Scilly Flowers

I had an order go astray. This was quickly, efficiently and sympathetically rectified. I have used this company previously- and definitely would use again. Absolutely faultless customer service. The flowers are pretty amazing too!

Scilly Flowers are great - arrive on time, in perfect condition, with instructions to keep them that way. They never fail to please the recipients, which is why I've been using them for years. The ones in the photo arrived two days ago, and as my sister reports... they just keep getting prettier!

Freshest flowers ever. Best service ever. Kindest people. Support them. I have often bought narcissi for mum from Scilly but hadn't seen the Belladonna Lilies. Mum is having palliative care. I had put incorrect address as she was moved plus a later delivery. I mailed them. The flowers arrived and were stunning and Mum was even able to see them and just said "lovely". Scilly Isles flowers forever!

V disappointing service & aftercare. 2 lots of flowers ordered only one delivered. Confirmation of first order only.Second one was due 5 days ago, never arrived. Spent over £60 After 2 phone calls , all I was offered was a brief apology, reorder of the bouquet or refund for my upset & disappointment. No compensatory gesture . Take it or leave it. Poor customer service : therefore will neither be using this company again nor recommending them.

I recently received a box of spray carnations and they were excellent. Sweet smelling, so fresh and still going strong after 3 weeks. The perfect gift for someone that has everything and you can't see in person.

So easy to select the flowers you like, they arrive in a great healthy condition with a wonderful scent. My late mother worked on the island during the war and loved the place. So every Mother’s Day I order these beautiful flowers. Highly recommended

Amazing customer service, I ordered some narcissi for my mum in law for Mother's day, sadly they didn't arrive in time, not Scilly Flowers fault at all as they were despatched in time. Ruth, the office manager, very kindly offered to send some more. The flowers are fantastic too. Thank you Scilly Flowers!

Highly recommended. Unmatched for value and quality of service. I've been both a sender and receiver of their flowers for years and they've always been good. Great for sending flowers in a pinch for mother's day, a poorly granny or a friend in need. In winter the flowers are narcissi, summer they are pinks. Both good, the narcissi perfect for beating away the winter blues. I also love the thought of the flowers making their journey to my recipient by boat!
