Absolutely horrendous hotel. Extremely overpriced, the interior of the hotel feels like as if it’s from the 70s and has never been renovated. The fittings in the room were cheap and old. It is at best a 0 star place. Do yourself a favor and sleep in your car and you will save yourself 250 euros and feel the same way as you would’ve after staying here. The breakfast was a horrible experience too. They ran out of milk and never bothered to refill. The coffee tasted like sewage. The only good thing was the 24 hr check-in desk. Donot recommend it at all unless. they come back to their senses revamp the whole hotel and charge a reasonable price for the rooms

Nice hotel overall. View over the city is good from many rooms. We got the last room available and that being considered, I may excuse a couple imperfections about the rooms prior maintenance and preparation. The room could use an overhaul, but it worked totally fine. Everything at the breakfast was tasty, but the selection could be broader. Also, because of a lack of caution and a high temperature we fried our fingers a little when touching the drying rack in the bathroom ;D

Very good standard and helpful staff. After some messy bookings from travel agency, the hotel staff quickly sorted out rooms for several people in my travel group. Good and wide selection for breakfast and nice entertainment facilities. Very comfortable rooms and beds despite extreme weather outside. Also very tasteful restaurant. Worth booking in advance. Overall decent price/benefit ratio.

A mid-range hotel which is located in the old city center. The structure is quite old and not very updated, but since the whole neighbourhood will be demolished in a couple of years it's quite understandable that no large renovations are planned. The beds are comfortable though, and the view from the upper floors is almost breathtaking. The service level is also quite high, and the breakfast buffet is especially well-catered. Apart from the normal selection of dishes common in the average Swedish hotel breakfasts, this hotel also serves treats such as protein enriched yoghurt, locally produced jams, marmelades and bread as well as ginger vitamin shots. All and all, they provide the ingredients for a good night's sleep followed by a nice start of the day!

We stopped here for coffee/brunch. Great coffee and sandwich. There was an extremely friendly lady at the reception who gave us a warm welcome to mitigate the cold outside. We were new to Kiruna and unfortunately we arrived on a Sunday so everything was closed. She helped us find our way around the city.

Christmas eve and this place was open. My husband had the burger, he loved it. I had the salmon with wine sauce. It didn't go well together but the fish was fine. Service was great. For the both of us with drinks and desert was 500kr. If u think that is expensive, u haven't been in Sweden long enough :)

Not the best hotel in the world, but currently the best in the city. The rooms are large, however the beds are not comfortable and the quality is low. All this given the price you pay for these rooms which match prices in major cities like Stockholm with way better facilities. If possible I would suggest Scandic in Gällivare instead which has better prices, rooms and facilities.

The room was ok for a 3* hotel, mut didn't quite match the fotos. Had only one waterglass and no minibar, which would had been nice. Booked the room because of the laundry service, but found out it is closed on weekends. Breakfast was good and open until 12.
