Sawasdee Village Resort & Spa

In one word: Fantastic! We stayed here with the whole family and absolutely loved it. The hotel is stunning during the day, but even more magical at night. The rooms, beds, and swimming pools are all excellent. Prices are very reasonable, and last but not least, the breakfast is amazing. We’ll definitely be back for another visit. It’s only a 10-minute walk from the Kata Night Market, which is perfect. Don’t look any further, just book this hotel, relax, and enjoy every moment!

I had the most unforgettable stay at this resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with genuine smiles and outstanding hospitality. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and offered breathtaking views. The resort itself is a slice of paradise — peaceful, luxurious, and surrounded by nature. The pool area was perfect for relaxing, and the food at the restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety of options for every taste. I’ve traveled a lot and this is one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed at! The ambiance is so calming and beautiful, I’ve never seen anything like it! The rooms were very cleaning, the staff were so kind and helpful and the restaurant attached was very good, for dinner and for breakfast. K2 was our favorite, he was so helpful with anything we needed and always greeted us with a smile on his face and made us feel right at home from the very beginning. I would come back to Thailand just to stay here again, truly such a special hotel!!

Oh my god, my partner and I stayed here for our honeymoon and this was above and beyond expectations, the photos do not lie, this place is gorgeous! Kata beach is fantastic, after my last few trips staying in Patong I really appreciated the more laid back area with a stunning beach. The service here was top notch and everyone on the staff was lovely. The cabana pool access rooms are to die for, comfortable, private and quiet, direct access to the pool which is beautiful and close to pool bar. The traditional decor throughout the resort is stunning and much better than the typical hotel styling. The buffet breakfast and restaurant were amazing every time. We’ll be coming back for sure.

Likely one of the nicest hotels/resort my partner and I have stayed in. The staff were the kindest, the amenities offered was generous, unlimited bottled water and welcome snacks, and just a stunning place that pictures can do justice to. It is without a doubt the perfect place if you’re looking for peaceful, beautiful, and still nearby the beach and other attractions like the Kata walking market. There’s no question that the next time we visit Phuket, this is most definitely the place for us. We thank the staff for their service and kindness during our short stay, we wished we stayed for longer

This hotel is as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. Everything is so carefully and thoughtfully designed and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We loved it. ||Top tip: pay extra for a swim up room. These rooms lead directly into one of the most beautiful swimming pool I've ever seen. It's been designed to resemble a river running through a Thai village (but with a swim up bar!) and is bordered with beautiful tropical plants and trees. ||Kata Beach town itself isn't a particularly pretty place, but the night market (Kata Walking Market) is great for having dinner and drinks in the evening.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful, and everywhere you look it's stunning! I really enjoyed staying here. The staff were wonderful, kind, and helpful. I enjoyed the swimming pools. The room was clean and well equipped with many amenities. I also loved the way it was decorated. You can see it's a little older, but I loved the charm and uniqueness of it all. I ordered room service both nights, and the food was delicious. The breakfast buffet was ok but a little pricey for what was offered in my opinion. Nonetheless, I had a fantastic time and I look forward to visiting here again in the future. Thank you! 

Love Love Love this place. Very traditional Thai decor. Rooms were large with very high ceilings giving a feel of even extra largeness. I had a pool access room. The pool was accessed through either sliding doors or a door at the back of the shower meaning straight out of the pool and under the shower. I left home without a hairbrush and this is provided in their standard complimentary bathroom kits. The ceiling above the bed was a dome shaped which lit up like stars at night. The staff are beautiful, humble people who always had a smile on their faces. Nothing was too much for them. Your pleasure is their pleasure. Breakfast was nice but not over the top like some resorts. The walk to Kata beach is about 15 minutes, although the hotel does have a free shuttle every hour. Thank you Sawasdee Village.
