Schnucks Florissant

We are Florissant residents we shop at your store twice a week. We noticed you bought in a new manager and the store was much cleaner...the employees were more friendly and the service was awesome!!! We shopped all last month we noticed that service was terrible, the lines were long and no manager was no where to be found...we had decided that we were going to shop elsewhere.. we came in today and we noticed that the service was back and the employees were friendly again and we saw the new Manager...my wife took her name off her name tag RENEE was her name ...this woman makes your store look and work great.

I love going to this Schnucks, thus is the only place I like to get doughnut 🍩 from in the morning and there use to be this little old lady. I think they called her Mrs. Nat, and you call always tell upon entering the store if she was on doughnuts that day, because the doughnut case would be filled from end to end with all kinds of stuff, looking fresh and very inviting. It look so good it makes you buy them even if you dont want too. But since she's.been gone its just not the same experience the case is hardly ever filled and it always look a mess and theres hardly ever a variety just the basics. I would like to see oir store compete with stores from clayton are ladue since thats where people go and talk about when they want the best stuff

Easy to find items. CVS pharmacy inside. Store organized and clean. Most of the tome I go to the seafood section ha e then fix catfish nuggets in low sodium baking. ATT, AAA Bandera's and other business on same complex.

Compared to other Schuncks' locations, I've noticed at the Florissant Grandview store lately many of their shelves are sparsely stocked, bare or unnamed brand placement on shelves that usually display name brand items. I stop at that store on random days and times, perhaps it's not like that all the time.

This store is not a friendly Schnucks. There is a staff person in the meat department that is not customer oriented at all. She should be working in a job that does not require customer contact. I recommend the management have training for staff on customer relations. If this Schnucks could improve staff to be customer oriented, it would help their sales.

This is my favorite Schnucks. It's clean and always fully stocked. Seafood department is very fresh and clean. Smells fresh.

Deli manager yells at employees in front of everyone too much. You can see her sitting in the back on her phone doing nothing as well before she comes out and harasses the workers.

Wow what a great store u have .I live right near the schnucks.n st john.i like the people who work there but I do have to say the things I need and .look for they. Hardly ever have .I like name brand items I like schnucks brands I've been looking for hidden valley ranch fiesta dip.forever in the packet u mix with sour cream st John's doesent have it anymore and I bought 3 packets today at ur store .u just have more of a variety of everytbing.i will.be coming to ur store alot .I still may go to st John's store its only a mile away where ur store is 8 miles.no biggie but I really liked what I seen it was very well.organised .and u had alot of stuff .the workers were very friendly and.helpful bravo. Keep up.the good work and God bless

Crikey, what a strange Schnucks! On the one hand, it is huge compared to the Shackelford store, and likely has a lot more selection of pre-packaged and canned stuff (which I don't really consume anymore). On the other hand, it is a dark store - the darkest Schnucks I've been in - it has a very small (and not very good looking) selection of produce, and even though I made 2 passes around the store I could never find bacon! Actually, I did find the good bacon at their little butcher counter, but it was kind of dark looking and I wasn't about I try that! The rest of the meats looked great, but I wonder why there is no tenderloin, filets, or Angus to choose from. The produce was shabby, embarrassingly so. The onions were all smooshy and yucky looking with fruit flies all over and around them, the fresh corn was dried out, and the fresh green beans were browning. This Schnucks needs work! Until then, I will not be coming back.

Sigh. This is a pretty new store, but it's not as nice as the Schnucks with the Kaldis in them. Selection is more limited, and the store is often crowded with long lines to check out. One of the four self-checkout registers seems to be broken on any given day. For some reason, when they're out of something, the stockers like to spread out what was around it to fill the hole, which makes it harder to find things (or maybe just harder to tell that you should give up looking for it). I avoid the restroom; when I've been there it has been dirty and it's usually out of something. The store has ample parking though, and a good location in a nice plaza.

Very nice Supermarket .......Very Friendly staff and the best customer service.....Check out this location today!
