The products are beautiful but unfortunately the employee I spoke with was not so polite.
I wanted to know if they had one of their products on the back, since the one displayed for the public was not looking clean anymore and this was supposed to be a present, so I’d rather have one completely new.
He had one job: answering if they had or not. Instead, he minimized the problem by saying I could simply clean it and then he proceeded to say that he cannot give me any discount just because it’s dirty… ?????
I told him I NEVER asked for a discount and had to explain him again I just wanted a completely new one since it was supposed to be a present.
