I had a great stay during my business trip to Atlanta. The hotel was located, which made the trip much easier. I especially want to highlight Kathleen at the front desk, she was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She took the time to answer my questions and genuinely made me feel welcomed. Her professionalism and warm attitude really stood out and made a positive impression on my stay. Thank you!

We absolutely loved the apartment at Scout Living in Atlanta! After being stranded by VRBO on the same day of our booking, I found myself scrambling to find a new location to stay for the event we were attending/staycation that weekend. An internet search led me to Scout Living and I am so glad it did. Every detail of our apartment was perfect and it was incredibly clean. Being just 800 square feet, we said it was like staying in amazing little IKEA showroom lol! Great use of the space and it felt super cozy and inviting. The location right at Ponce City Market was incredible. The rooftop area and pool were also amazing! Highly recommend for anyone visiting Atlanta.

Kierra is the absolute star of this show! I promise she will give you phenomenal service. Come in with patience, grace, and gratitude, and guess what, you will get the same in return from this team, especially Kierra! She made our trip amazing from the moment we called and asked about possibly checking in early. We knew it was a big ask, but Kierra was kind and sweet and made us laugh. Allowed us to leave our items at the desk, but guess what, by the time we arrived, a room opened up quick and we couldn’t have asked for more! Plus, she will suggest the absolute best restaurants. She told us about Papi’s Cuban restaurant and Rey’s sandwich was a Gods tear. Our room was beautiful and that view was incredible. Every time we went down stairs Kierra was always fun to laugh and joke with. Now, hear me out, if you come in and have a bad attitude and are mean because you are not getting your way, that is between you and your day, don’t take it out on this amazing staff. They will treat you with the absolute best, like amazing people would, as long as you show respect and kindness. That’s all anyone wants, share the love and they will give it back. Thank you Kierra for the best service! I would hire you immediately ☺️

My stay here was awesome and more than expected! It started with ultra friendly service from Kathleen followed by an amazing room. I almost do not want to recommend 😜 so it is easier for me to get a room again in the future! I am looking into an extended stay for the future. Room 2102!

I stayed here for the Shakes Knees music festival. It was close to the festival so I could walk each day and save the cost of transport. The room was like being in a small apartment rather than a traditional hotel room. The staff was very friendly and I liked how close it was to the restaurants and shops at Ponce market. Very comfortable place in a convenient location. I would stay there again.

Trey was incredible in helping me secure the perfect spot for my time here and since then on Scout Living quickly became my home away from home in Atlanta! Every single staff member is amazing! They are all professional, welcoming, helpful, kind, and go out of their way to ensure you feel at home! The location, rooms, amenities are perfect for whatever amount of time you are spending there!

Great room. Nice property. Really-really liked the room layout and functionality - just right. Building is good with no BS. We walked to shopping and a good restaurant. That part of town is loaded with options. Check-in and staff communication without any unnecessary wasted time. I'm usually not a pool person but spent time on the (rooftop pool). First time i had that view of ALL Atlanta. I travel extensively, and this joint (and any like it) is my new go-to.

Kiara at the front desk is amazing! She was very generous to me as an individual but I also did some work in the front room where I witnessed her be extremely hospitable as well as complimentary to every person (and doggy!) who made their way past the front desk.

I am sure it is a lovely place. It looks like it and I was looking forward to staying there. My daughter lives in Atlanta and I was coming for her bridal shower, also in Ponce City Market. The lovely people at the front desk, especially Andrea, tried to help as much as they could. This property goes around third party companies and charges your card FULLY for the stay without your consent!!! First it happened through Booking.com and I thought it was Booking.com's fault and my card turned down the large transaction without my okay. Then I switched to Expedia. This time, I didn't realize it, but they charged me for the full amount again and when I became sick with 102.5 temperature and influenza A the night before the stay, it was past the 3pm deadline. I called and the front desk said they would try to make an exception of not refunding first night's stay. I wouldn't normally push for it but: 1. Catching the flu is way out of my control and 2. They already broke the contract by charging me the day I booked instead of when I arrived as promised by Expedia. It looks like a beautiful place to stay but please don't judge a book by its cover. Even if you are planning to pay for your stay all up front, I would be concerned about the deceitful practice of going around the third party companies and gathering personal information separately. ****And Booking.com and Expedia.com take note of this property because they are sending messages to gather credit card information and charge the full stay amount.

I can't say enough about this hotel concept and convenience. The location also makes it very convenient and a great central location in Ponce City Market with a lot to do around. Booking was safe and easy and concierge response time was fast and responsive. I stayed one night. My room was clean, great temp and really enjoyed the view! The small rooms are intentionally designed with purposeful use of the space, from the seating, dining and bedroom..so quaint and just enough of what you need. I'd call this a minimalist modern hotel and I'm coming again for a staycation or cute weekend getaway for out of town friends.

I am currently enjoying a long term stay and was met byTrey, leasing assistant, who provided my tour of the apartment. Trey is highly professional and patient in providing satisfaction and explanation of the amenities. Trey also worked diligently with me during the application process and kept me abreast of the final results. I give Trey 5 stars for his kindness and professionalism.
