The Best Hotels in Bodrum, Turkey

"Scorpios Bodrum may just be one of the most exclusive hideouts on this glitzy stretch of Turkey’s Turquoise Coast right now. Twelve bungalows sit atop the multi-level complex, a mixture of single-level and mezzanine havens, each with sprawling private terraces and swimming pools. Breakfast is served in-room, bubbling shakshuka and continental spreads shuffled to suites by smiley staff before the buzzy beach club and restaurant come to life in the afternoon. The property retains the hedonistic attraction of Scorpios’ iconic Mykonos original, deep house beats playing in the background as attractive Istanbulites lounge on gargantuan daybeds. At lunch, cocktail sipping and smoothie supping are done around wooden tables decorated in tables littered with small plates of juicy chargrilled meats and flatbreads, before guests sweat it out in the sauna or head to The Ritual Space for performances. The restaurant is the place to be seen on weekends, as leisurely suppers transition into long nights on the dance floor, sunkissed bodies draped in linen shuffling to dance music under the night sky. —Connor Sturges"

Scorpios Bodrum (Bodrum, Bodrum Peninsula) Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"A decade after opening the exclusive, bohemian-chic Scorpios Mykonos — one of the world’s most famous beach clubs — the Scorpios lifestyle brand expanded to include a second location on Turkey’s Bodrum Peninsula. The sleek Scorpios Bodrum has plenty in common with its predecessor: a spectacular location, in this case on a clifftop partly surrounded by the turquoise waters of the Aegean Sea, modern Mediterranean design, a focus on wellness, and a lively cultural calendar highlighting international DJs and local musicians. But at the Bodrum location, you don’t have to leave when the party’s over." - Tablet Hotels

A complete disaster. The place is not conventional, there’s only one bar with very few bartenders, so you have to wait in long lines just to get a drink. Prices were fine for me personally, but the quality of service is absolutely not worth it. I tried to give my car to the valet, but they refused because it was too busy. Only after I gave them a $100 “tip” did they accept it. You can’t drive directly to the Scorpios section from the entrance – you have to take their school-bus style shuttles. I waited 20 minutes in line for a shuttle just to get in. The place closed early at 1 AM, and on the way out I had to wait in another shuttle line for almost an hour. They try to move hundreds of people with just two minibuses – total chaos. There is absolutely no VIP feeling. Most of the crowd seemed to be there just to “be seen” rather than to enjoy the music or atmosphere. Prices were okay for me, but the experience is definitely not worth it. You end up paying to be disappointed.

The restaurant has a great atmosphere with beautiful views, and we really enjoyed the DJ—definitely the highlight of the night. However, when it comes to the food, it was very underwhelming. Nothing stood out, and honestly, you could get better meals at a normal restaurant for much less. It felt like we were paying for the view and the vibe rather than the quality of the food.

Horrible experience. We had booked two sunbeds. After making the payment and getting an error, we called and were told over the phone that the booking was confirmed. The information they give by phone is not true — they said the sunbeds were redeemable and that we could use the amount for food and drinks, which was clearly false. We had to pay everything separately. Since we never received any written confirmation, only the phone call, when we arrived they told us we were late and that their policy was “zero delay”! (Not even a court is that strict.) To our surprise, even though they had charged us, we were left without sunbeds. They placed us like beggars at the bar and later at a table. Finally, after insisting for three hours while eating and drinking there, they gave us a sunbed which we used for only 30 minutes — and they charged us 7,000 lira for it. Poor service, bad food, and horrible customer care. We paid a total of €800 for a very bad experience. Definitely would not return and do not recommend. If they are going to charge those prices, at least provide good service and customer care.

Scorpios Bodrum is truly an architectural giant – it feels like stepping into a huge upscale bohemian village, with incredibly unique design and attention to detail in every corner. The setting alone is worth the visit. The food is very good, but honestly, the ambiance is everything here. It’s more than just a restaurant – it’s an experience. Dining, lounging, and then transitioning into a party atmosphere with world-class international DJs makes it unforgettable. It’s definitely on the expensive side, but for what you get – a top-notch mix of design, atmosphere, and music – it’s one of the most unique places in Bodrum. Perfect for those looking for something beyond just dinner: a full lifestyle experience.

The design and architecture of the restaurant were stunning—definitely one of the most beautifully designed spots we’ve been to in Bodrum. The ambiance was stylish, the lighting was just right, and the music created a great vibe (though there was an AP event that night, so not sure if it’s the same DJ every evening). We had a reservation at 9 PM and arrived on time, but unfortunately weren’t seated until 10 PM. The starters were genuinely delicious, and we enjoyed them, though we were very hungry by then. The mains arrived around 11 PM, and while the food was decent, the long wait had already taken away our appetite. Overall, it’s a visually impressive place with a good atmosphere and solid starters, but the experience didn’t quite justify the extremely high prices—especially considering the long wait times and average food. Hopefully, with better time management, it could live up to its beautiful setting.

Scorpios Bodrum is very spacious, with stunning views and great food—portions are big too. Service is chaotic, and it’s hard to find someone who speaks Turkish, so it feels a bit like a simulation. Still worth visiting for the atmosphere and flavors.

We had to wait exactly 38 minutes before being seated, even with a reservation. Seating time was capped at 2 hours, yet mains took far too long to be cooked and served. Food was decent, service staff tried their best and were helpful, but the restaurant was clearly understaffed and overloaded. The real issue is poor management — not the waiters, who were doing everything they could. If the general manager responsible for running this place stood in front of me, I would spit on their face for the complete disregard of guests’ time and experience.

DJ was the highlight of the night, the ambiance was amazing. Overall experience 5/5. The place is huge from the entry to the restaurant. Really nice place to visit. I recommend
