioned from daylight to night was a truly unique experience. Highly recommend.

This was such an amazing experience. The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. The aerial team were rockstars! They made us feel extremely safe and we had a blast pushing the limits. Shout out to Juan, our guide for the night, he was an absolute gem! So funny and taught us a ton of new things. We were fortunate enough to see a baby Viper! I highly reccomend the Fiscus Climb and the Night Fall. Both experiences were a blast.

Enjoyed a fantastic early morning bird watching tour with our guide Daniel. He was an excellent guide with a wide knowledge of birds and nature. The canopy dining breakfast was delicious, the trails were very nice. We saw many birds and enjoyed walking in the forest. Walking over the hanging bridge felt very safe thanks to the mobility guides assistance.

I can’t even begin to explain the experience we had. It was a 10 star!!! The employees were incredible. Very attentive, kind, and helpful. We would use them again!!! Don’t miss this opportunity! They also care for the rainforest to preserve it which was incredible! They were very knowledgeable.

We really enjoyed our Morning View Experience. We had a beautiful walk through the cloud forest and got lots of great information from our guide, Walter. You could tell he loved his job and sharing his knowledge! The time spent in the canopy was awesome, and the crew there was very patient and knd with teaching us how to rappel down, which we ended up loving!

We had an absolutely phenomenal time hiking through this beautiful reserve and learning about the cloud forest. We had so much fun climbing through a ficus tree. The team at Savia is incredible. A truly memorable experience.

What a phenomenal experience in this reserve. This is a must if you’re in Monteverde. Our guide and staff were so knowledgeable and helpful when climbing to the top of the rainforest and rappelling down from the trees. What a beautiful place to be. Don’t miss it.
