Scoville Hot Chicken

The perfect fried chicken sandwich. Ok, Scoville has developed a perfectly flavor-balanced chicken sandwich. The sandwiches are fried fresh with each order, with flavors ranging from mild to scorching Carolina reaper, have pickles, coleslaw, and a special sauce (likely ketchup and mayo mixed) on a brioche bun. The best part about this place is that each level of spice is a completely different chicken coating flavor and I can’t wait to try them all. I’ve had the hot and very hot levels so far. This place is a must try.

Scoville Hot Chicken (Hot) - 8/10 This is a big boy sandwich. They fry up a huge piece of chicken that is juicy and flavorful. Top it with pickle and coleslaw and smother it in sauce. I would have given this sandwich a 9/10 if instead of using their chipotle mayo, they used their garlic sauce. Let me tell you that garlic sauce is one of the best sauces I have ever tasted. It packs a punch and I wish they sold it in stores. The fries are also great and overall Scoville Hot Chicken has won me over!!

I really was so hoping that this place would live upto the hype, but unfortunately it missed the spot on multiple fronts. So the good. The chicken sandwich is decent sized, juicy and the bun is perfect. The bad. Everything is over salted to the point that if the sauces where not as good as they are I'm not sure I would have wanted to finish the sandwich. 🤷 Would I come again...I don't think so.

Been wanting to try this place and today was finally the day. Got the X-Hot chicken sandwich and it was juicy and delicious. Also wasn’t sure what the sauces were at first but the comeback sauce was like thousand island (or something) and pretty good. The garlic aioli was a little thick and sweet but it was a nice pairing with the chicken. My only gripe was that the chicken sandwich was not spicy enough — next time i will have to get the reaper level spice because sometimes i need something to clear out my lower intestine.

Excellent chicken sandwich. Only order fries if you’re truly starving as the sandwich itself is huge enough to fill you up. I child mild and it already spicy.

I’m honestly not the biggest fan of the hot chicken trend but the sandwich here was really good. A healthy and juicy portion of chicken on a soft bun. Even the pickles were tasty, and I rarely finish all my pickles. Only option to eat in is to stand on the side bar so be prepared to stand or take your food to go

Excellent! The "Hot" level is spicy but nothing crazy. All the other locations of this small chain are in Georgia, so that seems legit.
