Exceptional stay with a wonderful team! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The breakfast was a major highlight: tasty, healthy, and very diverse. They offer an excellent vegan menu (just let the staff know!), and they are very accommodating. A special mention must go to the staff: everyone was incredibly welcoming and conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism. It truly made a difference in our stay. The wellness facilities are also top-notch. I made good use of the exercise room, and the sauna is perfect for relaxing. The common areas and outdoor space are beautifully designed, ideal for either focusing on work or finding a quiet moment to unwind. The rooms are also spacious and well-suited for groups or families. We loved staying at Schwabinger Wahrheit for our Christmas market getaway in December ‘25. Thought the location of the hotel was really good as it had two metro stops nearby (about a 5 min walk) and didn’t take long at all to get into central Munich. Also had only one change to get to the airport. Felt very safe in the area and had supermarkets, shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Our room we thought was really spacious and very clean. Heating worked and kept nice and warm. Staff were really friendly and helpful when we asked them to print tickets for us and for some extra coat hangers. Was great to have lockers where we could store our luggage on check out Really recommend this hotel you won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful small hotel right in the heart of Munichs Schwabingen, with easy access to public transport and walking distance (30’) to Marienplatz. Many restaurants and shops in direct vicinity. Hotel was very clean and modern, with small but very nice sport and spa area with a sauna. Jacuzzi was closed in winter, but looks nice. And parking was an absolute plus in this area, enough space in the underground garage. Very kids friendly: baby cot already prepared when we arrived and 2 bags of kids snacks (dried strawberries and some pumpkin chips) in the bed, very positively surprised!

Overall, the stay was very pleasant. Rooms: The room was comfortable and clean. While generally quiet, some sound from neighboring rooms and above was occasionally noticeable. Service: The service was excellent throughout the stay — staff were attentive, courteous, and professional. Location: A major highlight is the location, which is central and very convenient.

Really liked our stay here. The Team Room was perfect for us (2 adults, 2 kids). Rooms and entire hotel were really clean.Room was really quiet and beds were comfy although we did find the pillows very soft. Bathrooms of the Team Room are tight so if you are a larger person, you could find these a squeeze. Really good breakfast of breads, cereal, meats, etc. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is great for exploring Munich with it being a 5min walk to the nearest U-bahn. Loads of restaurants a short walk away too. If we were in Munich again we would definitely stay here again

Can I rate them 6 stars?! Everything about my stay was fantastic. The staff were all so kind, helpful, and professional. The room was spotless clean. It was so easy to get to the hotel and lots of fun places in Munich from the hotel. While my stay was short, I’d certainly recommend the hotel to others and hope to make it back!

Our overall experience at the hotel was excellent. The hotel is very clean. The rooms are excellent, the shower is great, the bed is comfortable. We loved the lighting control, the designer's ideas are great. The design of the hotel is special and congratulations to the designers!!! The breakfast is very good, varied. Thank you very much and we will be happy to return to the hotel again.

We stayed overnight at Schwabinger Wahrheit by Geisel in the "team room" and had a lovely experience. The location is walkable and convenient. Amenities were nice and everything was very clean. The wellness area was delightful; though small, the jacuzzi and sauna were enjoyed by our family. It was quiet and very accessible. I'd highly recommend staying here!
