Schilling Hostel Patagonico

The reviews already say what needs to be said about this place. The staff is excellent, and always so kind and helpful! I booked a dorm bed, but they were kind enough to automatically upgrade it to a private room for me. I had fever before moving in here, and getting a good sleep and rest helped it go away completely so I really appreciate the staff for the kind gesture! Breakfast is also nice, nothing special but eggs, coffee, fruits and bread are everything you need before starting your glacier trip. The hostel is also very clean, so there's really no downside to this place at all! It's also extremely close to the supermarket, which is a big plus.

The staff at this hostel are wonderful. Breakfast was terrific and everyone was willing to give suggestions and help arrange activities. The common areas are great, kitchen, dining room and a living room. Location is really good, just a few minutes from the main drag. The rooms are good, bathroom was a little dated but we had a great stay.

From the staff, to the location, the breakfast, and the price everything was great! The staff was so friendly and helpful. They gave us great restaurant recommendations and helped organize a lunch for the next day to take on an excursion. They even have a laundry service so we had some clean clothes for the first tima week! Really couldn't recommend more.

Very nice, the staff were brilliant especially the young guy on reception who was extremely helpful with advice and solutions, great location near to Main Street and big supermarket. Was upgraded to private room which was a real treat. Common areas also very good with a garden to relax in

The room was good, private with a private bath. Neat and tidy. The new, fabric shower curtains look good, but lets the water through. The shower head shoots water too high, directly at the curtain so having a functional shower is difficult and when I was done there was lots of water on the bathroom floor. Breakfast is great, and the staff are great!

We had a great stay at Schilling. Staff were very helpful. The kitchen was well set up for cooking your own meals and common areas were comfy and super well heated. Location is very handy to supermarket and main road. Our room was comfortable, warm and shower was great. We added on the breakfast and were really impressed with the selection available! Thanks so much.

Easy check in and room was ready earlier than 3pm. Room and bed was clean but smelled like bleach. ||Good location relative to city center. Good size room.||Cannot order airport shuttle in morning, something front desk failed to mention during check in. |Breakfast meh compared to other hostels in the area we’ve been to. Had someone making eggs in the morning.

We loved staying at Hostel Schilling. The location was perfect. I thought the bed was very comfy. The shower took a while to get warm but once the water heated up, it was very nice. It was great to have eggs at breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
