Excellent arena and great atmosphere! Had lots of fun watching the Green Bay Gamblers play on the road against Fargo. Smaller arena with plenty of amenities to make for a great experience.

Home of the Fargo Force! It's a good-looking arena with spacious seating, good and fast concessions, and an outstanding hockey team! Open parking, so it is not a headache to get in ot out.

It's a great place to watch a hockey game! There's no bad seat for it. I also have been to several concerts here. Food is good for the selection. Only down side is parking. Can be a little hard at times to get out due to lot layout, but not the worst.

My first experience attending an ice hockey game was at this arena, and it was truly memorable. The atmosphere was fantastic and exceeded my expectations, especially considering that the Fargo-Moorhead area is primarily known for the Bison college football team when it comes to sports.

A little crowded for the concert I attended. But the thing that guy me was you stand in line for a long time to buy soda or water. You get your bottle of water, they take the lid off because they're not allowed to send you into the arena with the lid. Fine. You get to the gate into the arena and the usher then says you can't take the bottle of water into the arena. No bottles. So then you have to pour your bottle of water into a plastic cup from the plastic bottle. There's all kinds of plastic garbage and you end up sitting in a crowded arena with a cup of water and are annoyed at how illogical it all is. Plus you have an overpriced open cup of water on the floor. It's so stupid. The floor seating has chairs that are connected to each other and are so close that I doubt very many people actually fit and so you're literally rubbing on the people on either side of you. The seating is numbered with chalk numbers on the floor and on the back of the seats with portable temporary signs marking out the sections. It's really not meant for concerts and wasn't well thought out. When it was time to leave, we realized there were people parking all over on the grass around the parking lot, so there's not enough parking spaces. When the traffic was trying to exit the parking lot, there was some significant chaos.

Game was fun, not overly crowded even at intermission. Food was good and not too bad on pricing. Facilities were clean and well kept up. Nothing against the facility, but be careful for greedy old ladies who like to take t-shirts out of the hands of children and not fess up to what she did. Way to be an adult as I don't think anyone taught her that taking from children isn't nice. My daughter lost a shirt to her and another little kid near us lost the other shirt to her.

Yelp
Amazing venue! We got to see Carrie Underwood here and Journey last year for my work Christmas parties. The sound in the arena is incredible! I usually prefer outdoor festivals, but for an indoor venue this definitely is it! They offered many drink and food options as well. You can see great from any seat in the house. The bathrooms were kept clean. No complaints!

Yelp
We had the pleasure for visiting the Scheels Arena during a recent youth hockey tournament. The arena staff was super helpful with everything. The facility was well cleaned and all proper COVID protocols were followed. Grateful for an amazing experience my son will always cherish.

Yelp
Didn't have any meat, didn't t offer anything else. They brought a plate of broken chips and didn't check back. Definitely wasted a new years Eve dinner during this amateur hour!

Yelp
This place would be great for a hockey game and that's it. Recently saw a show there with seats on the floor. They were crammed in there so tight it was impossible to sit next to a stranger without being halfway in their lap. No risers for the seats so sitting in the back or behind a taller person was dreadful. We ended up watching the jumbotron the entire time. Couldn't see the talent AT ALL. Having a bit of difficulty going up and down the stairs, with no other options early available. The entry line was a joke. 2 Security guys with wands right at each line to get in and never even moved. No security at all. Ticket scanner person was only able to scan one our tickets and just said "go ahead, it does this sometimes".

Yelp
A great addition to the West Fargo community. Love the events it brings to the area and all it has to offer.m
