Schlosswirtschaft Tegernsee

Very nice restaurant with great view on the lake and mountains. The menu has few items, but all are good. The portions are ok. The staff is very friendly.

This is a great restaurant that serves typical Bavarian dishes, but also some tasty Thai currys. The Thai curry with crusty duck wasn’t crusty though. The ample portions were delicious and served quickly. There were a good assortment of desserts and coffee. I would definitely recommend making reservations even though it is a large restaurant. There is a diaper changing station in the restroom. The paid parking area behind the restaurant is big but always overflowing at peak times

It is a great restaurant that has a great view of the Tegernsee. The food quality is really great and the waiters are very kind. As you can see by the pictures, the food quantity is plenty and you'll be happy to come back (as we did to try new dishes). If you're in the area, this place is a MUST. A parking is nearby and you can even access it with the Tegernsee's boat-transport.

Were in the restaurant with family, we really liked it, delicious food, good atmosphere, convenient location, with good a view of the lake . For the kids menu there were ketchup, viennese schnitzel and potato fries .

The schweinebraten is crusty and delicious! Highly recommend! Here you find a cool vibe and traditional German food. The prices are fair, the view is amazing and the service is fast. Reservation is a must on sunny weekends.

Good vibe, welcoming staff, nice furniture. But first of all the food was tasty - french onion soup and Wienerschnitzel made of veal. Good service, pleasant experience.

The food was very tasty. Friendly and attentive service. They have high chairs for kids and the changing table! You pay more but the outside area is not noisy, much more relaxed than the restaurant nearby. We did not like we were sat next to few heavy smokers... But I guess that's life when the weather is good and you want to eat in a terrace..

We had our wedding weekend welcome dinner here and it was fantastic! They printed custom menu cards for us, added small flowers and candles - the atmosphere was very cozy - everything was better than we could have imagined! The food was great and the staff was very friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone needing to host an event or looking for a great place to eat :)
