One of the worst hospitality experiences I’ve had.
We had high expectations for Scorpios Bodrum, but it was a complete disappointment from the moment we arrived. Despite booking in advance and requesting premium spots, we were given the worst seats, even though the beach was nearly empty. We were told that the best areas were reserved for hotel guests, something that was never mentioned during the booking process.
After a 30 minutes wait and some insistence, we were finally moved to the area we had originally requested. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there.
In the middle of the day, we were asked to vacate one of our sunbeds because “additional guests” had arrived, we ended up 3 people squeezed on a 2 person bed. Later, because we were being too polite, we were asked to move again, this time to a lower bed so that a group of four could take our place.
To make things worse, the manager promised to offer us something to make up for the inconvenience, but nothing ever came. Just empty words.
And at the end of the day, the bill was incorrect. They tried to charge us again for an amount we had already prepaid, and resolving the issue took another 30 minutes.
Unprofessional, disorganized, and absolutely not worth the price.
