Center of town is a good walk from this lovely hotel. Excellent breakfast. Have to ask for room cleaning one day prior, which is an issue if you wake up, take a shower, and then decide that you want new sheets, though towels are dispensed on an as needed basis from desk . Shower is nearly level with bathroom floor and there is only a partial door so water will cover some of the bathroom floor.

Have stayed here twice. Both times were excellent. Great breakfast. Enjoyed the bar at night. On the second trip they were very accommodating with early check-in and offered a space in the co-working area if it wasn’t available. The gym is also well taken care of and has decent equipment. Appreciate being able to checkout with an email.

Good location near Dybbolsbro station and the best thing is the many eateries and shops right behind this hotel, lots of really good food and supermarket within walking distance. Hotel breakfast was pretty much the same everyday but it was a good breakfast that I didn't get bored even for 4 days. The room was good enough tho the sheets and duvet had some stains and hair. Housekeeping is not by default and requesting for it does not include cleaning of floors and toilets. TV had no English channels but you can connect Bluetooth to your phone for music playing which was nice.

The hotel is conveniently situated a few minutes walk to the train station so it was a good base to explore.|The reception was welcoming and we were able to store our luggage when we arrived early on the first day.|The room was nice with a lovely, comfy bed. The bathroom was clean. I would have appreciated sone milk in the room to make a cup of tea but I managed! There was a fridge in the room which was useful. Also a safe where we kept our passports.|The bar area is modern and we enjoyed a couple of drinks there.|There was a wide selection for breakfast.

Really homely yet vibrant hotel with people meeting and playing games in the well-run and comfortable bar. Fabulous breakfast and great rooms with very comfortable beds and great showers. Friendly and helpful staff, lockers for luggage if exploring for the day before check-out and a small, well-stocked shop.

We had a wonderful stay at Scandic Kødbyen. The hotel was spotless, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. It's in a fantastic location right in the heart of the Meatpacking District. The breakfast selection was also impressive, with plenty of options to choose from.

One of those places, one of those hotels that I have not much bad things to say about, really nice hotel really, lovely staff (only one woman receptionist with a big curly hair was not nice impatient and not very polite) but besides that lovely people working there across the hotel in reception and at the bar. I felt very welcomed looked after. The best thing about this hotel- is the gym. What a cosy multi purpose small gym, so clean, no rusty equipment. Open early, providing clean towels and drinking tap water still and sparkling options. The rooms have stylish and Turkey vibe about them very clean just the one inconvenient think about the room that they don’t have mini fridge. The breakfast and food in general over there was fresh and somewhat impressive so thank you to the chef who was making food not only as a meal but also as an experience because there were a couple times that I had something and I had no clue what was I eating, but it was very tasty. Location also perfect. Highly recommended.

Good hotel overall - comfortable, clean and today and the staff are friendly. Breakfast is super good as well. I do think it can be a bit noisy and as a small side note teh locker costs for bag storage is a bit OTT but overall I quite enjoyed hotel and a good location also.

Yelp
Adam H and I recently stayed here on our Scandinavian vacation. The location of this hotel was perfect for us being in the trendy meat packing district, but I wouldn't recommend for families or travelers not wanting to spend time in this area, because it was a good walk (or bike ride) to several other touristy areas of the city. Pros: 1. Wifi was good, as long as you signed in again every 12 hours 2. Free breakfast 3. Fun location in the meat packing district, near lots of bars and restaurants (War Pigs, Fermentator, etc...) 4. Friendly staff Cons: 1. We had some issues with our shower drain and housekeeping and had to ask numerous times for assistance 2. Breakfast options were somewhat limited, and it was a little confusing at first if we were to seat ourselves or wait for staff 3. Not very close to many of the tourist attractions in the city - about 10-15 minute walk to Central Station and Tivoli, and everything else was father than that 4. Bike rental was fairly expensive 5. No refrigerator in the room 6. Close to a grocery store Overall, we were happy with our stay, but this hotel is not for everyone.

Yelp
I planned on staying next week but circumstances out of my control forced me to cancel my international trip. I've spoken to a handful of front desk staff and all have been extremely rigid and unaccommodating. They'll likely rebook my room to someone else while I'm out $500 USD for a three-night stay I cannot use.

Yelp
First time in Copenhagen. I'm used to smaller everything in Europe. The rooms were quite nice and the standard room was larger than I was expecting. There are no sports channels on their TV. But the ladies behind the desk are exemplary. They are very nice and incredibly helpful. I would single one or two out but they were all great. The restaurant was very good and I almost never say that about an on-property restaurant. But try the SASHI ribeye. Yum.

Yelp
My wife and I booked a room for early June 2020 a while back at Kodbyen to stay one night following a Baltic Cruise. We had no intention of canceling until the Corona Virus resulted in the cruise and all our flights from the US being canceled. Despite the virus nearly affecting 2600 Danes, killing 77 of its citizens, and despite we can't get to Denmark, the Scandic Kodbyen says "No DIce" in returning our deposit. How insensitive and inflexible can the personnel of this hotel be!!?? As an important aside, the entire Hilton Hotel chain just announced complete refunds for anyone who booked a hotel through June 30th, no excuses, no exceptions. I urge anyone interesting in Scandic Kodbyen to book elsewhere. If they treat guests like this during a crisis, think about how they would treat you when it's over if extenuating circumstances changed your travel plans?
