That is an amazing place!!! The best ice-cream ever! The most unusual I have tasted here is the lavande ice-cream and carrot ice-cream :) They have many options for vegans - not only fruity sorbets but also almond milk and chocolate :) they also have frozen goat yogurt - delicious! Always a line of people. Coffee is not bad. No toilets!

Very nice ice cream, and the seller with his weird sense of humor but overall very kind. No complaint!

We went on a hot weekend day and there were already a line of people. But the service is very good. And the ice cream was really delicious. I tasted the lavender and rosemary flavours. My husband got salted caramel butter. We loved the ice creams and definitely will go back.

This is easily and by far the best ice cream I have ever tasted. The flavors are shockingly real, it is impossible to describe what a pleasant surprise it was to find this place one summer's evening a couple years ago. The only way of impressing upon you how good this place is is to say it was as if before trying it, I had never tasted real ice cream.

You know when you have found REAL ice-cream - the colours on display in the trays are PALE, not those gaudy, artificial, over sugared things. This place has a coffee ice-cream that kept my wife awake because it contains coffee with caffine. The mint tastes of real mint straight from the garden....

They have some interesting flavors with different textures of ice cream. The chewy fennel is really good, as well as the slushy hibiscus. They also have a decent black sesame.

Why it is so popular when it doesn't taste good? I don't understand. There are more delicious gelato in the world than here. Unsatisfying and it is a cheap gelato with thick particles. The Blood orange was delicious, but the amount is really small. If you come to Montmartre, I recommend another gelato and yogurt ice cream. It's much better there than here.

Love the ice-cream flavours here! MUST TRY! Tried the Chocolate, Caramel and Mojito. Love the Caramel, however the Mojito is a little too bitter for me. Perhaps you can taste it first before buying :)

Yelp
Not sure who gave them an award but the ice cream tasted baaaaaaad. Do not waste your money here. You will pay double but will not get your money's worth. Guy at the counter was super confident and telling everyone that all the flavors are awesome. We end up trowing both of our cones away.

Yelp
Great! We would be back if we weren't from America. The flavors we had were: vanilla, Carmel butter, and hibiscus. The all were amazing. We just wanted more. Nice treat for sure!

Yelp
I'm very surprised Scaramouche has such a low rating on here. I really enjoyed my ice cream!!!! I have a very sensitive sweet tooth, and pretty much every ice cream I try tastes sickeningly sweet to me. Yet I still find myself wanting ice cream because of childhood memories. Anyway, I happened upon Scaramouche when visiting Montmartre, and I wanted to try it because I enjoyed Elizabeth Bard's books. I got the sheep's milk yogurt ice cream, and it was delicious! I think it's the first ice cream in recent memory that was not at all too sweet for me- it was perfect!!! I loved the plain, delicate flavor...I wish I could get it again.

Yelp
Ice cream, frozen yogurts and sorbets in Montmartre: we visited after the climb up Sacré-Cœur's steps, and were glad for something cool and refreshing. We ate at the little local restaurant across the street, then wandered over for a treat. This little stand offers artisan combinations such as 1001 Nuits, Honey & Thyme, Lavender, or Green Tea and Mint, as well as familiar flavors such as chocolate and vanilla.
