Scenic Hudson RiverWalk Park at Tarrytown

What a fantastic park! I spent the weekend there, and everything was spotless—brand new apartment buildings, lots of families and kids. But what really stood out to me was the vibe. It’s got this calm, urban feel that's perfect—an upscale city atmosphere combined with nature, and most importantly, it’s quiet. No blaring sirens or helicopter noise, none of that hectic "Manhattan" style. The people there seem more relaxed and engaged. I'm totally in love with this part of NY! Had an amazing time!

The Brooklyn river is the cleanest I've seen on my latest visit to NY. The waterfall is beautiful.

The Riverwalk is wonderful. We drove 60 miles to see it, and it was worth the trip. The mountains across the Hudson are spectacular. Was sad that the lighthouse was closed, Bring a jacket because it can be very breezy. .The playground was big, and even had a water feature. Very dog friendly, and owners were considerate of picking up after their pets. The restrooms were clean the day we went. Parking is free on Sundays. I don't know the weekday rates. As a side trip, we went home over the Bear Moutain bridge (free) and traveled down the Palisades Pkwy. to see more views.

Such a beautiful walk, we went during daytime but at night the bridge is lit up and it's absolutely beautiful!

Had a picnic with my daughter near the river in Tarry Town. She had a backpack that included everything you need for a nice picnic... except the food and drinks. We prepared everything at home so we could enjoy ourselves. Such a beautiful park... lots of people out enjoying the beautiful weather! Was amazed when we were leaving, passed signs that said Sleepy Hollow.... very interesting town!

Got lucky on the weekend and found a nice parking spot, fun to walk around, telescope's to look at NYC and great views of the lighthouse, cool place to let kids run around and kill time glad we stopped here

Very pretty, peaceful and relaxing. What a great asset to the area

Great place for family walk or bike ride would be awesome will be back up there in a few weeks
