Savoy Hotel Boracay

Excellent service, concierge and help desk. Everyone is respectful, mindful and helpful from lobby staff, cafe, shuttle, to housekeeping. They ensure you enjoy your stay. I’d say it’s one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at dahil sa customer service (I travelled in Canada, US, Mexico). The hotel is spotless too, I’d definitely recommend it to my friends and family. Thank you so much for your hospitality! We will definitely return.

We stayed at the Savoy for our honeymoon and had the most wonderful experience from start to finish. The moment we arrived, we were greeted with refreshing welcome drinks and cold towel which such a thoughtful touch after traveling. When we got to our room, we were surprised with beautiful towel art, and a sweet dessert congratulating us on our wedding. It truly made us feel so celebrated and cared for! Not to mention the treats for turn down service and the beautiful handwritten notes. Everything made us feel so special. The hotel amenities were fantastic. The pools were spotless and absolutely beautiful, the gym was well-equipped, and the spa was peaceful and relaxing. Everywhere we went, everything felt clean, fresh, and inviting. Most of all, the staff were incredible. Friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. We felt genuinely welcomed throughout our entire stay. Savoy made our honeymoon unforgettable, and we can’t wait to come back one day. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Boracay, especially couples looking for a romantic and relaxing getaway!

We did have a small problem with our room but because it couldn't be fixed right away we where upgrade to a more premium room. Staff are all amazing and very helpful, especially when my son left his wallet outside Jollibee. The driver got us from the hotel to the restaurant in double quick time and the Jollibee guard had it secured for our return. He is so lucky.

People of Savoy Hotel Boracay are simply the best! All are warm, friendly and accommodating! They are the gems of this hotel! Food was great! My room has a great pool view!|Kudos to all! Keep it up! I am hoping to be back soon! God bless you all!

This is our second trip to Boracay and we Savoy is our selected hotel again. Savoy has been close to our heart for their world class service. We feel like friends more than being just guests. Our stay had been a one of a kind experience with how Maddie cares for us. 10/10 will book again!!!

The stay has been great! This is our second time booking in Savoy and third is already planned. The staff, especially Jhon Paul, tend to all our needs. He even went the extra mile for a jacket that we have left behind. The heartwarming welcome and care of the staff is what shines the most for Savoy Boracay!

Clean rooms even the common areas are clean. Well trained staff. From the cleaning attendant, receptionist, to dining staff. Ms Maddie is very accommodating and friendly. Always have a pleasant smile and positive attitude. Food is good as well.

We went to Lila Spa to spend a relaxing evening over spa. Receiptonist was very accommodating for our booking - provided us with great Therpists (Threcia and Frank). Looking forward to our next therapy session!
