He handled everything and his knowledge of the wineries all over the area and what they offer is phenomenal… all the way down to what you can expect from pairings and the ambiance that each location has to offer. He was incredibly accommodating, kept us on time, shared his knowledge of the area and history. He scheduled us out perfectly and we never felt rushed. He’s also an amazing photographer. Carl was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and helpful. It was our first time to Napa and he took care of everything. He booked our wine tastings, picnic lunch and drove us around. The wine tastings he selected were incredible....exactly what we were looking for. On our last wine tasting stop we stayed over 2+ hours and he never rushed us. Thank you for your hospitality Carl! Our experience with Carl was wonderful. After talking with him, he sent us a curated list of wineries to choose from and made the schedule. He also arranged to get a box lunch. We were ambitious and visited 4 wineries, all of which were lovely. He was very professional and knowledgeable of the area. 10/10 would recommend Carl!

Went on a girls trip and hired Carl for three days to drive us to wineries! He helped us plan our itinerary and it was fantastic. He is very professional and we would highly recommend him!

Carl is 100% worth the money. He asked for our wine/winery preferences and booked all of our selected places. Cell service is very hit and miss in Napa, so Uber/Lyft are not an option at many of the great wineries. Carl booked our day, kept us on schedule, and got us where we needed to be safely. We also learned a few things about Napa from him and got some great restaurant recommendations. He also served as a pretty good photographer too. Highly recommend!

Our tour with Savor was awesome. The planning process was easy as they do all of the legwork. We selected our wineries from Savor’s carefully curated list and the entire day was planned for us with every detail thought out. Carl picked us up on time in a perfectly detailed Mercedes. Thoughtful items like water, cell phone chargers, an umbrella for our unlucky rainy day, etc were provided. Carl is friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the area and it’s history. We were on time to each scheduled tasting and Carl was there to pick us up as we were walking out of the tasting room doors. The entire day was seamless and ran like clockwork. I highly recommend this company for your winery tour.

As you see from other reviews, there are a lot of 5 stars here. This for a very good reason. Savor Napa Wine Tours are one of the best in the area. Carl picked us up from our hotel in a large Mecedes SUV. He provides cold water and a very comfortable ride. Carl can assist with winery selections, or you can select your favorites as well. He is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the Napa - Sonoma region. He allows you to take your time and enjoy the wine tasting experience, without the headache of driving around. I will be looking forward to using Savor Napa Wine Tours for my next visit.

We found this company through recommendation. Carl and his staff definitely didn't disappoint. Carl handpicked the wineries, called and setup the very private wine tasting appointments. We went to three wineries. Carl was knowledgeable about the wineries that we went to. He was professional and courteous and he was following CoVid policies. I highly recommend choosing Carl as everyone's tour guide in Napa. I wouldn't know my way around otherwise. He's extremely knowledgeable of the wineries, especially all the places we visited. During my trip, I told Carl that I was food poisoned from two days prior in San Francisco and Carl made sure that I stayed hydrated the entire time. He also called our reservations to let them know we 'll be running a little behind because my movement that day was slower than normal. Napa Valley Nanny referred us to Savor Napa Valley Tours and it was the best decision we made during our San Francisco and Napa vacation. Before our trip, Carl and I discussed the type of wines we liked. I emailed Carl a list of wineries and restaurants and he also gave some of his recommendations. We were able to come up with an itinerary and Carl frequently reached out to me before the trip to ensure our schedule remained the same. During our trip, Carl picked us up at the hotel and met us at the front desk. At the wineries, Carl stayed in his car while we were doing wine tasting. He had umbrellas ready whenever we were getting ready to leave. He made sure that I didn't feel worst. He was very patient and understanding. He's very soft spoken, so a couple of times we had him repeat what he said. He's very nice and will repeat whatever we asked him. He really knows the history and the current owners at these wineries. He navigated us there without losing time and is very good with directions. What makes him different from any other chauffeurs is that he really knows the type of wines these wineries carry, he's able to describe them like a true wine connoisseur because he did his research for us. We were able to book Carl via reference from another tour driver which made feel super comfortable as one would not recommend the other if they make them look bad for the recommendations. Needless to say, the recommendation was awesome and Carl did an amazing job at helping us with our tour schedule. We already had two winery tours schedule so he researched an additional stop to add on to the trip. He gave us options and let us choose. We ended up at this beautiful small winery/vineyard. It was so perfect to go to a nice private place in between the craziness of the large vineyards. Carl was on top of keeping in touch with us before the trip. He is incredibly nice and knowledgeable about the area.

Carl is FABULOUS!! He took care of everything, from the planning to calling places and letting them know that we were running a little early. Carl was amazing from start to finish! He was so accommodating with our location and schedule(had a baby that we had to work everything around) and he was very pleasant to be with for 5-6 hours! I found him through the nanny service as this business is new for him, but you would never know! He's lived in the area forever and made great suggestions. He's very knowledgable but he also lets you enjoy your time with your friends/family and doesn't overdo anything by talking too much. He also brought delicious snacks for us to enjoy I between vineyards...amazing olives, cheese, and crackers with water! I would recommend him to anyone!!

My wife and I came out to the Napa Valley recently for the first time for our honeymoon. After trying to do a lot of research on places to visit and tours to use, I came across Savor Napa Valley Tours. Carl won me over with his prompt response and attention to detail and great customer service. His rates were great too. The response time and great communication from Carl set him apart quickly from some of the larger companies I had spoken to. The tour was great also. Carl catered to our likes and interests and we had a fantastic time at all the tastings and tours that Carl arranged for us. He has a good knowledge of the area and all of his expertise was much appreciated for a couple of first timers to the Napa Valley. I would definitely use Carl again on future visits (and I hope there is many!!).
