We booked through Booking.com for a family of five and were given two rooms. In one of the rooms, there were two additional bunk beds, but they were locked. Since there were only four beds available in total between the two rooms, we went to the reception to request an extra pillow, blanket, and to ask if they could unlock one of the additional beds. However, the reception informed us that this was not possible. Instead, they said our youngest child, a 7-year-old boy soon turning 8, would have to sleep between us in one of the single beds that had been pushed together.||||We found this unacceptable and have filed a complaint with Booking.com, requesting a refund due to the overall disappointing experience.
