This hotels is located really central for the train & bus station, city centre shops and restaurants. |It is a stunning hotel on the Stortorget square.|Friendly staff on reception|We were allocated a double room on the top floor overlooking the square.|Room had everything we needed and was immaculately clean.|The property has a lift so easy access.|We never ate an evening meal in the hotel but breakfast was included in our rate.|What an amazing breakfast it was too. A vast choice of hot, cold dishes, cereals, multiple breads. There was even a seperate area for gluten free guests and a fridge with multiple types of milk for all dietary requirements and tastes!|I can certainly recommend the Swedish pancakes, absolutely delicious. |On the cold buffet area they even had what called 'a carpet of cress'!! There were herrings, ham & cheese etc.|If you cant find anything you like you are hard to please!|Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful hotel! We get an upgrade and then room was massive with a lovely view. Everything was super clean and the staff were so kind and attentive with us!

Hotel Kramer is a very nice hotel ind the city center of Malmö. If you are visiting for a short time, than it is the perfect hotel, because it is in the near of all important landmarks. The breakfast is very nice, the staff professional. The building is old, therefore could do with a whole renovation, but it is authentic as it is.

We had such a wonderful stay at The Scandic Kramer! We're traveling from the USA and were concerned about finding something that would feel comfortable to us for us 7 nights- this was perfect! The beds were comfy, the room amenities were perfect and the breakfast was fantastic! But the absolute best part of the entire stay - the hotel staff! They were amazing and friendly and they made us feel at home. I can't wait to come back next year. Helena was a delight!

During my stay at Scandic Kramer, I had the pleasure of meeting Esteban at the reception desk. Esteban is not only incredibly charming, kind, and polite, but also highly professional and intelligent. He speaks several languages fluently, handles every request with skill and efficiency, and always makes guests feel welcome. He is genuinely a wonderful and helpful person, and I am convinced that he will go far in life. I like the red room interior and some rooms have view at the main square but after midnight going into hotel is like coming back to the fenced camping place at the high school trip, you cannot enter with your room key and ringing the bell is often humiliating experience followed by a very suspicious lady working on the main counter.

The Hotels central location is an absolute blessing with very easy access. A very easy short walk to Malmö Central Station, public transport, shopping & dining locations. Paid Parking is available either out the front or in a nearby secured multilevel parking station. Staying here is my preference when in Malmö. The staff are always super friendly, professional, efficient and happy to help. The facilities & rooms are always clean, comfortable and spacious. Dining in the Restaurant for breakfast or dinner could not be easier with the breakfast buffet being superb - you will not starve !

You are staying on the town main square! Amazing breakfast -my best in years!- included in rate. Large rooms. Great rates. Sweet...

Nice location in the center of Malmö, old building and decor. good atmosphere and friendly service

Located very close to the trainstation, just a short walk, like 3 minutes away. The interior is very old and it feels like entering the 18th century. Very friendly personnal. Helpful and kind. I asked for a banana and the kind guy went on a hunt to find one for me. Which he did, and I didn't need to pay for it. One elevator to use. The room that I stayed in was really outdated but clean and tidy. Very strange bathtube. Almost needed a stair to climb into it. Strange! The breakfast was ok, nothing special really. They should do more to create a cosy feeling and also display the food in a more nicer way.
