Scorpion House is a hidden gem perched above Moulay Idriss, serving food with a view that makes your jaw drop before the appetizer does. We were surrounded by stunning panoramas while being spoiled with a feast of couscous, fish, meats, and more vegetables than I knew existed (or could be this tasty).
Each dish was beautifully prepared the salads alone deserved their own encore. It’s like someone took a Moroccan grandmother, a fine dining chef, and a poet, and told them to collaborate.
The hospitality? Warm, welcoming, and somehow intuitive, they knew when we needed more bread and when we just needed to sit and say “wow” to the scenery.
Come hungry, come curious, and maybe skip breakfast, this place feeds both your stomach and your soul. Just don’t ask why it’s called Scorpion House. (We didn’t. We’re not that brave.)
