Sayle Point House and Cottage Eleuthera Bahamas

Had an unbelievable experience at the Sayle Point House. The house is immaculate, the beach is beautiful and private, the cay is breathtaking, and we even had our own private bar to enjoy! Would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a private getaway in the Bahamas. The house also comes equipped with everything you need from silverware, cups, plates, etc...to pool toys and swimming/snorkeling gear. Love this place! Can't wait to return.

We had a wonderful family vacation at Sayle Point House. The house has everything you need and is very clean and comfortable. The property is simply amazing, the pool, the private beach, the private cay, the tiki bar, (almost) 360 views with sunrises and sunsets. The water is clear and beautiful, good for floating, snorkeling, kayaking, swimming, and fishing. This has to be one of the best places to stay on the island. If it's in your price range, stop looking and book it :) You won't be disappointed!

Our third visit on island, and we picked the best house ever! The home has some exterior cosmetic flaws but its expected given its location, nothing about these things will have an effect on your trip. Very private, very secluded. The owner and house keeper have all been incredibly helpful and informative. Look no further if you're looking for your own slice of paradise.

Absolutely beautiful home in one of the most picturesque places in the world. Host was great to work with and we had an incredible stay for our 38th Anniversary. Greatly enjoyed the private beach and the beautiful sunsets. Loved everything about Sayle Point House !

5 STARS! Just stayed a week at Sayle Point....where do I start? The views and seclusion were amazing. Water from 3 sides of the house was spectacular. House was trendy, clean and well kept! The folks at Sayle Point have a caretaker by the name of ELVIS. I cannot rave enough how much of a gem he is. He is honest, caring, knowledgable and takes great care of the guests. The owners are so fortunate to have such a great man tending their home. The snorkeling on the property is great, we found tons of sand dollars and even found 2 starfish. The sunsets are breathtaking! We had a blast kayaking in the evenings. This place is the perfect getaway if you want seclusion and relaxation! Thank you, Matt and Laurie! We are already talking about coming back.

I was lucky enough to stay at the Sayle Point House in June 2019 and I can’t say enough. The house and location are truly a dream! The views are absolutely breathtaking and the water is the bluest water I have ever seen. The Sayle Point House has everything you could ever want and I highly recommend it! Be sure to use some of the goggles supplied and take a look out near the cay, we saw some beautiful fish and starfish!

If your considering it, DO IT!!! Our stay at Sayle Point house was absolutely incredible. I rarely leave reviews but I had to for this. We wanted to get away somewhere private while also staying safe from Covid. We found Sayle point house and It was the best choice by far. The photos don’t even do it justice. You literally have a whole island to yourself with views of the crystal blue waters from all sides of the house. It is absolutely worth it and the views are unforgettable. The house itself is modern, cozy, and gorgeous, and the outside is breathtaking (literally no words). I felt like I was in a dreamscape. The trip itself was a perfect mix between adventure, peace, play, healing, and relaxation. If you are seeing this, it’s probably a sign you should go and this is by far the perfect get away during Covid! Highly recommend!! Thank you Sayle Point House!

The views, the water, the hammocks, the pool just amazing. The house was clean and well furnished. A bit weather worn.I would love to go back. But noseeums bites totally prevent me ever going back to the island . Not the house the island. 48 bites plagued me for months.
