My stay at the Savoy Hotel was excellent. The hotel is beautifully maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcome. A special thank you to Gajendra, who was incredibly helpful, polite, and efficient throughout my stay. He made sure my room was always cleaned properly and attended to every detail with great care. His professionalism and dedication truly stood out and made my experience even better. I highly recommend the Savoy Hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service and a memorable stay.

Special shout-out to the chef for the most incredible scrambled eggs — absolutely delicious and a highlight of our mornings! Our room steward Vinod did an excellent job—very polite, professional, and attentive to detail. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to access both old and new Dubai, and there are many restaurants nearby, which was very convenient. They truly went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and at home.||The rooms were spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable, providing the perfect place to rest after long, hectic days walking around Dubai. The peaceful atmosphere made it easy to relax and recharge.||Breakfast was consistently excellent, with attentive service throughout. Property is at amazing location. Right in the middle of shopping area, indian hotels and close to sharaf dg metro station (walkable) Hotel amenities are as described. Rooftop swimming, sauna and gym are also amazing. They also provide free of cost taxi to burjuman metro from 7.30 to 8.45 am from Monday to Friday. Shopping in nearby day to day mall is highly recommended for reasonable cost items. Overall great experience and i would definitely recommend it.

We had a lovely stay at Savoy Central over Christmas. From beginning to end the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. I wish I could remember all the names of the people who helped us; their service was excellent. The rooms are large. The location is ideal as it is in old Dubai close to the creek, the metro and lots of local super markets. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Dubai.

I’d like to share some great feedback on my recent 16-night stay at Savoy Central Hotel Apartments. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Even before we arrived, Karim helped us book the hotel from our home country and patiently answered all my questions without any hesitation. His assistance made the booking process smooth and reassuring. During the stay, we felt genuinely welcomed every single day. Whenever we returned from exploring the city, the staff greeted us warmly and asked if we needed anything. From the reception desk to breakfast service, room service, and the baggage team, all the hotel staff was consistently friendly and attentive. A special thank you to Reshma, the hotel manager, for her kindness and constant support. She was always approachable and ensured our stay was comfortable. Another special thanks to Avinash who was also extremely helpful. He guided us in planning our Dubai itinerary and accommodated many of our requests with a smile. The rest of the staff knew us as well and were always ready to assist with local tips, including restaurant suggestions and metro directions. Overall, this hotel truly felt like a home away from home, and the customer service was exceptional. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dubai!

The cleanliness was outstanding, thanks to the cleaner Gajenda, who did a great job maintaining the room. The hotel manager, Reshma, was also very helpful and ensured everything was well taken care of. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service, hospitality, and cleanliness, and I would gladly stay here again.
