We had a great overnight stay right in the old town of Malmö. Our room for 4 was spacious, very clean and the bathroom with shower and tub was exceptionally spacious. The food was good, too!

A very nice and beautiful hotel. Close to almost everything. Very comfy beds. Nice rooms. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Have stayed here before and always been happy with the hotel. Have never been disturbed of noice from the streets or other guests. It is a old hotel and some details may be a bith worn, but it is a bit of its charm.

The location of the hotel is in a great spot and not very far from the train station if you are arriving in from Copenhagen. It is only a 10 minute way. The hotel has an amazing breakfast with a wide variety of items to enjoy. The room was very nice and has space to relax and unwind.

One of the best hotels I've been to. Super friendly staff, good breakfast, near perfect location, rooms are amazingly big, with beds being ultra comfortable, slept really good on the first day, which usually doesn't happen very often. Only a few minor issues were encountered during my stay. The bathtub in my room 205, had a big gap on the side, and made quite the noise when moving in it.

The rooms in this hotel are really nice and clean, the beds are comfy and the breakfast was really good and high quality and I loved that the staff was asking me if I want to have still more breakfast after the time was up.|The staff at the reception however were not friendly at all: one changed the language from swedish to english, because I did not understand everything they were saying. And also when I asked about an amenity item the other time, two other staff members were picking up food and I approached them when they arrived back to the reception, because they did not greet me at all, the answer to my question was just no. I did not get any suggestions where I could find this amenity item or anything else out of them and felt like they just wanted to get rid off me as soon as possible so they can eat their food without me disturbing them. I do not expect to be treated special or anything else, but greeting and providing customer service on a friendly manner should be a norm in my opinion.

A traditional and beautiful hotel, however a litle bit sedated. They also act surprisingly greedy. Last time I was there following happend. I arrived by 11.45 AM. My room was cleaned and ready but as check in time was at 16.00 PM I couldn´t take the room in possession, for unless I was willing to pay an extra fee of 200 SEK. So I did, but with a feeling of beeing cheated. Really bad behavior which means that I will choose other hotels in the future.

The hotel is old and charming, and staff is nice and helpful. Situation is great - in the old town but a short walking distance to central railway station. In the surroundings there are lots of restaurants and shops.

Perfect location in heart of Malmø. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel is a bit worn and so are the rooms, but we didnt mind. One thing that really counted down though was the temperature in the room. Very cold and we both got a cold as a result. Asked the reception to turn the heat up and they also brought a small heater. We had booked the presidential suite so a small heater didnt help much.
