Savya Rasa is a hidden gem in Koregaon Park, offering a distinctly South Indian dining experience with strong Tamil Nadu influences. We visited early in the morning, so it was pleasantly quiet and peaceful.
The ambience is the standout—surrounded by greenery, calm, and thoughtfully designed. The interiors reflect authentic South Indian aesthetics, and the open kitchen concept is a welcome touch that adds transparency and confidence in the food preparation.
Coming to the food, breakfast was decent but not exceptional for the price. The dosa was crisp, well-made, and flavourful, while the medu vada was freshly fried and tasted good. The coffee was well prepared and served in a good quantity, which was satisfying.
Service was attentive and courteous, with staff ensuring everything was served promptly.
Overall:
Savya Rasa offers good South Indian food in a serene, green setting, but the pricing feels on the higher side, possibly reflecting the ambience more than the food itself. Worth a visit if you appreciate calm surroundings and South Indian flavours, but expectations should be balanced when it comes to value for money.
