Schilling Hostel Patagonico

The staff at this hostel are wonderful. Breakfast was terrific and everyone was willing to give suggestions and help arrange activities. The common areas are great, kitchen, dining room and a living room. Location is really good, just a few minutes from the main drag. The rooms are good, bathroom was a little dated but we had a great stay.

Very nice, the staff were brilliant especially the young guy on reception who was extremely helpful with advice and solutions, great location near to Main Street and big supermarket. Was upgraded to private room which was a real treat. Common areas also very good with a garden to relax in

From the staff, to the location, the breakfast, and the price everything was great! The staff was so friendly and helpful. They gave us great restaurant recommendations and helped organize a lunch for the next day to take on an excursion. They even have a laundry service so we had some clean clothes for the first tima week! Really couldn't recommend more.

Easy check in and room was ready earlier than 3pm. Room and bed was clean but smelled like bleach. ||Good location relative to city center. Good size room.||Cannot order airport shuttle in morning, something front desk failed to mention during check in. |Breakfast meh compared to other hostels in the area we’ve been to. Had someone making eggs in the morning.

Stayed for 3 nights in a private twin with bathroom, the rooms are great, beds are comfy, water takes a little while to get warm but is great when it does. Lovely to get breakfast included, the scrambled eggs are lovely! The communal rooms are spacious and comfy and free tea and coffee are available. The kitchen is super clean and there is a lovely garden to sit in. Location is brilliant, few minutes walk to supermarket and main street, we had a great pizza at Patagonia Brewing Co The service though is what makes this place stand out, all the staff are fantastic, really friendly and helpful, special mention to Macu who went above and beyond to help me retrieve my bag from El Calafate airport after Air France lost it for 6 days, she was absolutely fantastic as was the lovely taxi driver Sebastian 😀 Thank you Andrea and Nancy xx 10000% recommend

Hostel was great - good location, breakfast included, large sofa area, spacious room. Not a huge social vibe, but we aren’t in peak season. Would definitely stay again.

I know how hard it is to find a good Accomodation in patagonia and this is definitely one of them. Rich breakfast, clean and well equipped kitchen, relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff. I changed my itinerary so I can stay longer at this place.

The room was good, private with a private bath. Neat and tidy. The new, fabric shower curtains look good, but lets the water through. The shower head shoots water too high, directly at the curtain so having a functional shower is difficult and when I was done there was lots of water on the bathroom floor. Breakfast is great, and the staff are great!
