S'concha Barriada Cevichera

I tried to go to Cevicheria Mercado Cevichero, but they had a 40 minute wait, they couldn't provide me 3 soles in chnage for a beer to drink while I waited and the hostesses didn't seem to care if I stayed or not because they have a lot of people there already, SO I walked a few blocks down and found S' CONCHA, and WOW WOW. Everyone who worked there was so nice and accommodating. Ironically there was the perfect table for me and my 1 yr old son. Everyone was so nice to us, provided everything we needed. The ceviche, chicharron and the arroz mariscos were spectacular! Exactly what i wanted. Such good quality, quantity, freshness and flavor! I would love to return. It's not a big place, but the staff is dressed nicely and it gives fine dining vibe but really relaxed at the same time. You get to watch them prepare the ceviche if you get a table by the kitchen— and what fast service too! The ceviche comes out really fast. It was the perfect lunch and affordable too. Everyone made me and my baby feel so welcomed. I will definitely return. I am a ceviche snob and this place was delicious! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Visited this restaurant after it was featured in Prueba y Viaja. What a great seafood restaurant! The taste is authentic, the portions generous and the menu has different options to please everyone. The staff is very friendly and welcome you with a smile. I tried it twice for lunch and once for breakfast, and for sure it won’t be my last time.

We ordered ceviche clásico and arroz chaufa de mariscos. Both were great!! The service is also great and the portions are big. I recommend the place. Try coming before 12 or after 2 because it is full. You aso can order to go. Make sure you stop here:

You don’t find a better representative of the heart and soul of Lima food than here at S’Concha. Food from the history of Lima served with a familiar happiness and care that you only usually get in your mother’s house. Fresh, tasting and genuine Oh and really great pisco sours!

We waited about 15 minutes in line to get to this place, and WOW it blew our mind! The food is fantastic, the portions are very generous, we couldn’t get enough, it was so delicious. We took ceviche of the day and skoncha rice, both had large portions of fish/seafood and tasted divine. Also the staff was lovely, always smiling and serving everything very fast. Can’t wait to come back

By far the best place I’ve eaten in Lima. Highly recommend the pasta with sea urchin and the sudado 🐟 word on the street is that John McClane eats there 😂

El ceviche es Rico! And the staff are fabulous. A perfect dive into Peruvian cuisine.
