Scallions is well known to the expat and immigrant community. Does that make it good? Not always, but in this instance it does! Service from the start was friendly and efficient. We were there for an early breakfast. Not crowded if you get here at 9am on a Sunday.
They served a mini-loaf of bread with butter and jam with our meal. Warm and tasty! We had Mexican coffee's also that were perfect for a cool January morning.
I had a veggie omelet "From the Woods". My spouse had the Bagel and Lox. My omelet was very well done. With mushrooms, onion, spinach and cheese. Very full of flavor! It was the perfect size and paired with the potatoes, made a great meal to start the day. The Bagel and Lox came with a giant bagel. The salmon was fresh tasting, and with the capers, tomato, cream cheese and onions completed the meal just as expected! They were both delicious. This breakfast was very good, and its made us definitely ready to have a dinner here soon!
