Scilly Flowers

Freshest flowers ever. Best service ever. Kindest people. Support them. I have often bought narcissi for mum from Scilly but hadn't seen the Belladonna Lilies. Mum is having palliative care. I had put incorrect address as she was moved plus a later delivery. I mailed them. The flowers arrived and were stunning and Mum was even able to see them and just said "lovely". Scilly Isles flowers forever!

V disappointing service & aftercare. 2 lots of flowers ordered only one delivered. Confirmation of first order only.Second one was due 5 days ago, never arrived. Spent over £60 After 2 phone calls , all I was offered was a brief apology, reorder of the bouquet or refund for my upset & disappointment. No compensatory gesture . Take it or leave it. Poor customer service : therefore will neither be using this company again nor recommending them.

I recently received a box of spray carnations and they were excellent. Sweet smelling, so fresh and still going strong after 3 weeks. The perfect gift for someone that has everything and you can't see in person.

So easy to select the flowers you like, they arrive in a great healthy condition with a wonderful scent. My late mother worked on the island during the war and loved the place. So every Mother’s Day I order these beautiful flowers. Highly recommended

Two bunches of narcissi to two very happy recipients this year, one in January, one beginning of March, both in VGC when received. Had to post this having read on BBC news tonight that many Mother's Day flowers ordered online from other suppliers arrived in poor condition. New review September 2024 - Excellent service. Panic as bank appeared not to process payment, contact next morning from Office manager confirming order and delivery time. Always reliable and flowers always good. Postage free too - not all online flower suppliers are. Will use again.

Received 12 mixed narcissi unexpectedly as a 'get well' gift - my goodness what a joy they are! Beautifully packed but I thought they looked a wee bit under par when they arrived. I put them in 3 small bottles of water with the flower food provided. Within an hour they had perked up and within 4 hours I was experiencing the gorgeous scent of them from across the room. They are so delicate, exquisite. I'd recommend. And will bear in mind dfor gifts for friends.

Oh the Paper Whites! Stunning. Left Scilly Isles Wednesday. One box arrived in Ely, one on Belfast on Thursday!

After a visit to St Martin's earlier in the year my husband ordered me pinks to be delivered as a surprise for my 60th birthday. After an email a few days before that said they hadn't picked enough for my bouquet he panicked and agreed to carnations not realising they are not grown in Scilly and have no perfume. These arrived in a box that stated scented flowers from Scilly? tied with elastic bands!! As a special memory bouquet of our amazing holiday they fell somewhat short.
