Craving for ice cream when passing by this beautiful street and couldn’t stop myself when found Scoops. Very nice place and amazing pancakes smell just pushing you to grab it but I already had my lunch so leave it for next time. Really enjoyed white chocolate special which was particularly good. Also dog friendly and plenty of seatings.

Plenty of ice cream & smoothie options, very friendly staff who will let you try some of the unique flavours. Great selections of vegan friendly ones and also a doggy mint ice cream and treats on the side. Sadly no seating as it was a rainy day, so I can’t comment on the decor. I enjoyed the raspberry sorbet and the pineapple smoothie.

We had savoury pancakes today at lunchtime. It was a plesant experience. The staff were very friendly. It got very busy and full shortly after we arrived around 1pm on a Sunday. Very happy to see gluten free options. At 85p extra. I had a spinch based gluten free pancake with ham, mushroom and garlic butter. The butter was very nice and went well with the pankcake. It was not salty at all, so it felt healthy. The pancake was thin. If you are very hungry, it's probably not the best option to be filled up. Therefore I'd say It's a bit on the expensive side, given the amount of food. My partner said he can eat three easily, haha. I'll try the ice cream next time.

I only had a hot chocolate but it was really delicious. Besides, the place is cozy and the service is good.

Pancakes were very nice but quite pricey for what you get. Lots of flavours, sweet or savoury. Seating in front and garden room. In front lots of seagulls so beware. Lots of people sitting eating ice cream cones not eating or drinking otherwise. Looks like it closed at 4 and they were trying to clear up when still eating. Signs weren't clear that they were due to close.

Great ice cream and friendly service. Excellent value for money, both the ice cream and the pancakes were delicious. Original ice cream flavour combinations that all worked really well.

We were recommended to visit when we were next in Caernarfon and we are so glad we did, the food is so good that a pancake would have tasted great on its own despite the wonderful toppings on offer, we will be returning here for sure!

I've been in quite a few times over the past few years, not *very* frequently, but if I happen to be passing and feeling a bit peckish, or in the mood for ice cream I'll pop in. It's the kind of local cafe where you know that the food will be delicious every single time. Today, I dropped in for a spot of lunch with my brother, it was a Tuesday afternoon so it wasn't too busy. I had an apple and bacon pancake; the bacon was nice and crisp, and coupled with slightly sweet and tart apple, it makes for a really great combo! He had chicken, chorizo, ham and cheese which he thoroughly enjoyed too. I particularly like the fact that the owner is a Dutch lady who really takes care to ensure that your dining experience has touches of authentic Netherlands flavour, from the massive bottles of real stroop on the tables, to the poffertjes pan hanging on the wall. Speaking of which, the building itself is pretty small, so it's no surprise that they'd decided to build a conservatory to extend the seating at the back. I'm kicking myself for forgetting to photograph it, but the conservatory frame is made with traditional wooden joinery which serves to further enhance the utterly charming and cosy atmosphere. We finished off with their homemade ice cream, probably the star feature of this cafe. The selection of flavours tends to be very eclectic and interesting, a bright orange Sea Buckthorn flavour, and a purple/pink Dragon fruit flavour caught our eye. We had tasters, and both were delicious, but evidently we weren't feeling fruity as I plumped for a Stroopwaffel flavour and my brother chose hazelnut. Mine was a classic vanilla base with real chunks of stroopwaffel mixed through. Whilst delicious, I wished there was a stronger ribbon of cinnamon caramel running through, not necessarily more waffle, just a stronger flavour so that it can really stand out against the vanilla. The hazelnut ice cream on the other hand was completely flawless, the flavour was deep, rich, nutty and not overly sweet. So... highly recommended.
