I had a very pleasant stay at Savoy Central Hotel and would like to share my experience. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome by the staff set the tone for our stay. The check-in process was smooth, and every member of the team we interacted with was courteous, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The hotel amenities were impressive and well-maintained, making the overall experience very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was definitely value for money, offering a good variety of choices. I would like to especially appreciate Mr. Royston for his excellent service during breakfast—his attentiveness and friendly attitude truly stood out and made our mornings more enjoyable. The staff across departments were consistently helpful and ensured we felt taken care of throughout our stay. We also had the chance to enjoy the swimming pool on our first day, which was a refreshing experience. Although maintenance work began later, it is understandable that such upkeep is necessary to maintain the high standards of the facility. Overall, I found Savoy Central Hotel to be a place that values guest comfort and service quality. The combination of good amenities, excellent hospitality, and attentive staff makes it a reliable choice for both leisure and business stays. I would certainly recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying again in the future.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and had a good overall experience. The check-in process was smooth, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful. The location was convenient, and the amenities provided were satisfactory for a short stay.||Would recommend for a short business or leisure trip. A few small improvements in room service or breakfast variety could make the stay even better, but nothing major to complain about.

My December 2024 stay at Savoy Central Hotel Apartments was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The entire team made me feel right at home, and their dedication to guest comfort is commendable. Mr. Avinash went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth and enjoyable, his colleague - Mr. Kirti’s helpful and friendly demeanor truly stood out and added a personal touch to the service. Thanks him 🙏. Ms. Lerma was always available with a cheerful attitude and was incredibly attentive to any requests I had. Mr. Bahwan also deserves praise for his prompt assistance and positive attitude throughout my stay. The hotel is impeccably clean, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping and front desk services were consistently efficient and friendly. The location is ideal, with easy access to transport, metro is about 10 minutes walk, shopping, and dining options. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities and the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. The team clearly takes pride in what they do, and it reflects in every detail. They made my experience memorable and stress-free. I left feeling well cared for and truly appreciated. I would absolutely recommend Savoy Central Hotel Apartments to anyone visiting the area.

The best value for money stay. Very good hotel apartment with all the facilities, roof top pool, sauna, gym and ample free parking. The breakfast was very good. Staff are all very polite and friendly. My 3 year old kid was consdierately offered an extra cushion at the restaurant so that he can reach to the dining table. We were welcomed with orange juice at the reception and kids were given some free toys which made them extremely happy. Overall a very good experience!

Everything five star, location, front desk, rooms, service all very good. Good for family as rooms are spacious with an additional sofa cum bed, a kitchen with necessary utensils, a washing machine, microwave, fridge. Location is also good wth many nearby restaurants and 24 hrs open supermarkets . Only downside is breakfast . Very less options.

My children were very happy as they got nice gifts at check in. Only breakfast is not satisfactory. Very less options. But there are many 24 hrs open restaurants and supermarket nearby. Meena bazar is also in walking distance

The hotel is very clean and pleasant. The rooms are spacious and spotless, with an excellent swimming pool. They gave gifts to the kids when we arrived. The receptionists, Ahmed and Kirit, were very friendly, professional, and helpful. Vinod, the room attendant, is kind and highly professional — each day he made the room look even better. I highly recommend this hotel!

We almost stayed for 2months in Savoy it was a pleasant stay, the front office staff welcomed us in a professional manner.The front office staffs was very attentive with all our needs and eager to help us anytime. I would like to appreciate them for their kind gesture and patience towards their guest. The hotel was very clean and the apartment was comfy and the stay felt like home Thanks to Housekeeping staff Mr.Nirmal for his outstanding job he kept the room neat and tidy everytime this helped our stay more comfortable.
