I'm a pilot and travelled the world extensively. I'm delighted to say that Scorpio is THE most magical place I've ever been, we loved getting lost in the wonderful and spectacular gardens and small alleys between the villas! The vegetation is absolutely spectacular, all is so romantic and you feel at home.|The restaurant is sooo lovely and the food is excellent, staff very friendly and beautiful waitresses in perfect dress.|The beach restaurant is amazing too, the "pasta CALAMARATA" would be in itself a reason to go back to Kenya tomorrow! The private beach is perfectly attended by friendly staff who, upon demand, will take the food from the nearby restaurant and serve you near your sunbed like a king!|All in all a superb stay, GRAZIE GASTONE for treating us like old friends! Can't wait to come back!

We had the most amazing time at Scorpio Villas and would strongly recommend it to anyone seeking a perfect getaway. The place is absolutely stunning, with a beautiful, exotic design that creates a relaxing and serene atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering a charming touch of the local style. Plus, being located right by the ocean, the views and ambiance are simply breathtaking. The food was incredible—fresh, flavorful, and with plenty of variety to suit all tastes. The service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. Their friendliness and professionalism truly stood out. A special thanks to Gastone and Shila, who made our stay even more memorable. Your warmth and hospitality turned this trip into an unforgettable experience, and I’m so grateful for the genuine friendship we’ve built. Scorpio Villas is a gem that combines comfort, beauty, and impeccable hospitality. I can’t wait to return!

You need to relax ? Scorpion villa is a place to be , the rooms quite big with comfortable spacious Swahili bed , clean and warm fresh running water the rooms a re sorrounded by palms which gives you a fresh atmosphere. The buffet is rich of fresh fruits and vegetables and exquisite Italian and African food not mentioning the hospitality of all stuff from the cleaners to the mangers and director . It’s a home when you’re away from your home ! I’ve booked 4 time since 2022 ! Highly recommend |Megan ! From Milan

My only complaint was that the drain in the shower and sink drained slowly. Otherwise, I felt well cared for, and the location right at the beach is a big plus! Beautiful grounds! I took a few pics and vids! And the chef was very accommodating to my dietary needs.

i had visited the hotel once before the pandemic and it was quite the experience from the services of the hotel staff, to the ambience and comfortability of the rooms in the Malindi heat an the recreational pools wee definitely one to look forward to. After the pandemic they have done quite a bit well recovering from the loss of tourists from local and outside market. They maintained the care of the hotel environment with the architecture being infused with the coastal nature still inviting to tourists. The service was not as great i assume because of loss of staff as well as maintenance of the rooms some didn't have all the equipment or complimentary toiletries were not as much as before again understandable .the beds were comfortable and a tropical hotel without air conditioning would be a failure. The pools were also taken care of and cleaned but not as inviting as before cause there were no guests to enjoy them. The way to their private beach was a plus especially the sleeping area was excellent! I believe the makuti beds made it so relaxing with the breathtaking you into a blissful rest as you can hear the beach breeze and the privacy was a good idea as you wont be bothered by the hustling coastarians if you are not interested in buying anything. The restaurant overlooking the beach(coco beach)is also an excellent chill spot for the drinking adventures. Unfortunately they don't serve lunch at the hotel meaning one has to go out of the hotel to look for some this may be a good idea if one is interested in walking around Malindi to visit the culture it has to offer but if one does not plan on leaving the hotel they would be disadvantaged. All in all I would like to advice them to continue striving to be where they were before but it would need local support as well. I would go again if they made improvement on the rooms, the entertainment and more extracurriculars activities to the guests.

It's a lush tropical garden paradise with diverse villas that are spread out across the property. Such friendly and helpful staff at hand to assist in any way. Felt like I was in a jungle paradise. The rooms were clean. The beach was just a short walk away through a private beach access.

Nice spot that backs right into the beach. Buffet style breakfast and dinner. They have an all inclusive option for drinks. Multiple pools and nice little multi room villas. Massages and spa if you’re looking for that sort of thing. Just far enough from the bustle of Malindi but close to other restaurants and places to go.
