I had an exceptional experience at this establishment! The service was impeccable from start to finish. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure we felt welcome throughout our visit. The wine tasting was absolutely fantastic—guided by a professional sommelier who truly knows their craft. The selection of wines was outstanding, and the sommelier’s insights really enhanced the experience. The food was also top-notch, with each dish beautifully prepared and delicious. Overall, the combination of great service, exquisite wine, and delicious food made for a memorable dining experience. Highly recommend!

Breathtaking view. But that's all from all advantages. Another advantage - included free massage and bathtub with wain. It was an interesting experience. Breakfast was ok. Rooms are a little bit old. During the first night, there was a cockroach. We didn't get any bottle of water on the first day. Definitely, we will not going to come back.

Quite a nice and peaceful place. The price is a bit high, but we got it on a discount and were a group a people so got a 2 bedroom house I guess, and there are a lot of them there. Had a vinery tour and a degustation of 3 different kinds of wines. Spa was great with wine baths and the breakfast was okay as well. Pool was not that good tho. One thing is that theres a big area between the staying houses and the main building which has the reception, restaurant and basically everything else expect the pool, so if you need something you have to go outside or call them to bring it over.

Great restaurant seating, wine, and breakfast, featuring a pretty cat (skip the coffee!!). The facilities are a little worn for wear and the coveted outdoor jacuzzis weren't available 😶‍🌫️. The wine tasting was fun but we wished the English tour was more comprehensive, it felt a bit rushed. Our hotel room was clean and well maintained.

I really anticipated staying at such a formidable wine estate while attending the Tsinandali Music Festival, located just a few minutes away. The online photos lead me to believe that this was a real luxury resort, at a very high standard. (Those little hot tubs from the photos, however, were not working, and there was no operative mini golf). My experience was mixed: my room in the lodge was dreary and not deserving of a 4 star rating in my estimation. I had to schlep my luggage up to the third floor. My room was very small, not well cleaned, had only basic furnishings and poor quality bedding, the bathroom fixtures were outdated, and there were insufficient electrical outlets. I did, however, enjoy the pool, which was very welcoming and refreshing. My free wine tasting was truly great: I had a personal tour, the guide knew English well, and answered my questions. When I was seated for a tasting, they were more than generous - pouring me 3 glasses of wine along with the Gold Chacha, and then offered to refill the glass which I loved the most. This was accompanied by a lovely plate of bread with regional dips. From here I ordered dinner, which was good, and which was presented in a very straightforward and unassuming manner. While not amazing, it was nevertheless quite good and a solid value for the money. The daily breakfast, served on the breathtaking balcony overlooking the estate, was good, but not earth shattering: there were no fresh breads, and no ready made coffee. The main hot dishes lacked freshly cooked eggs and, while there were cut vegetables, there were no ready made salads. I can't understand why they didn't serve more local fruits, sticking only to melons, as all the local produce markets had a wide variety of seasonal fruits. All in all, I think that the accommodation was slightly overpriced, although the overall experience was certainly positive and memorable.

Not good value for money. We booked the complete experience with spa access, wine spa treatment, and half board. The main problem is the lack of communication from the staff. You have to ask for all the missing information, which is a lot. Firstly, our reservation included 1h daily access to the spa area and sauna, but no one showed us where they were, and explained how we could access them. We even visited the spa for a wine treatment included in our reservation, and they didn't even mention the sauna, apart from providing very little guidance during the treatment. Unfortunately, the sauna wasn't available in our last day due to technical issues, so we finally ended up not accessing the spa and the sauna even once, which is kind of why we decided to book this hotel. Another issue revolved around the breakfast. On one hand, it was served as a buffet on the first day, and it suddenly changed to a menu that you had to order from during the rest of our stay. The menu was less varied than the buffet. Also, coffee was a paid add-on. The only included option was instant coffe, so you had to pay even for an americano. Finally, the room was not very clean, with most furniture having dust on it, and there was a complete lack of toiletries. The only product was a very low quality shampoo-gel. When we complained, the receptionist noted that they had free toothbrushes in the reception, we only had to request them 😅

Overall a good experience that was slightly hampered by patchy service and the water stopping working for half an hour on one day, right before we were to check out. I think the service issues may come down to the staff being overworked. Special shout out to Helena who led the wine tour. This was honestly the best and most informative tour we have ever done. She did a fantastic job.

Amazing place! When first entering the chateau grounds you are greeted by the kind staff, they offer a tour of the grounds with information and suggestions on what to do during your stay. My recommendation is playing mini golf or going for a swim in one of the three pools the hotel offers. They also have a game room with billiard and ping pong tables, as well as a gym. (not well equipped but does the job...) The hotel offers very interesting wine tasting and tours in the wine cellars, also a verity of massages with grape oil are offered. The home-made wine as well as the food was amazing! The breakfast is a normal buffet. Would recommend to spend 1-2 days.
