Sawari Hotel

Beds/bedding/pillows were ao comfortable I took pictures of the tags to buy some for my home! Staff was attentive, poolside service was excellent, location is good but not in the beach. Rooms/property well maintained

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had 2 rooms and the both we modern, clean, and very comfortable. Everything was very nice. There is a gated parking lot with 24 hour security. The staff was able to work with us around our dive trips and allowed us to check in early and a little late. This was so helpful. The pool and restaurant were nice. We had a great stay and we stay here again.

Immaculately clean, comfortable and pleasant hotel. Easy to find location with multiple restaurants and services nearby. Safe secure parking with a friendly attendant always on duty 24 hours. Have visited while touring Mexico on my motorcycle and slept like a baby knowing my bike always had a watchful eye on it. Also enjoyed the first rate attention I received while traveling in my electric vehicle. The charging station was easy to use and available so I could keep my car’s battery topped off during my stay, very convenient! The staff is very friendly and efficient. There was an issue with the in room safe and we brought it to the attention of the front desk. In under a minute a maintenance person came by and addressed the issue. The grounds and pool area and gym are attractive and reflect the high standards of this well managed property. San Carlos is such a beautiful place and the Sawari Hotel is a beautiful and comfortable place to stay!

April 2024 trip, the second time I stayed at this place. Great access and great parking with 24-hour security guard at gate. Rooms were clean. Two days before eclipse so there was some traffic but very manageable. Great bar area with good view's.

Great for the money. The food is fantastic. The water is tepid for a shower.

Advertised as a five star property, however, it’s a one star. Hotel rooms are small and in fair condition and bar isn’t not open every day, so there’s really nothing to do at the property. ||I been to San Carlos before and wanted to try what I saw was a better hotel option based on ratings, however, that was not the case. I should have stayed where I always stayed in the past.

(birthday month trip) very kid friendly, love the playground for the kids had it all to ourselves, this time of year not too many travelers, not that hot good high 70 the down fall kids couldn’t enjoy the pool too cold. 🥶 love that they let us check in early🤍✨would definitely could come back here.
