We had a quick lunch here and ordered the slow cooked beef brisket and a beef and bacon burger with chips, plus a latte and ice tea. The meals were pretty nice. The dish potion was good too. Pretty happy with what we ordered. The downside, if I had to say, was the wait time and sitting at high chairs. Probably came in during relatively peak hours. So be patient to be seated and served.

Ordered 4 dishes for 5 to share! So full as portion was huge for us. Very delicious, balanced taste and I really like that there were lots of veg - spinach and rocket salad. Love the Rosti.. and it is Thick Rosti, so soft yet slight crispy. And the coffee were good too. Glad to stop by - our first stop at Perth with self-drive.

Hi dear, I would like to give my feedback in a constructive manner, because I respect the history of the place and believe in the potential of the team. I arrived for lunch with my friend. He was at a table outside, but it started to rain. It was an uncomfortable situation when we asked to move to a table inside of the restaurant. A table for two was available, but a couple of women and a baby stroller made the chairs inaccessible. First impression: lack of consistency, disorganization. The table that they assigned us with some regret would have fit a group of 6 people. I understood. We sat on the side chairs so that there was space if another couple wanted to sit down. The coffee was served in take-away cups, even though we were there to dine in. I looked at the menus and placed my order at the cashier. The only fresh juice option “of the day” was carrot, celery, and something else written in a confusion board.The quality was questionable, but it had a nice presentation. My order came with an inedible pesto sauce, which ruined the flavor of the overcooked mushrooms. The quality of the bread was excellent, the light toasting made it crispy, but it could have had butter for the price of the dish. The pigeons came and went freely in the restaurant. It even had access to the open kitchen area. I would have turned a blind eye if the customer service was excellent, since I also work in hospitality. The cashier is on an island, next to it is the open kitchen and behind it are the bathrooms. All connected. I think it could benefit from some professional help to enhance and improve the mood of the restaurant. Including for the staff who work there. I saw they are embarrassed to be stomping pigeons through the door. Let’s do better and do tastier food. Long live to your business. All the best, Waleria

The cozy environment and friendly staff were the highlight of this cafe. The mocha was good and well presented. Eggs Benedict highly recommend because it's a huge portion and all ingredients make it tasty. The downside was the bagel, I was expecting something more tasty and not too dry. But overall a good place to enjoy a breakfast and I probably will be back....

We ordered a burger , the potato rosti and some spicy beef thing. The long mac came after about 20 mins and then the food came a further 15 minutes after. This was during peak hour, about 1-2pm. We had come a year ago, so the food looked the same; beautifully presented. However, the burger patty was extremely over cooked. The poached egg was over cooked and rubbery. Just some personal preferences, but I prefer a toothpick in the burger and not a knife. The whole burger fell apart. The fries were not evenly salted. But the spicy meat thing was good.

The staff were super friendly and kind, and the café itself was very pretty and had very nice vibes! The drinks were also really nice, and i like how my ice oat latte wasn't sweet 🙌 Only downside i would say is that their savoury options were a bit salty for our taste... BUT their sweet menu was really good! It may have been that batch that was more salty than normal though, as i've had other friends say their food was perfect! You might just need to head down and try it to really see... though if anything go for their french toast as that was a hit amongst all my friends!

The food was SO GOOD. Came here for the first time and got the fried chicken croffle. Lovely plating, super colourful. The fried chicken was so juicy and the combination of the sweetness of the maple syrup with tanginess of the salsa and sour cream was amazing. I’m not even a big fan of spicy food and but even I was shoving down the salsa because it’s just that good. Scarfed down the whole plate in 10 mins tops. Came here without a booking but we were able to get a table quickly thanks to the efficient and friendly service :) Also the interior here is super cool and cozy :) Can’t wait to come back!

We haven’t been back for years, we came with friends this time because they highly recommended. We came on a busy weekend lunch, we were seated outdoor, it’s a bit too sunny, but all good, All the food we ordered are yummy. Omg, portion is huge! All of our ladies couldn’t finish. The best one is the fried chicken croffle, huge big piece of chicken. Service is friendly too.
