Savoy Central Hotel Apartments

I stayed here for 6 days with my parents during our visit to Dubai, and the experience was truly wonderful. The property has everything you need—great food, warm hospitality, and exceptionally kind staff. Housekeeping staff Rajendra took excellent care of us, and the breakfast and restaurant food were delicious. I was especially worried because my parents are vegetarian, but they were completely satisfied and never had any complaints. I highly recommend this place and would love to visit again!

I’d like to share some great feedback on my recent 16-night stay at Savoy Central Hotel Apartments. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Even before we arrived, Karim helped us book the hotel from our home country and patiently answered all my questions without any hesitation. His assistance made the booking process smooth and reassuring. During the stay, we felt genuinely welcomed every single day. Whenever we returned from exploring the city, the staff greeted us warmly and asked if we needed anything. From the reception desk to breakfast service, room service, and the baggage team, all the hotel staff was consistently friendly and attentive. A special thank you to Reshma, the hotel manager, for her kindness and constant support. She was always approachable and ensured our stay was comfortable. Another special thanks to Avinash who was also extremely helpful. He guided us in planning our Dubai itinerary and accommodated many of our requests with a smile. The rest of the staff knew us as well and were always ready to assist with local tips, including restaurant suggestions and metro directions. Overall, this hotel truly felt like a home away from home, and the customer service was exceptional. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dubai!

Our stay was from 3rd August 2025 to 12th August 2025.|- The location was perfect for us because we like busy neighborhoods. Everything you need to buy is just a few meters away.|- The place was very clean and regularly cleaned during our stay.|- The staff deserve the highest rating possible. They were very friendly, helpful and gave us lots of tips to enjoy our holiday.|- Breakfast was also good, with plenty of variety. Special thanks to the chef!|- The rooms are generally good, though some items are clearly not recent/modern. |Overall, it’s a great family-friendly hotel, and I’d book it again without hesitation.||A few things they could improve on:|- The rooms are generally soundproof. You don't hear anything from outside or neighboring rooms. However, the doors aren’t. Since it’s a family hotel, you might be woken up if kids are playing in the hallway.|- Bathrooms are clean, but you may notice a few spots here and there. A stronger detergent could help.|- During our stay, the rooftop pool wasn’t operational. The hotel did provide a free ride to another location, but we would have preferred to just walk out of our room and go straight to the rooftop pool. Just like an on-facility gym.||That said, we were overall very happy. Great value for money, and we’d definitely stay here again.

I had a very pleasant stay at Savoy Central Hotel and would like to share my experience. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome by the staff set the tone for our stay. The check-in process was smooth, and every member of the team we interacted with was courteous, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The hotel amenities were impressive and well-maintained, making the overall experience very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was definitely value for money, offering a good variety of choices. I would like to especially appreciate Mr. Royston for his excellent service during breakfast—his attentiveness and friendly attitude truly stood out and made our mornings more enjoyable. The staff across departments were consistently helpful and ensured we felt taken care of throughout our stay. We also had the chance to enjoy the swimming pool on our first day, which was a refreshing experience. Although maintenance work began later, it is understandable that such upkeep is necessary to maintain the high standards of the facility. Overall, I found Savoy Central Hotel to be a place that values guest comfort and service quality. The combination of good amenities, excellent hospitality, and attentive staff makes it a reliable choice for both leisure and business stays. I would certainly recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying again in the future.

We booked at Savoy Central Dubai for 5 nights. They were super helpful and they gave early checkin and late check-out both. Kids and family friendly. They gave a welcome gift (toy) to my child. Good room service and amazing location! There are lots of restaurant around. Supermarkets at walking distance, metro station about 1.5kms. The breakfast was good too, lots of varieties and veg options. Our room was huge with a little dining space, kitchen, microwave, electric gas, basic utensils and washing machine. Super convenient and amazing stay! Thank you Savoy..

I have been staying in this hotel for few days. All the staff is very coordial and helpful. Mr Hary who is always takes care of all dinning guests with smile. Mr. Gopi is very helpfull in house keeping. Alao swmining attendant is very suportive and safe guard all swimining guest.

We had an excellent 3 night stay at Savoy Central Apartment The rooms and amenities are very practical to use and well maintained.Staff is extremely good and very courteous.Studio apartments are perfect for family of 3 and family room for 4 people. We enjoyed the stay and would recommend people to visit this place.

Any traveler from India, I would suggest to stay here as it is centrally located with spacious rooms. Decent Buffet Breakfast and advantage is all shopping streets is a stone throwaway from this hotel. They do also have free pickup and drop to La-mer beach , to a mall so it is worth for both solo and family travelers.
