SAZ City Life Hotel

Right in the center of the town! Well decorated rooms with lake view if you book the 5 floor! Restaurant was on top floor and we enjoyed the food there as it was the best we had from all other restaurants we visited. Manager Magda was very professional and stuff very kind! Parking avaliable just 150 meters away! We will definitely stay again there!

This is a luxurious hotel located in the heart of Ioannina City the design of the hotel is modern and there is marble decorations everywhere. What I like best was their breakfast.. it included local meats and sausages and there were some homemade treats...for example their orange juice was freshly squeezed and they served totally delicious omelette!! Their homemade pies were absolutely tasty. The staff at the reception really agreeable and accommodating with a warm smile ready to give you directions around the city. I will go there again!!

One of the best hotels in Greece. The service we had was fantastic, from the friendly reception to the breakfast staff.||Minor complaints: The parking garage is around the corner from the hotel, but it's easy to access. Our balcony door did not seal fully, so you can hear the traffic a bit.

I'd seen an Instagram post from Tassos Dousis and knew if I did visit Ioannina then this is the place I wanted to stay. Ideally located in the city centre with everything in easy walking distance. Public offices, museums and the lake. I packed a lot into two days with a trip to the Vikos Gorge and the second day a trip to the 'Ali Pasha' island on the lake. |I stayed on floor 5 with a fantastic view of the lake and city. The room is soundproofed which works great. |I visited the roof top restaurant twice and although the atmosphere is great, I didn't like the cigarette smoking. (The plastic curtains were down as it was cold) . |Breakfast was super with the waiting staff very helpful and friendly. The breakfast tea served with milk was better than I make myself at home!|There wasn't a kettle in the room but I asked at reception and one was provided together with cup and saucer. |I liked this hotel a lot and when I come back to Ioannina I would like to stay here again.

The hotel is stylish, in a great location as it’s easy to walk to restaurants, sites, etc. We stayed 2 nights and on arrival were upgraded from a standard city view to a superior city view which was very much appreciated. The superior room is spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable with good pillows and very good bedding (nice cotton sheets). Black out drapes also provide a very good sleep and were excellent. You do hear some street noise depending on the night and how much activity is outside though.||||The room safe is huge and fits a laptop easily. We enjoyed a drink at the rooftop bar overlooking Ioannia’s rooftops which is a great space. Wi fi signal was excellent in the room and the air conditioning unit worked very well. Everything is very clean. Breakfast is very good, and because of Covid it was a buffet with staff serving the guests. All staff are helpful and very friendly. ||||The only shortcoming is parking and the difficulty of unloading and reloading the car with luggage. The problem is not paying €8.00 per day or even the block that it is away from the hotel. The problem is checking in and checking out. I’m not sure how the hotel can remedy this problem. We loved everything about the hotel, but unfortunately because of the parking/arrival/departure difficulties, we probably wouldn’t stay at the hotel again. Unfortunate because it’s an awesome hotel!! Therefore I am giving it a 5 circle rating based on the hotel itself.

I have no words to describe as good as it deserves the Saz City Life Hotel.||The hotel is excellent, the room is spacious, the service room perfect, the food delicious.||The guy who serves at service room (the same guy at breakfast room) is an asset for this hotel. Good coffe made from him, excellent cappuccino, fast service, polite communication, I don’t know what to say more.||We had a great experience, despite parking issue, which pissed of my husband. We had to stay for a few seconds in front of the hotel door, until I got luggages and my little baby and the greek drives didn’t wait at all. Their shouted and that embarrassed us. The parking is at the corner of the hotel, at the other way, not far, but a bit not convenient if you have luggage.||Saz, for sure I would highly recommend ☺️

I stayed in this hotel for three nights. I was waiting it to be good and in fact it exceeded my expectations! Room size, service, Wi-Fi, location, staff, breakfast were all perfect! The prices were reasonable too. I would happily opt for it, when I visit the city again.
