"Milan’s got plenty of hotels that cater primarily to the local industries — finance and fashion keep the city’s astonishingly opulent luxury hotels in business. But this city is also the unquestioned capital of contemporary Italian design, which isn’t always synonymous with what the big luxury brands are producing. A hotel like the Savona 18 Suites is of perhaps more interest to architects and designers than to Golden Quadrangle shoppers." - Tablet Hotels
This is a beautifully restored house with tasteful decor and furnishings. Check in was quick and the reception staff was great.|I booked a queen room, on the first floor: it was bright and spacious and very clean.|The hotel is in a very convenient location and it is quiet at night. Great comfortable bed and mattress. It looked exactly like the photos on the hotel website :)|Few details that could be improved: fitted sheet that actually fit the bed and a flat sheet would be good; a light on the desk as the room is quite dark at night; consistent turn down service (it happened once over the two nights I stayed), attention to detail ( coffee pod was not replaced, no tea).|Considering the hotel class and rates, one would expect a complimentary minibar.|Overall a good hotel with great staff.

We recently stayed at Savona 18 Suites Boutique Hotel in Milan and were absolutely delighted with the experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The staff were incredibly helpful, warm, and attentive, always going the extra mile to make sure we felt comfortable and welcome.
Savona 18 truly exceeded our expectations, and we’ll definitely be returning.

Lovely hotel with great service. The room was excellent without any noise, even a garden party was hardly noticable. Shower was great, toilet accessoires from Toiletpaper were brilliant. Amazing and extensive breakfast. Best service from all people working here. Location is some 30 minutes walk towards Duomo.

I had a wonderful experience here this past weekend after a last minute change to a trip landed me in Milan. Guiseppe helped after we accidentally booked the hotel for the wrong night, and was so kind and accommodating. The rooms themselves were beautiful (and massive) and the location was very central. Just enough in the liveliness of the city but not super loud. We were given wonderful recommendations from other hotel staff. I loved Milan and will definitely be returning to stay here.

To start upfront: I can highly recommend this location! The service was so nice, the rooms were like perfect and the location pretty nice! I would always come again! The welcoming was very warm and professional! The room I had was very cozy and clean! The breakfest buffet offered everything I liked, especially the Café Americano was my highlight! I liked the location a lot, a walk to the Duomo was around 30min and the close neighbourhood was really nice. Thanks to every smile we had from the receptionists, that always made my day! Thank you so much! I hope I can somewhen come to visit again!

This hotel was fine. I think the issue comes with a 4 star hotel expectation. I would not call this a 4 star hotel at all. ||Rooms appeared clean and location was great. ||The walls are paper thin. We were woken up every night of our stay by stomping upstairs, and garbage bins being rolled in the courtyard. ||Water pressure in the shower is nonexistent. Toilet paper is horribly thin.||The staff didn’t appear interested in enhancing our stay in any way. No one offered to assist with baggage. No concierge services made clear/offered. No personalized service in any way.

There was no complementary toothpaste! One small can of complementary still
water and one sparkling. What if my wife and I both wanted still or sparkling? The water wasn’t replaced after the first night. The coffee machine in the room didn’t work. There was a stain on the side of the bed on the base. Someone was doing maintenance work in a neighbouring room (sawing and banging) mid afternoon, when we were trying to have a siesta! A relatively expensive hotel, where the room didn’t deliver.
