Savoy Hotel Boracay

Last June 15-18, 2025, our family visiting from the US went to Boracay New Coast for the first time and stayed at the Savoy Hotel. We are very impressed with the hotel staff’s hospitality & excellent customer service! The hotel looks modern, classy and cozy. We are grateful for the warm welcome and kind hospitality of the entire staff, from Mr. Romeo, the person who greeted us in Caticlan airport and who assisted us in the check in for the private ferry ride to the van drivers who took us to the hotel. Mye, Darwin & the rest of the front desk staff are also very kind and friendly. The welcome drinks and snacks tasted so good and refreshing! The connecting rooms are clean and very comfortable with a beautiful view at the balcony. Their restaurants have delicious food and we enjoyed the daily complimentary breakfast. One of the servers, Marielle is so kind and friendly, as well as the pool bar tender who made these cool drinks for us on our last night there. ||The private & secluded beach near the hotel is so calm and relaxing with beautiful sunrise. We also enjoyed our massages with Tricia & Jen (if I remember their names right) at the Lila Spa. Adrian, Gemar & Jhmong are helpful and kind in assisting us with our luggage and our shuttle ride to the airport for our flight back to Manila.||Last but not the least, it was a pleasure dealing with Ms. Agnes Lachica Macapia, their Sales & Marketing Director who helped us greatly in planning this Boracay trip! Thank you so much for everything that you did to make our very first trip to Boracay a truly memorable and amazing one! We appreciate you & we knew we made the right choice staying at Savoy!!😍🏝️☀️

Our recent family stay at Savoy Hotel is excellent, and it was enjoyable and fantastic experience! The hotel's modern design and spacious rooms made us feel right at home. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, catering to our every need. A big thanks also to Alli at the reception who assisted us to all our needs upon check in and out of the Hotel.||We loved their beautiful pool, and the easy access to the nearby beach with free ride going to and back the hotel, where we spent quality time together as a family. Enjoy also the free kayak offered by the hotel. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options to please everyone's tastes. ||Overall, our stay at Savoy Hotel was memorable, and we can't wait to return for another family getaway!

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff are very friendly. The service is the best, with very helpful staff. We enjoyed our breakfast every morning. The staff were very attentive. We had an amazing experience at Savoy Boracay Hotel! Our company, Speedels Services Inc., celebrated its 28th anniversary and team building here , and it was truly unforgettable. From the very beginning, Ms. Fate Pineda, Sales Coordinator, and Ms. Darnica Edalino Sale Manager ,made everything easy and seamless for us. Their professionalism and dedication ensured that our event was a huge success.||The hotel staff were warm, accommodating, and always ready to assist. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious!||This trip was extra meaningful for me because I also celebrated my birthday with my family during this vacation. They have their own busy schedules, but we got to spend quality time together in such a beautiful place—thank you, Savoy Boracay, for making it special!||A big thank you again to Ms. Fate Pineda and Ms. Darnica Edalino for going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Very friendly and accomodating staff. Shuttle service is convenient and has a lot trips. Restaurant is good. Pool bar is amazing. Definitely recommended. ||Special shotout to kuya Jumong and Elaizer!

The customer service from all the staff is exceptional especially maddie from restaurant always had a smile on her face and she genuinely caring and professional. Maddie makes our vacation one of the best. Besides the amazing service, the food was awesome would definitely recommend.

I love Savoy. It is very clean and quiet. Staff are very friendly. Bellmen and front office staff. We asked for a later check out at 1pm and they accomodated our request. Clarissa also was friendly and warm at check out. There is also a free shuttle from dmall to the hotel and vice versa. Their breakfast is also great and the Friendliness of the staff are superb. Will be back again! ❤️

The big swimming pool was good. 7 eleven is in the same building. The breakfast buffet was good for the price. The staff members were very kind and accommodated.The room had condensation on the walls, which was present throughout the day making the room damp.
