Schick Hotel Capricorno

This is genuinely one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in due to the little details and friendly staff. The single room is small but well organised and very quiet abc clean. The location is perfect, walkable to most things and 2 minutes from the underground. Breakfast was amazing.. fresh eggs and coffee to order, fruit, salads, breads and pastries. The staff there were always so fast and truly friendly,|Everyday from 3-6 cake and coffee were available to enjoy. Lollies and apples were always in reception. I returned to my room on Christmas Eve.to discover a really appreciated gift of a bag of beautiful Christmas cookies.|The staff were amazing! Happy to answer questions but also going above and beyond. I was in a lot of pain from an accident and was assisted to find a hospital and a pharmacy. I was given an ice pack and an extra blanket to make the bed softer.|The only suggestion for improvement would be to have soap and shampoo as the 3 in 1 is not great. However, this was a very small thing.|Thank you Horel Capricorno! While many places are giving less for more, you are a true gem.

Great location for walking or transit. Breakfast was lovely with a great selection. Also enjoyed the cake in the afternoon. Room was spacious with a great shower and some counterspace in the bathroom. Comfortable beds and pillows. The balcony was nice too. Enjoyed the color and pictures around the hotel. The staff were the best. Very helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed in this establishment for 5 nights and absolutely loved it. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. It was also a pretty good size and had an outdoor balcony. The location is absolutely perfect because there are restaurants everywhere and the train station is incredibly close. They also serve breakfast every morning and offer a snack (cake and coffee/tea) during the afternoon. Front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. If ever in the Vienna area again, I would DEFINITELY consider booking a place to stay here again…. I recommend YOU do the same.

Front office staff was very friendly and helpful in explaining Vienna since it was my first time. The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and clearly pretty new mattress. The room has a nice spacious desk, new televisions and a lot of international channels. Breakfast was good with a variety of sweet and savoury options. The only possible little negative I could find are the bathroom towels, they felt a bit rough and not soft (for a 4 star hotel) and the shower was a bit tiny bumping into the mixer with my back changing the temperature. Also the shower head wasn't staying in place. This is just to be picky.

The hotel was perfect for a three night stay. It's very close to the centre by food is 10 min and has a metro station very close. The room is quiet despite being on the first floor where breakfast is served. The staff are super nice, five star. The room was cleaned every day. I would come again if I come to Vienna again.

This lovely hotel is perfectly placed a short stroll from Vienna City Centre with all its shops, bars and restaurants. Claudia and the rest of the hotel staff are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast is really lovely and complimented by freshly cooked eggs/omlettes. The free cake and coffee mid-afternoon was a very welcome relaxing break from the sightseeing and shopping.

Very happy with our staying in hotel. Big room, clean. Great service, reach breakfast. Location of hotel very close to public transport and also 10 minutes away from center . Will definitely suggest my friends to stay here.

Everything worked out perfectly for us, the hotel was small and all aspects of service excellent. The location was exactly what we hoped for. A major plus about the quiet room that provided us with excellent rest.
